  The Complete Green Cleaning team was very professional and friendly. Before cleaning they checked the whole house and verified any issues they saw, such as a slightly damaged lamp, or items we had accidentally left behind. They provided me with a time estimate after seeing the house, which I thought was reasonable, and stuck to that in their bill. After the cleaning, I was very impressed with their attention to detail - everywhere I looked was extremely well cleaned, including stairs with difficult vinyl tread, fridge, oven, closets, etc. I recommend this company!

  Terrific! My two lady team (I wish I recalled both of their names) was fantastic. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time (7am no less), they spent a few minutes with me walking through my home and discussing my priorities and specific requests. They then worked diligently and efficiently to provide high-quality services finishing in the allotted timeframe while addressing each of my request. They were friendly, professional, and I would certainly recommend them and will ask for them the next time I need my house cleaned. Thank you for providing top-notch, quality services.

  The house was quite dirty after construction and they did good cleaning in some areas but not in other areas. There was still dirt on the window sills and some parts of bathroom, laundry and some tiles in basement were whiter than others so not uniform looking.

  Everything went well. I was very pleased with the service and would hire them again. They vacuumed (including base boards), dusted, scrubbed the entire bathroom, scrubbed the kitchen (including the inside of the refrigerator), cleaned the windows, cleaned all my kitchen counters and cabinets and mopped the non-carpeted areas of my floor.

  It didn't go. On March 30, I responded to their coupon listed in Angie's List, sending them an email indicating I'd like to set a date for services immediately. I let them know it was urgent, company was arriving in a couple of days. Return email said we'd have to set an inspection/estimate date first. Makes sense. But then, not having heard from her during that day or the next, I called, asking for call backs that never came, but eventually got Rosy on the phone. We set a date for her to come the day after next. The day before she was due, having had no confirmation other than our call, I called her to re-confirm. She said she was on her way out the door and that she had emailed me to say she couldn't come and she'd be in touch to re-schedule. I told her there had been no email and she knew from my initial contact this was urgent for me - I was depending on her company to do the job. Checking email, spam, and trash folders (with her on the phone), I said I could find no email. She insisted over and over she sent one and then that she'd have something available the next week. Obviously that was too late for me and I asked if someone else from her company could come. Said she had a small family run business and there really wasn't anyone else. We were both clearly frustrated but I wanted to end the call pleasantly so left it with "let's set something up when you get back for some other day." She agreed. Couple of weeks later, even given all the problems, I decided to try Rosy's again for a future cleaning. I left a voicemail and email messages. No response. I called for the last time two days ago. I've still heard nothing back (and no texts or emails). I will not attempt to contact this company again. Very unprofessional in my opinion, and unreliable. BTW, ultimately my husband and I did what we could (we're in our 70's).

  Patricia and her team always do a great job and are extremely thorough. As our neighbor who has also used them says, they���re the kind of people who move your couch to clean underneath it! They love kids and dogs and are always happy to work around whatever we have going on. They���ve been really understanding when we have an extreme mess because of renovation, and have been great about rescheduling when we need to. Everyone has always been very kind and respectful and our house is spotless when they���re done.

  I use Elizabeth House Cleaning service monthly and love it (it's my favorite day of the month!). With a 14 month old and a cat I am always impressed at how clean Elizabeth and her crew make our house. They are very affordable, always punctual, and are very personable while cleaning.   Elizabeth and her team are terrific! Very thorough and pleasant to have in my home. I would especially recommend them to anyone with animals. I have two cats who shed A LOT! Somehow they get all the hair off the furniture. :)
