    This is an addendum because the my first review has typos. The shop does shotty work, scams the insurance company, and doesn't stand behind their terrible paint jobs or body part installations. I am reattaching the photos of the terrible alignment of my front bumper as well as all of the peeling paint. To be clear. All of the paint is peeling off the bumper that they painted (did not prep first) and installed. This paint is peeling all the way across the front of the bumper, from the very left to the very right. Per Steve, the owner, he will not warrent his professional work because there is a small scrape beneath the bumper. In his opinion, the small scrape beneath the bumper (where no paint is peeling by the way), caused all of the paint to just roll off the ENTIRE FACE of the bumper and peel away. Steve will not step up to the plate and fix this, nor will he refund our money. He is a crook. Stay away. Feel free to contact me at lake.ellen@hotmail.com.

    For the September 2016 service the Bob Bell dealer failed to add brake fluid. And again, in February 2017 the Bob Bell dealer failed to add brake fluid. For both September 2016 service, and February 2017 they promised me that they added the proper brake fluid. EACH TIME THE SERVICE MANAGER ADVISOR LIED. BAD SERVICE AT THIS DEALER. DON'T CONSIDER SERVICE AT THIS DEALER.

    I've used them for 30 years. These guys are really good, trustworthy and all that good stuff you look for. They are a specialty. 

    They're honest, friendly, competent and they stand by their work. We've used them long term and that's only after trying a whole bunch of other people. We're really pleased with them. We haven't had any problems. Their prices are competitive, they don't overcharge, they are very reasonable. It is hard to get in because so many people use them. Once they do it, they do it good.

    Brought our car into our local shop for transmission issues and they told us it was "too big" a problem for them to handle. They didn't really have anyone to recommend and none of our friends had any recommendations either so we started our search. We came across Glen Burnie Transmissions and the reviews available. It all looked good so I send an email request. The owner called shortly after to discuss the problems we were having and get an idea of what we were looking at both repair and price wise. Mark offered the free towing to get the car to them. We took him up on it, they were prompt and careful. The next day Mark called to tell us what they had diagnosed and gave us a quote for $550. We agreed, they ordered the parts and we waited for the call. A few days later (and an epic snow storm) Mark called to say that the repairs were completed and the problem was an easier fix than anticipated, turned out to be $300 instead. The car was clean upon return, it's shifting beautifully and sounds running great. Mark was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. They for sure have our business should need need ever arise again and I feel comfortable giving 5 stars.

    Were very flexible and had me bring in the car any time that was convenient.  They couldn't fix it that day because they didn't have the part.  Offered to do the next day but I couldn't leave the car.  Brought it back the next week and they got it done fast.
    Friendly and quick, though shop was a bit dingy.

    I've used On The Spot twice. I was much happier with the detail they performed last time (a couple years ago).
    Interior detail was mediocre. Although they performed the services according to the Angie's List deal, the car was still still dirty and I "finished" cleaning it afterward.
    The exterior looked good - however, they did not initially apply the sealant and appeared reluctant to do it when I asked. They did it after I insisted.
    I also inquired about tint services, film types, and brands. I mentioned that I had previously done business with Performance Window Tinting & Auto Detailing with SunTek and to my surprise, they seemed completely disinterested in my business. I think it was Rodney who said, "You should probably go to Performance."

    First time at this location. Car was 3+ years old and this was its first detailing and was really needed. Staff very welcoming, flexible and knowledgeable. Facilites are extensive and is very well laid out. Private entrance with sign and checkered flag easy to miss if you aren't paying close attention.

    This was a great experience. From the quote to the follow up , this company was extremely professional.  The actual shipper they used was excellent.  The meeting site for the car was easy, the driver gave us confidence that he would take care of the car all the way out to California.  The delivery date was very close to the estimate and the car came off the carrier in perfect condition.  We were incredibly pleased from beginning to end. Executive Shipper's also followed up with us after the delivery to make sure we were happy.

    I love their prices. Toyota is very cheap, I would call it reasonable. The problem there though is that, obviously with our little one, they don't always have a bunch of loaner cars. Getting a loaner out of them is extremely difficult and getting updates throughout the day on the status of the vehicle is problematic. When we have a little one in daycare, holding my car hostage until four o'clock doesn't go well. Every one has always been very nice. We never had our problem in terms of customer service. That's the only knock, getting updates, if they need to get a part in from their warehouse and a car loaner availability. On the whole, we've been very happy. Their customer service people are very nice and very understanding. The car is usually done, it's just a matter of playing phone tag. The waiting room is pretty nice. They actually did a remodel a couple of years ago so it's a pretty nice area.

    I came as a potential buyer to the office and requested the actual monthly cost for a vehicle. I went to another dealer and it took 20 minutes to get this information. I supplied all the information necessary to calculate this information and waited for over three hours at the salesman desk. the salesman would leave and come back periodically requesting other information: drivers license, proof of insurance, filled out credit application... All this was done at their competitor's office and they were able to provide a quick response. Finally went to the office manager's desk where he asked all those questions again, filled out another credit form and asked me questions and when I asked him why he was asking these question, became very hostile asking me why I came into his office to start a fight. then he kept asking for a longer pay duration or more money down. I kept telling him that I want an apples to apples comparison. I then told him that i needed to get the monthly cost and go over it with my significant other... he stated  "you told me that you were taking it home tonight" which was not true. insisted that I can call her on the phone and discuss it and kept insisting putting money down and going with a longer payment to get a better payment. after another hour of that, I was released. So after four and a half hours , I never received the actual monthly payment and they have my financial information. 
    I recommend that you go to another dealer that will respect you and not waste your time. IF you do decide to go, you tell them up front how long they have, put an alarm on your phone and if they don't achieve what you want at that time, you walk out . Your time is valuable and don't let this company waste it.
