  • The guys that come out to service the cable are very good, but the billing department is not the best. What they are doing is charging you for the cable box now. They did not do it before but now they are. When you try to bring your bill down they are going to charge you for a cable box. You can't get a hold of them. It is very hard. I had one person Tiffany who was very helpful. One other person Melvin did not help me at all. You have to call them several times to get someone to help you.

  • CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM BY PHONE OR E-MAIL.  THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT SUCKS.  THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO KEEP INFORMATION ON YOUR ACCOUNT AS TO WHAT IS BEING DONE WHEN SOMEONE CHANGES ANYTHING, BUT APPARENTLY THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN.  ANOTHER MONTH TRYING TO GET THE AMOUNTS STRAIGHT.  I AM TIRED OF THEIR NONSENSE.  CAN'T THEY EMPLOY ANYONE WITH SOME COMMON SENSE....NOT EVEN THEIR SUPERVISORS ARE AVAILABLE.  NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT.I GIVE THEM F ALL THE WAY DOWN THE LINE.  I WAITED FOR OVER 40 MINUTES AND NO ONE ANSWERED, THIS IS COMMON PLACE....I GUESS THEY ALL ARE ON A BREAK OR TO LUNCH.

  • TERRIBLE.  They have a recording, you never get the right person first time out.  You get switched constantly or disconnected.  I was on the phone for over 45 minutes, when finally someone could help me.  My monthly bill was increased almost $40.00.  I had the bundle Preferred XF which started out $109.99 plus taxes, fees, modem and service protection plan, came to a total of $129.65.  I asked for a better price.  Why not, they have specials all the time.  Since I had been their customer for over 10 years, they should want to keep me happy..right.  All they wanted to do is downgrade my bundle to 100 channels for $107.99 monthly plus taxes, fees, etc.  Which I ended up doing, because MONEY is tight.  I asked the rep. if I would still have certain channels, and he said yes.  He lied.  Told them that all the channels were reruns, that means reruns until Sept.,what good is that?  They changed my bundle that day.  I tried to get back on the internet, but couldn't...THEY TOOK CONTROL OF MY INTERNET.  On my computer was an agreement form with COMCAST CABLE.  WHICH I READ.  This agreement form stated that THEY had the option to INCREASE the price at anytime without contacting me, they would charge me accordingly, I had no options..I WAS STUCK.  Naturally i did not agree.  I could not get out of that site, THEY TOOK CONTROL OF MY COMPUTER.  I BECAME ANGRY.  This is my computer, COMCAST TOOK IT OVER, I WAS READY FOR A FIGHT.  I ended up calling them back after 30 min or more trying to get out of that site.  Finally tech support helped me.  Tiffany got me out of that section and GAVE ME MY COMPUTER BACK.  Tiffany said, we didn't take control of your computer.  WRONG, THEY DID HAVE CONTROL.  WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE COMPANIES?  DO THEY REALLY THINK THAT THE PUBLIC IS SO DUMB? WHEN YOU CAN'T GET OUT OF THEIR SITE..THAT MEANS CONTROL.  I have had problems with the internet, tv, and phone in the past, that's why I have the service protection plan.  When it rains, storms, electricity goes out, something always goes wrong with the CABLE.  I'll bet that I have to have their tech support by phone or in house once a month.  Unfortunately, CABLE is the only clear reception available at this time.  Verizon does come in this area.  YOU WOULD THINK THAT COMCAST WOULD WANT TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY WITH GOOD PRICING AND GOOD SERVICE.  Problems start and continue at the office, the tech that come out to service your tv, computer or phone are usually very good.

    Their billing department is out of control.  No one answers the phones or e-mails.  It's always busy, I wonder why????  Maybe I am not the only person this company screws up the bills for.  Give me a break, you should be paying us for the waiting time and outages.
