  • I am SO glad I found Auditory Services, with your help!!! Dr. Jeff Zolt is top-notch -- really knowledgeable, truly interested in providing great value, speedy, and very personable! He gave me a very thorough hearing test and quickly identified the right type of hearing aids for me (Widex). They came in quickly, fit perfectly, stay put, and provide wonderful hearing quality -- a massive improvement over the Beltone hearing aids I had before, which actually cost me 1/5 more when I bought them some years ago! Karen is top-notch, too -- really knows her stuff and is also super-nice! She immediately resolved a problem I had with one of the aids a few months after my purchase -- tried to help me solve it over the phone, and when that didn't work, she had me come in right away and fixed it in no time (for free). I couldn't be happier with the quality of the hearing aids and the superb service I've gotten, and I strongly recommend Auditory Services for anyone who needs hearing aids!!! Thank you so much!

  • Both my husband and I were very impressed with Ms. Ney's professionalism and her ability to explain our results in a way we could clearly understand. Fortunately, neither of us needs hearing aids at present. But if either of us does in the future, we have every confidence in Ms. Ney's ability to see us through the process involved. We would return to see her without hesitation for our evaluation, fitting and follow-through. We each highly recommend Spring Valley Hearing Center.

  • Unfriendly staff, had to ask multiple times for an immunization (first time they didn't have it, then it took several follow ups), one PA I actually liked wound up leaving. Would not recommend this practice.

  • Not well! I would not recommend Dr. Beall to anyone. While she presents as understanding, her notes and lack of action to investigate reported pain tell the real picture. She sees patients with chronic pain and needs to understand that they don't take time out of work away from their family and other activities they enjoy to sit in her office. They see her for a reason and need to be believed. They are not seeing and paying for a specialist to have their lives further ruined.

  • Both procedures were very successful. Dr. Weiss is warm, caring and above all, very professional. He took the time with me to explain each procedure and answered all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to see Dr. Weiss again in the future or to recommend him to others.

  • I have been seeing Dr. Kozam for 16 years. I think I owe him a review. He is fabulous! I refer my coworkers, family, and friends to him. They all have been very happy.  He has a wonderful bedside manner. You leave his office feeling informed and cared for. He is A+++++++++++

  • Dr. Hammett has a wonderful demeanor and is very sincere.  I am always upset, though, by her being late.  I always wait 30 minutes in patient room, plus another 20 minutes in outer office.  She is kind but brisk during visit.  She does not automatically check heart etc.  Just asks what is problem and gives some views.  First 2 times in she did not even touch me, which I find rather strange.  She sends her paperwork (prescriptions etc) via the nurse at the end.  It is over in about 12 minutes.

  • Unfortunately, an overwhelming majority of the office staff at this location are nearly completely incompetent.  My wife and I spend between 7-8 hours per month dealing with prescription refills.  The office staff has a voice mailbox that they check only sporadically, and they frequently send prescription refills to the wrong pharmacy.    There is zero communication (again: from the *staff*, not the doctors) about any useful details, and there is no way to verify what the status of your prescription is.
    Furthermore, the staff continually blames their communication and organizational problems on the fact that they are "upgrading their computer system", despite the fact that my doctor has all of my records at her fingertips immediately with no problems.   If a computer glitch is the reason, then curiously, they have now been upgrading their computer system continually for the past seven years.    The office also has had our previous address in their supposedly-transitional computer system for years now, despite the fact that I have corrected it on paper every visit, and had repeated conversations with the desk staff about it.  
    I know that the staff are probably underpaid, listen to a lot of complaints, and have a pretty cruddy job -- especially after they were absorbed by MedStar in the name of "streamlining" and "progress".  That said, their administrative practices are a hot mess.   If the doctors at this practice were not as excellent as they are, I would have given up dealing with these people a long time ago.

  • Everything went well. The doctor was very understanding and answered all my questions and followed very well. The surgery went well. Before the surgery the doctor Stubin called me and had a telephone consultation and even after the surgery too. Dr. Stubin is excellent doctor.

  • He is my internalist and general care doctor. He's the director of the George Washington University Med Center. They use integrated medicines: Eastern and Western medicines. He is board certified in geriatrics. The practice is very inclusive. They have all types of health practitioners in it. The practices offer series of classes on different subjects from time to time. They're at night, after office hours. This seminar focuses on how to increase the calming chemicals. I tend for him to be my doctor until I die. I will follow him to the ends of the earth if he leaves there.
