The dentist told us "No filling, just a root canal for this tooth". While in the waiting room, I over heard an older lady tell her friend that they want to do 7 root canals on her. The business should be called Delmarva Root Canal Services.

It went fine.  Equipment is state of the art; staff is professional.  They did not do any work that was not required.  in fact, I wondered if they were too laid back about it.  I had a sore tooth, but they did not see any issue of it being bad enough for a root canal unless I wanted to look into it further.  They do not believe in overt work for the sake of work being done.

He is very good. Very thorough and very knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable. They give us a lot of different avenues. Sometimes doctors try to give us the most expensive alternative, but he gives us other alternatives. He tries to work with us as far as price and affordability.

This was a second visit for a crown as on the first visit the crown did not fit properly. This one did not fit either, so I am scheduled to return a third time. I do like this dentist and his staff, however I have lost a lot of work time thus money that I will never recoup. I do not know the final cost of this crown as I do not have it yet thus I have not been billed. I would estimate it to be in the $600 - $800 range.

He is wonderful. He is great. He is probably the best dentist I have ever been too. He is very concerned about my comfort level. He makes sure that he explains everything in detail. He is willing to work with me as far as making payments. He also is extremely comprehensive. He did an evaluation of muscles in my jaw and in my head related to my teeth. He was checking for any kind of defect in the jaw. I am 51 and I never had anyone do that. I have somebody who is doing that with the teeth and looks at everything as a whole as a working machine. I was really impressed. The best thing is, if I am nervous about getting work done, he can give me gas and he doesn't charge me for it. That is exceptional. Usually they charge $100 for that. For people who need it, he can give it to them. I have never had such good dentist. He is really good. In terms of availability, I got an appointment very soon after I called the first time. He also has a $25 off coupon on his website for a first visit. The office is clean. The staff is mature and just has a lot of experience. His punctuality is good. I was very impressed with the service. I lived in this town for about 14 years and I never knew he was there. I am glad I finally met him.

He was wonderful. He had to pull a molar, it didn't hurt at all. He did a wonderful job. I had an infected root canal and he is a specialist in implants. He got the tooth pulled and after it heals completely he'll fix it. He is kind; he didn't want to hurt me and took a break to figure out how to make it stop hurting for me. I couldn't believe there was no pain involved at all! This was an emergancy and he took right in, I didn't have to wait. His whole office is very professional, they are highly skilled. He has many patients in the area and many who drive from all over to see him.

The appointment was for noon. I arrived about 15 minutes early as I expected there would be paperwork to complete. There was one two-sided form with a comprehensive set of questions about my health, which I filled out. I waited in the very nice lobby for about 20 minutes after the appointment time before being taken to see the doctor. He and I discussed the reason for the visit. He told me he had studied the notes from the endodontist the night before and thought of two approaches to followup. His office has also checked my dental insurance beforehand and knew that I was pretty close to my yearly coverage limit, so he suggest we go with a temporary filling that could wait until the beginning of the next year's coverage, thus keeping my out-of-pocket costs to a minimum. I agreed and told him I appreciated him looking out for my wallet as well as my teeth. He drilled out the very temporary material placed by the endodontist (without any anesthesia, since the root canal meant there were no nerves to disturb). He chatted about sports while he was working in my mouth, and asked me questions which I could not answer since he had his hands and equipment in my mouth (I don't know if many dentists do that; my former dentist always waited until I could speak before asking me questions.) He did a very good job on the tooth in question in about 20 minutes. I then proceeded to the checkout counter where I signed an insurance claim form and paid the balance with a check. In all, I was pleased with the experience. It was not stressful.

I can't rave enough about this place. I have had TONS of dental work since I was a child. I know my way around a dental practice. This place is so perfect. Everyone is empowered to do everything. No runaround. Extremely cordial interactions with staff and dentists without being overly personal. The hours are uber convenient. I wish I had switched to them a long time ago!

I arrived early to complete the first visit paperwork. Bring a pen, all your information and a desk to write on. I think it was six pages including the HIPA forms. Open and clean waiting room, plenty of parking. The office is currently located in a strip mall.

The equipment is newer but not state of the art. There are several chairs and a larger staff then my last dentist. I moved here from Indiana a year ago. The cleaning did not take long, not as long as I was used to. The dentist seemed rushed. Not a bad place but I felt like I was on an assembly line.

He is very knowledgeable and a really good dentist. I've been going to him for probably 20 years. They call you and remind you of your appointment. They let you pay part of your bill if don't have all the money at the time, and you can split it up. Even if you call with an emergency, they will work you in. The reason I've started with them is because they had late hours and you don't have to miss work to visit the dentist.
