We had siginificant problems with drainage and errosion along our driveway due to historical rains in our rural Montgomery Cty Md location. After consulting with a few experts, we chose Eli, geologist with Green Future Construction. He designed and executed our drainage project within time and in budget., during one of the rainiest Julys on record in our area. Thomas, operations manager, was there every step of the way. The quality of their work is excellent. The professionalism in terms of communication, documentation, and attention to detail is excellent. The cleanup was excellent. They filled and seeded every disturbed area of our property. Extermely satisfied customer.

It was fine. They did a good job. Four hours of lawn care service is...and if you have two people, that's basically just two hours. So you are paying for...if it's one person, it's four hours. If its two people it's two hours. So they had two people come out for two hours and I basically just had them clean some things up in the bed and that was about it. It was fine, there were no worst parts. The guy who owns the company was really nice. I think they are fairly reasonably priced. Most people wouldn't know when you pay for 4 hours that it's not going to be four hours depending on how many people they give you. That was probably the most...it wasn't worst or anything, it was just something that I didn't realize.

Outstandingly well. After a heavy thunderstorm the night before the estimator arrived the following afternoon within an hour of being called. The estimate for removal of a 45 foot fallen pine tree and pruning of a heavy extensive branch on another pine tree was fair and reasonable. The crew arrived the following morning ( 4 men with chain saws, two trucks, large mulching machine, small tractor) and dismembered, loaded and cleaned up within one hour. To be clear, the tree fell pulling out the roots so no stump removal was necessary but I still considered the work done was for a very reasonable price. The estimator (Jeff) and the crew chief (Paul) were both professional and courteous. The estimator was generous with his advice and did not try to create more work than was necessary in response to my questions about other trees. I would definitely call them again.

It went great. The designer was right on time, spent about half an hour discussing the design and marking the lawn. The planting could have been scheduled within a week or two, but we had to delay it. They were flexible and could accommodate our schedule. I will definitely be using them again for future landscaping work.

Kurt and his team were very professional and expedient. Kurt was very flexible in creating a design that matched our desired look as well as fit in with the house and lot. His team completed the job very quickly, and Kurt was very attentive to details to ensure that we were completely happy before he considered the job complete. Highly recommended

The designer did a great job working with us to get what we wanted. The price for the install was fair and a good value. The lawn service price was excessive as we found out later. The initial work including a stone patio and walkway went well. When we had to get some minor things fixed and wanted to sod more area, that didn't go so well. Workers showed up unannounced despite a request for advanced notice. We were double charged for repair work and it took several calls over three months to get it fixed. We had a lawn care service with them (subcontracted) who never completed the contracted work. Their billing cycle was not congruent with our contracted agreement. Ultimately we lost ground because the aeration and seeding never happened in the fall.

Excellent administrative support by Jaimee - Estimator Dan Miller gave suggestions on what to do - and what not to do.  Crew arrived at 7:30am this morning - I did ask for first appt and was told 7:30-8:00am arrival.  A smiling foreman rang the doorbell, told me what they (+4 men and trucks and stamp grinder) are going to do, checked back with me when work was done = better than excellent.  Thank you, Adirondack Tree Experts.

This is the 4th or 5th time they have come to do landscaping work .  Owner Oscar Rios speaks very good English, communicates well both orally and online, and his invoice is never an issue-- and he is always on the job himself with his crew.   They did planting, weeding, etc. = all jobs needed to maintain a beautiful yard.  Thank you Mr. Rios!

Surprise on my front lawn: large limbs off the large Bradford Pear tree, after heavy rains.  Did I panic?  No - I knew I could call Bartholomew Tree Service, Certified Aborist/Licensed and Insured.I did call the office at 9:30pm to ask for help, got a call back, and the next morning, as promised, owner Jeff,  (who always works alongside his crew) and his crew drove up to take care of the issue:  they worked me in on their way to another job. I was so very grateful.  Thanks Bartholomew Tree Service, and thanks to you,Sunny, for keeping me posted about his schedule so I don't sit around wondering when he would come!

We hired The Mowerman because they were awesome in fixing our tractor in August.  Our snow blower was under warranty, but we could no longer trust Sears because of horrible experiences with other appliances/products recently.  Chris Suser came to the initial service call but could not fix it.  Because Chris/The Mowerman is an authorized dealer/repair of MTD (the engine mfg of the Craftsman Model 247.889571), he thought they might honor our Craftsman warranty.  They would not.  Chris/The Mowerman insisted on fixing it at his own cost here today, because it could be a learning experience for him and his head mechanic (also Chris).  So back they came today and what they found was the shock of the century!  The carburetor intake compartment was packed full with what appeared to be pet food!  It completely blocked airflow to the engine, which is why it wouldn't start.  It had never started.  Sears quality control aside, Chris and Chris, both probably master mechanics, spent several hours today cleaning the gunk out and leaving us with the snow blower that runs.  I am their customer for life.
Chinese pet food and treats are killing our beloved animals.  Maybe this is why - the Chinese are manufacturing pet food products and engines in the same plant facilities!
