    Our experience with PET+ER in Towson is nothing short of a horror story. Our newly rescued puppy ate a small toy, and we took him to our Vet where an Xray was taken and determined that IV fluid treatment and supportive care is needed for 24 hours. The Vet recommended Belair medical center, however, we choose PetEr since it was closer, That was mistake #1. Our Vet Contacted PetEr to discuss availability and they committed to immediate IV fluid treatment. 3 hours later at PetEr Chester is yet to receive IV fluids and Supportive Care. Dr. Muse finally provides a cost estimate of $2200.00 for an overnight stay, then reduces it to $1760.00 at 6:45 Pm we called to check on Chester, Dr. Muse states that he is in good condition. passed stool and ate. at 8.00 pm Dr. Muse calls and states that she took an Xray and unless Chester has emergency surgery he will die today. $7600 later, Surgery is a success. PetER sends XRays to eVet Diagnostics for Review. An Expert with over 20 years of Experience and currently teaches Radiology to Vets reads the Xrays and states that only Supportive care is needed, specifically states NO surgery was necessary, only supportive care. At this point, we are out $9000.00 At 10 PM the night of the surgery, Dr. Kim calls our house stating that an NG tube needs be inserted in Chester to prevent throwing up, cost $500, At 6:00 am my wife visits Chester to find out that the NG tube was not properly inserted and Chester threw up. Rest assured they charged us the $500 Pet ER put Chester on a 4-day dose of painkiller that is known for suppressing appetite. 9- Pet ER reports that Chester is not eating and fail to disclose the side effect of the painkiller, upon further investigation i learned the facts from the internet and demand the removal of the painkiller patch. 10- Chester started eating. 11- As a direct result of the initial surgery and failure to eat for 4 days Chester suffers another medical condition requiring surgery. 12- Pet Er makes another demand for $3500, we were able to come up with a partial payment. 13- Tamara Santesse makes a demand for full payment, we asked for a detailed invoice, she states that it will take her two days to prepare, based on that we respond that we will pay upon receiving a detailed invoice. Tamara Santesse threatens to release Chester from their care, which is a violation of MD law. My wife was scared to death and uses her credit card to pay the remaining balance, about $1100. 14 Two nonprofits agree to help with Chester's invoice. 15- Pet Er refuses to accept payments from third parties stating they are not a payment processing center. We would have received $1900 in grants that the nonprofits had to pay directly to the hospital in accordance with all nonprofit rules. Our total experience was a $12500 of unnecessary medical expenses due to Pet Er's failure to read an Xray. Filed a claim against Zurich insurance. Zurich refuses to pay stating that Pet Er met the standard of care. When asked to define the standard fo care Zurich refuses to answer. Research into Vet. Medicine Standard of Care reveals that the Standard of Care is not Standard in fact there is no consensus on what is the Standard of Care. Thus Zurich failure and refusal to define the utilized standard. Under penalty of perjury, the information i stated above is a true description of our Experience with this facility. What is next you ask? The standard i am familiar with is called Beyond Reasonable doubt, which is a high standard. Let me be Clear Pet ER, I can substantiate my statements above beyond reasonable doubt.

    Horrible. My cat was stressed. I was told, based on the documents I provided, that my cat would need a whole new series of shots to the tune of $220. He started on the leukemia shots but I stopped him from giving the rabies shot because I had a rabies confirmation number that validated my cat as having the shot for this year. The vet said the validation was not enough since it did not have the cat's LAST NAME! Following a paper trail I was able to find the previous vet that my cat went to and also found the my cat has had ALL his shot and was current through February 2019. I am seeking a refund for the services I did not need and provided enough information to warrant at least a call to the former vet by this current one before shots were given. To make matters worse, I now find out that I am not the first person this happened to with this vet. Steer clear of this guy.

    The surgery went perfectly. MVSS was the best in making sure we fully understood what was going to happen, what was the expected outcome, what could possibly go wrong. They took plenty of time to explain everything in detail. During this whole process I was very comfortable that we were informed and able to make a decision on what we needed to do.

    Our experience with Ultrawalkies was fantastic.  Jim  loves your pets like his own AND he is very professional and punctual --  what more could you ask for!
    He communicated with us during our absence and even texted a few photos.  It was so reassuring to know that Jim was there to take care of our "babies".
    Jim and Ultrawalkies is the best.  Do not hesitate to hire him to take care of your "babies" next time that you are away.

    My canine companion was treated well in all ways.  The trainer was very professional and as good at interacting with overprotective dog owners as with training the dogs.  Andrew is an extremely passionate and caring trainer.  He has a very good staff.  It is my opinion that for this flavor of board and train Andrew is among the very best.  You can be sure your dog will be trained and never mistreated.

    The conditions are horrible. The room was 20 ft by 12 ft and had 35 cats in it. It was way too small to house that many cats humanely. The cats were badly treated. It cost us over $3,000 in dental work to get them up to health. They were mangy when we adopted them. They also completely misjudged one of my cat's age. They told us she was 7, but our vet estimated she was about 13-14; she looked to be about 18 when we adopted her. These people should not be allowed to have a cattery.

    We did not have a good experience there.  They didn't explain anything to us.  The convenience of where they were located was nice.  We felt like we were being taken advantage of.

    Our experience is wonderful. We have been using them for many years. We can always get an appointment there when we need to. If we order the special prescription food for our cat on a Thursday, the order comes in on Friday, so it's very quick. The office people are terrific. It's a husband and wife who own this practice. They are both vets. They have two or three more vets in that practice. They rotate; whoever is available on that day comes in. It's any pet; they do snakes, hamsters, gerbils and birds. It's a full-service vet, and they do surgeries. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

    Had a wonderful experience. They did a great job with my two dogs and worked around my schedule so my dogs didn't have to be caged all day. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my friends!

    Highly recommend!  Since we are new to the area we weren't sure how to get a reliable sitter to take care of our pets when we were out of town.

    Service was wonderful -- we even got text photographs to show how everyone was doing great!  You have to really trust the personl who takes care of your family members -- I would trust them with our animals anytime!
