  • The entire staff was very welcoming and always professional. The are like family and always provide personalized attention they work yrs but I love all of them.Greg, Tracie and the boss I call him the terminator.

  • They have a lot of classes especially for seniors. It’s more of partial planning. It’s barely close to me and it’s called Camp Spring Senior Activity Center. On Friday, we’re going for an excursion and we're going to a concert. They do things and they have mystery launches. You go some place and they don’t tell you where you are going. They have a wonderful program all summer. It’s called 300 Club for Seniors. They have walks every Monday. You start with a virtual walk from Ocean City. You log your miles and every time you log them on to the computer to partial planning, it will tell you how far you were from the next place. Even if you walk in your yard or you walk in your house, they give you a pedometer and see how many miles you walked. I never thought I could do the 300 miles. It’s from Ocean City to Oakland. Now they converted it to walk across America. I am now somewhere in Ohio. I haven’t logged in for a while. My phone keeps the record of the daily record to where I walked in. That was fun. After the 300 miles, they gave us a tote bag type thing for water bottle and a windbreaker type jacket. That was really cool. The partial planning has done a really great job. They have another trip that you could sign up for. They only take so many. It was called Parks 4 Seniors. Every week in October, we went to different parks, which was mostly out of the county. That was fun too. They do pretty well. Their prices are really reasonable. It was minimal. Their communication was good. Some of the people are not good as the others. I’m getting ready to sign up for the next sessions of classes.

  • They were pretty good. I have been using them for two to three years. I've gone back to them for convenience. They're open six days a week. The staff was pretty cool. The initial doctor I had was hot and cold. The doctor I have now is pretty good. He was a lot more compassionate and more in-tune. I wasn't treated as another number. Their office environment was pretty cool. They're all nice people.

  • She is very professional and knowledgeable about what she does. I have been seeing them for at least 10 years. It is a clean office. They are punctual, you don't sit for any reasonable time, they try to get to you as soon as they can.  The staff are good and they try to do everything they can to make you feel comfortable, try to accommodate you. I go there twice a year and I get my appointment schedule right away. They talk to you first about everything and try to get you to understand complications or what they are going to try to do and explains to you.  I would continue to see them.

  • It's hard to review just one visit because Dr LaVecchia has been my dentist for about 5 years.  He just moved to a bright, modern, new office space; it's right across the street from the old space, but  with easier access since he's on the first floor.  My dental health is plagued with issues and I find myself at the dentist every few months. In the time he's been my dentist he's fashioned several crowns, fixed a number of broken fillings, made a partial plate, a night guard, and provided a couple of options for long-term treatment plans for my overall dental care. He referred me out to determine if implants were an option as part of one of those potential treatment plans.  He was considerate of what my dental insurance will and won't cover when he formulated the long term plans and when he discussed them with me he was detailed in the time and cost for each option.  The last visit was very routine, just a cleaning, annual x-rays and a checkup, which means interaction with the front desk staff, the hygienist, and the good doctor. My favorite kind of visit.

  • The appointment did not go well. My appointment was at 11:00 but after waiting for 15 minutes, I approached the receptionist about the reason for the delay and the estimated time before I would be seen. I was informed that I would have to wait another 30-40 minutes before I would be seen. This was very disappointing for me, because I was on leave from work and I had to be back at a certain time. My time is just as important as the dentist. I should have been called if they knew the dentist was running 45 minutes behind schedule, and I should have been told at my appointment time that the dentist was delayed. This was very poor customer service; they have lost a customer.

  • Everything goes very well there. Her staff is well trained. The reason I love her is because the first time in my life that when I got an injection, I felt absolutely nothing. Other people say it is not going to hurt, but they lie. I felt nothing at all. They see you very promptly, you don't have to wait more than 5 minutes. They give you an itemized bill. They will bill your insurance company. The whole atmosphere is nice. They are all women. They have great x-ray technicians, hygienists and receptionists. They are all very nice people. They know you by name and when they see you, they know who you are. It is a welcoming experience. You don't have any stress or pain when you go there. They send you emails to remind you of your appointment or they will call.

  • He is an excellent doctor. He is knowledgable and I enjoy going in to see him. I have never went in and asked a question that he was not able to answer right away. He is a Christian doctor and a family man. He is genuinely concerned about his patients well-being.

  • They are very on top of your health issues. They are very good about that. They have been very good to me and my family. The doctors are very hands-on and tell you what is going on and explain things. All the doctors there speak to you like you are a person. I once had an issue and the doctor spent like an hour with me in the office and explained things to me. I have had no problems with them and they are very good.

  • Kaiser is ok. Some of the doctors are good and some are not. There is nothing outstanding. The staff are competent. Some doctors follow up with their patients well and some do not. The facilities are nice, up to date and have up to date equipment.
