Everything is new and I've had excellent experience with them. They are responsive and everything is online; you get your appointments and your test results online. They also open early and open late a couple of days a year.

I had the bunion surgery but the foot pain did not go away. I went two more years with worse and worse foot pain. I finally saw an orthopedic surgeon who said the bunion surgery was not done properly. In his words the bunion was and quot;under-correctedand quot;. He recommended my toe be fused to totally eliminate the pain due to the poor surgery done by Dr. Cypher.

Always willing to try to fit you in and give you the time you need. Office staff is very friendly - never act like you are bothering them which I experience at some Dr's offices. Always do what they say they will- follow up with paperwork etc. Overall, a really solid office.

I've had very positive interaction with Dr. Crouch and his office!  He has been very helpful in recommending medications to ease the complications of my Fibromyalgia.  I will continue to see Dr. Crouch and would recommend him Highly!

The Coumadin clinic is staffed by two nurses. After the initial appointment, session times are 15 minutes or less in duration. The initial appointment provided a detailed explanation of the medication and diet restrictions/suggestions to assist in maintaining proper dose of the medicine. . Subsequent appointments evaluate the INR level by using a blood sample, similar to checking blood sugar.
All of the staff are both courteous and attentive and provide a comfortable environment. All of my appointments have been on time and easily scheduled. They have even accommodated appointments on short notice as requested by the transplant team.

My experience with them was super. They are very congenial, they talk to you. I took a stress test and I took an echocardiogram and they followed it up and tell you exactly what is going on. They were very good when I was in the hospital for two days. They came and talked to me and they followed up. They gave me an exercise programme two days a week. They take care of everything and let you know what is happening. They just did a great job overall.

On my first visit, I arrived 15 minutes early. I was greeted by the office staff, who checked over my paperwork. As with most doctors' offices, the initial visit required much paperwork on medical history and personal information. I was taken to the examination room on time, where the nurse took my vital signs and reviewed my current medications. Then the doctor entered, introduced himself, and began the examination. He asked many questions, and listened carefully to my answers. He also encouraged me to ask questions, and gave me answers I could understand. After complete review with the doctor and nurse, several further tests were prescribed, along with good explanations of why they were needed and what would happen depending upon the results. On subsequent visits, as my overall health declined due to both kidney and liver failure, the doctor prescribed injections to increase red blood cell production and thus give me more energy. At one point, an emergency transfusion was prescribed due to the buildup of toxins in the bloodstream. Eventually, the doctor educated me on dialysis which would be needed if I could not get an organ transplant, and he had a vein-mapping procedure performed as a preliminary precaution. Fortunately, I didn't have to start dialysis because transplant organs became available. After my transplants, the doctor followed up with monthly blood and urine testing to monitor the condition of my new kidney and quarterly visits for physical exams. Five years after the transplants, the monthly testing continues, and only two followup visits per year are required. The office staff provides me with the necessary testing orders and anti-rejection medication prescriptions as needed between visits. Over this period of time, I have been seen by three different doctors in the practice. All three have been excellent.

I can get an appointment usually the same day if you call I in the morning. I didn't have the best experience with a pharmacy and I got it switched over. The receptionist was very helpful to find me generic medicines to save me some money. I highly recommend them.

I recommend TLC to anyone who is pregnant. I told my sister in law how great they were and she now goes there. I have never had a bad experience there. I take my daughter every time I go and they are super friendly with her too.

I was having leg pains. So, he determined that the pain in my shins is because the cartilage is gone in my knee. My experience was fine. He saw me promptly. He gave me options of what I can do to take care of it.
