  Cannot recommend highly enough. 6 stars! We had our whole basement finished- a bathroom, office, workout space, TV room and large common area. Eugene and his team were quick and efficient. We hardly noticed them working and if we had any questions Eugene would answer e-mails quickly and even come back in the evening to meet us. They added trim, stained hand rails and other finishing touches we never would have thought of. Great experience and great price.

  We were in over our head with the need to update the entire house. We were overwhelmed and finally decided we needed a professional. We were a little leery. Not to worry, we found Sean at Boss Design. What a gift! Sean is the consummate professional. He soothed our soles with a well organized plan, options to consider and a cadre of professionals under his umbrella that could make it all happen. Sean made the process absolutely painless. We were given adequate time to make choices and if anything went wrong, Sean resolved the issue immediately. The level of customer service provided was beyond any expectation we had. Bottom line, we got our home put together in a manner that reflects our tastes and lifestyle and it was accomplished in a much shorter period of time that we expected.   Noble Kitchen & Bath

  Four years ago I met Paul from Noble Kitchen and Bath and decided to hire him to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms in my home along with finishing my basement.  The job went so well that I hired him four years later to totally renovate the first floor of my new home.  Paul made it very easy this time as he did the last.  He works with you and makes you feel completly at ease during the process.  His staff are very professional, polite, and responsible.  They clean up after themselves everyday and are on time (something very important to me).  This time I asked Paul to gut my baths and kitchen and completely redo them.  Also, I needed him to rip up the carpet and put in new wood floors in the Master bedroom, hallway, and living room.  One of the things I understand when you have a remodeling job this large is that everything will not be perfect, or you may change your mind during the process.  Paul and his staff are very flexible and if a mistake is made they correct it immediately without conflict.  During this job I would add things for Paul to do, or make changes from the original plan and there were absolutely no issues.  The job was completed in a timely fashion and I am very satisfied with the result.  I highly recommend Paul and his company, Noble Kitchen and Bath.  This is my second time around and I would definelty use him again.

  Kargmans Inc

  They said that all they could do of my basement finishing project was hang the 4 studs and 14 sheets of drywall. They said that they didn't think they could get to the rest of my project in that time. You can hang 14 sheets of drywall in a day. I want my money back.

  We first found out about Basement Masters by online search of contractors specializing in basement finishing.  Then found they were listed in Angie's List, after we had called to set up an interview.  We joined Angie's List as part of our research to read the reviews, which were all good.  We checked Maryland Better Business Bureau and checked his MHIC license with Maryland DLLR and all checked out with no complaints and in good standing.  Though I had a question about ACH which kept popping up in the searches (also in good standing) it was thoroughly explained to me by the energetic owner Pavel Abev that ACH was former company that had grown away from what he wanted the company focus to be and that is Basement Masters had to be the best at what they do.  And they are very good.
  We had interviewed with perhaps a dozen contractors over the years before and a couple after meeting with Mr. Abev, the owner of Basement Masters.  We can tell you that we liked Pavel right away as he was respectful by even removing his shoes when entering our home.  He liked our dog too. After he presented his well organized menu/portfolio of a la carte services, walked through our basement I knew I could work with him because he brought good ideas in a well organized format and most importantly to me came in with high degree of enthusiasm that is required to get the job done.
  I want to point out the the process was not without friction for we all have that but its how you deal with it that counts.  Sometimes the language barrier can get in the way too but in the end we always found a way to get through it and each party ended up meeting in the middle with great results.  Pavel is a communicator and believes earlier and often communication is the key to keeping the stress to a minimum.  We agree.  When we asked Pavel for references they were provided right away.  We we checked references local to our home we called 6, reached 3 right away, 2 called back and and we spoke to on one left us a voicemail.  All spoke very highly of Basement Masters and willing to share their insights.  My ending and overriding question, after a long list, was would you hire them back.  All said "Yes!"
  Pavel and his Basement Masters team are all good at what they do and good to work with.  Please understand that some have irregular hours which can be a bit of a challenge but if you can work within those constraints the end results are in your favor.  The delivered a wonderful product and finished up before schedule by a week.  Though we had a small problem shortly after Pavel sent in his A Team and fixed it right away to our satisfaction.  Pavel and Basement Master live up to their integrity.

  We  were referred to Basement Masters from a friend, and couldn't have been happier with our experience! There are so many unique things to consider when remodeling a basement (water/flooding, pipes, septic, etc.) and I was glad to have a team that specialized in basements. They were professional and finished well ahead of projections!  Pavel, the owner, was very responsive to all our questions, and was involved in every step of the process .   We've already recommended them to some of our neighbors & friends!

  Pavel provided a very detailed estimate including costs for extras and provided options upfront with costs to make it easy to make choices regarding final design versus cost.  Job started and ended on time, and any issues that came up during remodeling were promptly answered or corrected.  Craftsman ship was excellent and the basement looks great!

  Mid Atlantic Electric LLC

  I called the contractors number and also sent an email. The response I received to the email was that I would be contacted last Friday (10 Jan). To date no contact has been made. I do not want to use a contractor who does not at least have the courtesy to let me know that he is busy and will contact me sometime in the future.
