Quickly and efficiently. They walked me to their x-ray area and by the time I had walked back to the consulting room my x-rays were already on the monitor. Dr. Sri Durbhakula was kind and gave good explanations and quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me the proper exercises and medication. He also noted spine issues that I was unaware of and gave me exercises for those. His team is very good too.

He is great and has great bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and explains things so you can understand him. He has a great personality and his diagnosis was right on. We would recommend him to anyone.

I grade him an A across the board and his partner is Harison Solomon, he is certified on hands arm and shoulders and he has done surgeries on me and I have seen all of them. My daughter has also seen another partner in that group. So specialized group of doctors but they are all together and they take care of everything that I need so it is comprehensive care and they accept all insurances and they do have re-herb unit so t is a terrific group of doctors.

The surgery was a success but the patient refused to continue to follow physical therapy after initial therapy after surgery.  The arm is not very useful now.  This is not in any  way the fault of the surgeon.  If you have an older patient, physical exercise MUST be done on a regular basis.

The staff was pleasant but it took one clock hour of waiting prior to being called in. The x-ray staff seemed competent, but more engaged in their conversation, than with my needs. When they needed to give me directions or assistance they were helpful. After another and frac12; hour wait, Dr. Quigley came in and took a history of my pain in a rushed, terse method. It felt unwelcoming and dismissive. He did give me his evaluation of what caused the pain, possible ways to deal with it, and respected my decisions regarding the treatments. All of that done in speed speak mode with no warmth or bedside manner. My take on the situation is that the medical care may be competent but the communication skills and caring for the whole person was sadly lacking. I would not return here. The billing person was very helpful.

A number of major errors on my medical records (dictated by Dr. Durbhakula) & he was TOTALLY wrong in his assessment of my condition . . . perhaps it's because he spent very little time with me as he appeared to be in a hurry.  Who wants a doctor like that???  Certainly not me!!!

The first time I visited him, Dr. Schlutz advised me that the elbow would probably clear up on its own, but if it did not and I was still uncomfortable, that I should come back in. It did not clear up that easily and was painful. I decided to return to Dr. Schlutz and see what he could do.
On my second visit, Dr. Schlutz drained my elbow and discovered that a lot of blood had accumulated there. He also had me wear an arm band to protect it from further bruising. It took a few weeks, like he said, but cleared up completely. The swelling disappeared and my elbow is now back to normal.
I would recommend Dr. Schlutz to others as he correctly diagnosed my problem, treated it, and it is now healed. That's the best thing you can ask from a doctor.

Great! He gave me a boot to wear for two weeks, it's 10 days and I feel like dancing!  He was very positive, told me there were other things to try if this didn't work.  Pleasant experience.

I was told to arrive 1/2 hour early so as to fill out forms. The receptionist wouldn't even look directly at me. She just shoved papers in my hand. After finishing that, I had to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor. I went back to the desk to say I couldn't stay any longer. The receptionist pointed at some men standing behind the waiting room and said to ask them. I mentioned that all the people who were in the waiting room when I arrived and all who came after me were already seen, but that I was still waiting. The young man proceeded to give excuses which made no sense. I was x-rayed and saw the doctor who did some tests and asked and quot; What did you do?and quot; I didn't DO anything. The pain arrived one evening and by morning was intolerable. He seemed to be wondering why I was there. He recommended PT. Their PT office was around the corner behind the elevator. While the office of the doctor was clean and bright, the PT room was literally in the basement and looked it. There was a huge TV on the wall of the room where there were cubicles for patients to lie down. It was tuned to sports. The PT was fine but he turned me over to an assistant who watched the TV or chatted to the other assistants the entire time he was working with me and payed no attention to me. He even forgot to give me a bell to summon assistance. He gave short instructions and had me do too much that first time with him. I wound up with even more pain afterwards. I called the PT and he apologized and said now that they know they would take it a little slower. In the end, I did recover. However, I would not recommend this practice because of the poor staff training and the obvious lack of even the most modest attempt to make the PT room look professional.

I have been seeing Dr Jared Michaelson since June.  He is great and gave me the option for surgery or sling.  It wasn't money or what was best.  He was a 50/50 either way.  I liked that about him.  18 weeks later and I still following his instructions.  My go to guy for all Ortho and now that he will refer.
