  Impeccable Service!!! It didn't help that when Rich came to my home, my 1yr old granddaughter gave him a big hug that is usually reserved for me..lol. Did I say Impeccable service? I meant it. Very professional. Very personable. He arrived on time and did a phenomenal job. I had some spots in my carpet that we were both doubtful if it would come out....But Rich worked his magic and the spots were removed and my carpets look amazing. He even cleaned the carpet in my granddaughters room at no charge (I think that hug got him...smile). I highly recommend My Carpet Cleaning Service.

  PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING PLUS

  I recently moved into a home that had grout and tile in the foyer that had not been cleaned in about a decade. I tried scrubbing it myself with grout cleaner on my hands and knees. After two hours and only a small area having been cleaned I called Nathan who had done the carpets in my previous home last year. He arrived early and was as professional as the last time. He gave me a great price and did a fantastic job. I will be able to keep up the floor now that it has had a proper cleaning.

  Atlantic Duct Cleaning

  I wish I could give them an A++++ and 15 stars! We have an old townhouse that was my dad���s, and the ducks had never been cleaned. The whole process from calling and scheduling including the communication went very smoothly. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all once they got here, they were wonderful with my dogs. LOL. Our ducks were filthy and now they���re super clean including the dryer vent. I am so grateful. The team of Roger and Jose was great. Very thorough, informative, and efficient.   Communication: Terrific! Whoever handles their emails does and amazing job of getting back to you promptly. Professionalism: Ladies were on time and ready to go. They focused on the task at hand and did their job. MY ONE and ONLY Qualm was that the Ladies did a decent job, but I felt there were some areas missed that they could have brought to my attention before leaving, I would have gladly paid extra. It cant be blamed on language barrier because my first language is Spanish. However, I would definitely hire them again, but this time I would communicate my exact needs and concerns so that I can give them a full 5 stars. However, thank you Maids Prime!

  I have a nice size home so therefore I chose the 10-hour service which was priced very reasonably. I called to set up the appointment date in which the person was very friendly and attentive that I spoke with on the phone. The 2 person cleaning crew arrived about 10 minutes behind schedule but it wasn't a big deal. It's tricky to find my home if you haven't been there before. I explained what I wanted to be done. I left out and returned home to find that they had done a wonderful job. They did exactly what I asked them to do and some extra stuff as well that I didn't think to ask at the time. Overall I was pretty satisfied . I will use their services again.
