    I sent 3 messages through Angie's List asking the company to clarify what was included in a dryer vent cleaning offer they had, and asking whether they serviced my area in Baltimore. I wanted to know before purchasing the deal online. I received no response. I also emailed the company through their website; they did not respond. After a week, I called the number and was told that they don't service my area for dryer vent cleaning AND that they no longer respond to Angie's list inquiries online. REALLY? And they're so highly rated through Angie's List??? I'm not sure what that says about the value of Angie's List ratings given the awful communication/lack of responsiveness of the company.

    It went great both times. The service gentlemen were pleasant, punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and had a great deal of patience. They answered all my questions, which were many. I fully recommend this company for any service they offer.

    The guys that performed the job were extremely professional and trustworthy. They explained to me exactly what they were doing so I could understand it. They were on time and didn’t waste any time completing the job. Communicating with the company was a bit more arduous than I’m used to, because it was mostly through email.

    The morning of Thursday, August 31, 2017, Albert cleaned all of the carpet in a surprisingly quick time of less than an hour.  However, upon inspection of his work, I noticed the bi-fold closet door in the second bedroom was off its track.  When I questioned Albert about why the door was off its track, he said it was already broken, denied causing the damage, and repeatedly blamed me for breaking the bi-fold closet door.  Albert visited each room before he began cleaning the carpet and would have noticed a bi-fold closet door leaning outside of its track and inoperable. I inspected all of the bi-fold doors in the condominium 15 minutes before Albert's arrival.  They were all on their tracks and working properly.  Now that particular bi-fold door is damaged and unusable.  The door has never been broken or needed repair/ replacement until the morning of Thursday August 31, 2017 - the day Albert steam-cleaned the carpet in the second bedroom including the carpet in the closed enclosed by the bi-fold doors. Albert refused to compensate me for this bi-fold door that he broke. I am also extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the carpet cleaning itself.  Spots/stains still remain on the wall-to-wall carpet throughout, but particularly in the dining room and the hallway. In addition, Albert removed his carpet cleaning equipment to his van before I returned, eliminating the opportunity for me to analyze and evaluate his steam-cleaning of the carpet so that Albert could correct any shortcomings in his work.

    The entire process, from beginning to the end, was very smooth. Both the management and engineers at Reliable Maintenance were very helpful, knowledgeable, and light years ahead of other company's in respect to their level of customer support and their ability to get the job done quickly, professionally, and efficiently all the while informing the customer of money saving tips on what they can do to maintain the system in the most simplest of ways. I'd recommend Reliable Maintenance to any and everyone who seeks this type of service.

    My name is Dan I called peerless carpet cleaning and I loved the service, it was great. Emmanuel is the owner, he was on time, great customer service Emmanuel cleaned my carpet and I was surprised he used quick drying shampoo my floor was very clean and it was dry in 15 min. He cleaned my whole house and then detailed my BMW and had it looking like it came from off the showroom floor. I will use his service again. Sorry for the late post...I had my services done last week.

    Peerless was excellent they cleaned my carpet and WOW they were in and out. They used shampoo foam and it was dry in 15min. I was so pleased with the work, I called them back to paint my house,That went excellent as well. They have a list of other services,I will use them again.

    Very good, they were very professional and responded within 30 minutes of the request. I was able to schedule a cleaning appointment within 24 hours of my request. I will definitely have them clean for regular maintenance.

    Terrible terrible experience. I'm warning you. Do not use Ash Maids. Let me break it down. 1. They do not clean you house well. They only clean well on the 1st service (1st service was very good!). After that, they leave spots on wall, dont clean under furniture, and do not mop the kitchen/dinning room floor unless you stand over them and make them. If you don't watch them, they will cut corners. 2. They are always late. They are just as bad as the cable company. Between 12-2 turns into between 12-5. The final straw was when they had my wife waiting in the house all day and canceled to return the next morning. After repeated calls asking when they will show up. All they kept saying is in 1 hour, turn into the next day when I had to turn my keys in. 3. After they came a day late, they charged me an additional $90, stating that it took an extra hour to clean an empty house (I moved out). When I called, they said it took an extra hour to clean the refrigerator and oven (which most companies clean anyway). Total came to $270 for an empty townhouse. Beware hidden charges! 4. When I called, no remorse. No apology for being a day late. No refund for charging me an extra $90 without my authorization. Please, there are plenty of other great services. Dont let them trick you after 1 good job.
