    Euro Design did an outstanding job. Starting with our initial concept meeting, Baha guided us through all the steps in the process, helped draw out our vision of what we wanted, and offered useful alternative ideas. He provided helpful suggestions for finding all customer provided items, such as tiles, bathtub, vanity, and fixtures. Because of the location of this room, plumbing installation was extremely challenging, but their plumber Stanley was a genius at figuring out how to route the supply and drain lines through various floors and ceilings. The drywall, tiling, electrical, and plumbing crews were all first rate, finished their work in a timely manner and cleaned up the site thoroughly. Throughout the project, Chris was always available to follow up on any questions or concerns we had. I would recommend Euro Design without hesitation to anyone considering a home design project.

Jackie responded promptly to all of my emails (even ones after normal business hours), and Bryan was refreshingly honest about the pros and cons of bathtub refinishing.     I purchased the work via a special offer the company had posted on Angie's List. A company representative scheduled the work quickly, and on the day of, the workman arrived very punctually, worked steadily, provided excellent information, and finished in just a few hours. The tub looks great!

    ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. I am not quite certain that this is the branch of Bath Fitter that recent redid our tub ... but my dissatisfaction would in large measure apply to any branch, so it matters very little. We recently had Bath Fitter put a molded cover over our 1940s tub ... a previous reglazing hadn't held up well and was peeling badly, and we were looking for a more durable alternative. The salesman came to the house and showed us an example of the material that would cover the tub, and we were impressed with its heft and solidity, so we went forward. The pros: Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional, and the work was done quickly. The finished product looks quite nice. The cons: They DID NOT TELL US BEFORE PURCHASING that most everyday bath/shower products are not recommended, and that some will void the lifetime warranty. This is a huge problem for us -- one of the things that's absolutely verboten is any sort of chemical drain cleaner. This is a household with a lot of long hair and very old narrow pipes ... we rely on drain cleaner! They offer a suggestion of vinegar and baking soda, and the only fallback they suggest is calling in a plumber. This is a huge problem for us. We normally treat the tub drain about every two months because it gets slow. We certainly can't be bringing a plumber in every two months! And we have very low expectations of the vinegar and baking soda treatment ... which even Bath Fitter's literature says might need to be repeated many times to have any effect. We don't know how we're going to address the problem right now -- most likely we will simply have to use a proper cleanser, and take our chances with the warranty, which in retrospect seems to be worth rather less than the paper upon which it's printed. Some of the other things they don't recommend (though not all void the warranty) are bar soap (ALL BAR SOAP!!!), and all but about ten tub cleansers. We would probably not have made this fairly expensive purchase if the limitations on its use had been spelled out. It's so restrictive as to seem like a fairly elegantly crafted scam ... offer a lifetime warranty, but put so many restrictions on the use of the product that everyone will inevitably void the warranty through everyday use. Quite a clever gimmick, actually. Paired with the "if you buy today, you get this discount" hustle that the salesman was running -- and which seemed to be a standard practice -- this seems like a highly disreputable company. Very, VERY displeased.

    Fabulous. Jeff Millar was super friendly, very informative, flexible, and professional. He explained all the steps, was very careful about protecting the rest of the bathroom, set up fans to draw out the paint odors, and applied many layers of primer and paint. The job took about 5 hours, which matched his estimate. He left me with a solid lesson on how to take care of a tub's finish, noting that in the past I probably broke most of his DO's and DON'Ts. The tub looks like new and we couldn't be happier

    Porcelite's refinisher arrived on time and finished in less time than they had quoted, even though the tub had previously been refinished so the refinisher had to do more work than if the tub had never been refinished. He did a beautiful job refinishing the tub, with clean lines around the tub drain and a nice non-slip finish at the bottom of the tub, and cleaned up nicely as well.

    Work was done well. Worker explained things to us clearly. He was professional and friendly. The only thing that could have gone better is that the project manager was a bit unclear about the different options for the work and additional charges. Once we inquired it was explained to our satisfaction.

    Great work. They gave a free estimate with the price and time it would take. They got the work done in the estimated time and for the price they told me beforehand. Mr Zamora always returned phone calls promptly and fixed whatever I asked him to.

    Carpeting installation went ok, but our first red flag should have been the salesman. There is a frequent TV commercial mentioning buying X rooms get X free, and he laughed at us saying that was wrong and they offered no such thing. Carpet installation in the end went fine (Although the end tacks constantly ***** our toes on certain stairs), but the bathtub liner was a horrible decision. We had the liner installed in July 2010 and had to replace it in 2017 but we should have replaced it much sooner. After about a year after installation the adhesive holding the liner came began to undo itself so the bottom of the tub had a loud sticky clack to it when stepped on in certain spots. After a few years of this clacking the tub started to crack in 2015/2016 from the wear and tear. When we called Empire about repairs/replacement they told us they no longer do bathtub liners and as a result would not honor their warranties and work guarantees and hung up on us. We hired another company to replace the liner in April 2017. When the liner was removed several problems were immediately obvious, the first being they did not remove the floor decals on the bottom of the tub, which provided a weak spot for the liner and adhesive. Second, the liner was a generic size and did not fit the model bathtub. You can see in the attached photo of the tub after the Empire liner was removed how large a gap there was from the poor fit. I will never use Empire Today again. It's important people know they do not stand by their work.
