There are very few companies that can say they have craftspeople, proud of their work and doing SOLID work, but Albert is an ARTIST as well. Hire him--you will NOT be disappointed!!

    Alex was wonderful! Respectful and on time and very helpful by explaining the whole precess to me. He had to do some extra things that were not in the original contract but only charged me the original estimate. I highly recommend him for any tv issues i.e. connection with internet, cable needs, creating good reception in town houses where tv is several floors away from internet connection box.

    Excellent service. I first spoke to Daniel who gave an overview of Scoreology's services and asked that I sign up for the third-party credit reporting company "IdentityIQ" for $21.99 so that he and I could review my credit reports together. We ended the conversation with him sending me an email with a link to IdentityIQ and an understanding that I would call back after registering for IdentityIQ. After noting that the IdentityIQ service is a monthly subscription, and not just a one-time payment, I hesitated and called Scoreology back. I spoke to Scott about why I needed to sign up for a subscription service to have the free consultation about my credit score. Scott allayed my concerns by describing exactly how the IdentityIQ website would be used and noted that none of his customers have complained about cancellation of the subscription service. I purchased the service later in the day and rescheduled the free consultation the following day. The following day, I logged in to IdentityIQ with Scott for a free consultation, and he walked me through the reports. He noted that my credit was reasonably good and not negatively impacted by any delinquencies or issues. He saw that I hadn't used a credit card in the last 5 years or so, and he encouraged me to use a credit card at up to 20% of the credit limit monthly. After about 5 minutes of reviewing the report, he noted that his services would not be necessary, so he provided some additional helpful guidance and we finished the conversation. Following our conversation, I called IdentityIQ and cancelled my subscription. It took less than 5 minutes, and I received a confirmation email that the services were cancelled. Overall, I had an excellent experience and very much appreciated Scott's honesty and good business practice.

    Great. I had some items moved while I sold my house, during which the items were in their warehouse. When it came time to move, the rest of my furniture and boxes were picked up and also went into storage, this time for a week. Then everything was unloaded at my house. All 3 moves were handled professionally. My items were taken care of. The movers worked quickly and were nice. I was very happy with the moves. My last move was also with them and I was happy that time too. So I definitely recommend them.

    The installation went pretty smooth, they did a good job in hiding the wires and trying to make it look as clean as possible for a house that was not setup for this type of wiring. They avoided going into the attic, which made the installation much faster. I wanted the least conspicuous cameras in the front of the house due to my HOA architecture requirements, so I went with their "bullet" cameras (2) and (2) of their traditional speco tube cameras. The software for the cameras is average, I think there is better software out there from other commercial cameras, but the plus side is that there is no annual fee for accessing the live feed from speco servers. They do not encrypt their transmission, so if you don't care about "others" watching your feed, then you are good to go. The receiving box for the internal recording is pretty rudimentary, but it works, plus it has a key to get into the electrical boards and hard drive. One thing to note is that you should request to see what the entirety of the camera components will look like on your house! I was surprised when I saw a gray metal box behind the small bullet cameras outside the house, it looked like a fine camera with an ugly radioshack metal box behind it, it was obvious that it was not made together by the manufacturer. The Good News! they came back right away to change the ugly metal boxes with another two tube cameras. Customer service is awesome.

    Aqua Living Factory Outlets
    Aqua Living is by far the shadiest, least scrupulous business I have ever encountered. We were forced to refuse initial delivery of our tub after the shipper, Saia, dropped it three feet off of their truck, causing visible damage. Instead of working this out with the shipper, Aqua Living instead tried to tell us the spa was fine (without inspecting it) and tried to make us pay for both the initial failed delivery to the curb ($250) AND the second delivery to the pad ($400). They tried to justify this with some legally unenforceable language in their order receipt about the number of people required to unload the spa (as if the shipper or their insurer would ever allow customers to hop onto their truck and assume such liability). We had to have a lawyer contact LPI���s president and threaten a lawsuit before they agreed to re-test the tub and deliver it without further charge. (And really, we should have gotten an entirely new tub.) When the tub was finally delivered, the accessories we paid for were absent (filter, chemicals, booster seat). We are still waiting for the booster seat, now three months after placing our order. Most of our interaction with Aqua Living has been with MH, variously identified to us as a technician, a regional manager, and a deputy of the regional manager (his father, apparently). MH copped a nasty attitude from the start, until we made clear we were pursuing our legal options. There is no doubt that MH and Aqua Living would (and probably do) take advantage of customers without the resources to protect themselves. Though Aqua Living offer lower prices than their competition, you will likely pay for the difference ��� and then some ��� in time, frustration, and other costs before you get what you are owed from them.
