    Mice were entering my garage through a gap (I was catching them on glue traps) and needed the source point and entry point identified and addressed. The technician James was punctual, and did a comprehensive assessment of the indoor and outdoor areas. He plugged open entry points and provided an estimate for the replacement of my garage seal. Two types of traps were placed and he explained how each worked and a four (4) day follow-up was scheduled. He also provided advice regarding areas inside my garage the mice would be able to nest if they had gotten past my glue traps so that I could make adjustments (super helpful!). Very pleased overall and the pricing was fair and competitive against other rodent/pest control companies..

    These guys are absolutely the best. Everyone -- from the office staff to the person who came to evaluate the situation to the wildlife techs who came by -- was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful.     I called Environmental Pest Control to go out to a property I'm selling to do a termite inspection and to get rid of a carpenter bee issue I was having on the deck. There were lots of them and they chased everyone off the deck. Environmental Pest Control was quick to respond and took care of everything perfectly. The service was excellent and I will certainly use them in the future. Highly recommend.

    Really happy with Infestation Control. Called them for a mild but persistent roach problem. Got someone on the phone right away, and scheduled someone to come quickly at a convenient time for me. Technician Dave came right on time, was very professional and kind, chatted with me while thoroughly treating the problem in multiple kitchens. Explained the problem should be taken care of with just the one treatment. If I need a follow-up, it's very discounted. Never wanted to set up multiple treatments or just go after the money. Very fair price. Would use again!!!!

    We have two separate contracts with Home Paramount. One for termite prevention and one for quarterly pest control. The company calls ahead of time to set up appointments and the technician will call before arrival. The technicians arrive within the service window. The technicians are professional and courteous. They answer the questions we have and will explain the process.

    I ultimately had another company come out and provide the following assessment: 1. There were multiple entry points that were never sealed (including a large vent) 2. Bat feces that were part of the treatment were never removed. 3. The company did not seal or cleanse the area, it was very poor job. An area operations manager from Connor's finally responded back to me said he would look into the issue I have yet to hear from him regarding this issue. Note that other companies who do similar work have offered 5 year warranties. Connor was quick to deny any warranty was available In September 2017, I hired Connor's Pest to come out and remove bats that nested in my attic. A by-product of these bats were bat bugs which look very similar to bed bugs. Connor's was the first company to successfully identify this (as opposed to bed bugs). I was impressed at this so I decided to hire them for the removal and clean up. When I called the next day to inquire about services, I was informed the gentleman who did my inspection was no longer with the company. i waited one month to sign the contract and after emailing the company twice, I finally got confirmation for service. Connor's came out, and was supposed to seal and install a trap door on all entry and exit points where the bats could get in. Subsequently they were to come and sanitize the area where the bats were. I was never contacted about the sanitation but nonetheless was more than happy to get rid of the bats. Fast forward to 8/2018, I'm awaken to a bat flying around in my room at 4:30 am. I called the company the next day, told them what happened, and requested to know why the remedy put in place the previous year no longer worked. I was initially informed that it had been about a year and I shouldn't have any expectation of the remedy remaining effective. I informed them that I didn't believe a mechanical device (not chemical) should fail so quickly; especially since I paid a lot of money for the treatment. I was promised a call from a manager. Two days have passed and I have received nothing.

    They were working on for months and couldn't do anything to solve the problem. You had a handymen to work on it and just one day the handymen found the problem and solved the problem. I feel that the company wasted my money for working for months and never got the problem solved or under control. And Disputing claims that I owe them money for the service.

    I called on a Saturday to *schedule* an appointment for a termite inspection/plan. While they are listed as open every day of the week, they won't even allow scheduling for future appointments on the weekends. They refused to schedule me and told me to call back on a weekday.
