    HORRIBLE! When i picked my vehicle up after having the safety inspection done there was a large chip in the center of the windshield on the passenger side, this chip WAS NOT there when I dropped the vehicle off. On the inspection sheet there is NO mention of the chipped windshield or ANY damage to the windshield. I believe the damage occurred after the inspection was done which is why there is NO mention of the damage on the inspection. They also broke the top drivers door hinge,again there is NO mention of a broken door hinge on the inspection report. When I picked the vehicle up they didn`t even have the decency to verbally acknowledge that they had damaged the vehicle,instead they attached a piece of paper to the inspection report with a one line note at the very bottom of the paper referencing the chip in the windshield. I didn`t notice the chip until I had already left their shop and that`s when I looked over the papers they gave me and saw the note at the bottom of the attached paper. I feel like I didn`t pay $60 for a vehicle inspection,I paid $60 to have these clowns break my windshield and door hinge. While my vehicle was in their care they conducted themselves in an extremely unprofessional and negligent manner by allowing my vehicle to be damaged. This was the first time I have ever been to Grant`s service center and it WILL be the last time!

    Clyde was willing to look at our car if he could not fit us in just to let us know what might need to be done. He looked at the car, estimated what needed to be done and was able to squeeze us in! The car is working great, it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Thank you!

    They emailed me and gave me no information just said it was better if I called them. I did call them and talked to their internet sales manage who would not give me a price over the phone but insisted I come there to look at in stock vehicle3s and he would give me a price then.

    It was very late at night around 1 am and Louie squeezed all four of us in his truck and made us comfortable. He was a very guy and we will definetly use his service again. Thanks Louie for helping us.

    Purchased a car from Pohanka Honda of Salisbury. The sales person was excellent, Claudia and quot;Jennyand quot; Palma, knew everything about the Honda CR-V that I purchased. I highly recommend Claudia Palma and will continue to come back to her for my future purchases! I had a 2012 Honda Pilot and traded to the CR-V to get even better gas mileage because I'll be doing more travelling on the highway in the months to come. The entire process from beginning to end with smooth and I was not tied up with Claudia trying to sell me a lot of additional things I didn't want. There was no pressure and originally, I was just looking but after I was in there I decided now was the time to make the purchase and glad I did. The finance person was also excellent and there was no pressure to add on anything and I was not tied up for an hour with forms that didn't make sense and no double speak!!! Pohanka will continue to be my dealership now and in the future no matter where I am in the country. If you are in the market for a vehicle go see Claudia and quot;Jennyand quot; Palma, you won't go wrong, she's the best!!!!

    I dropped the truck off on 4/7/14 and was told it would be ready that afternoon. I called at 2:00 pm to check and was told that they would not have it ready til the next day. The next morning I received a call and was told that the estimate I received earlier was wrong and that more u joints were needed so the price was going to go up to $400 for the u joints so I said ok. Later that afternoon I was contacted and was told that they made a mistake and they could not get the u joints for my drive shaft and that I would have to replace the drive shaft and the cost would be over $1200 for that. I told them I did not want to do that but was informed that they had already pressed the old u joints out of my old drive shaft and they could not put it back together. I asked them why they would do that before they had the parts to replace them with but they said that they made a mistake. It turns out that it was a mistake they made that I had to pay for. I asked them what could they do for me but they did not offer to accept any part of the cost becuase it was too expensive for them and that I would have to shoulder the whole cost for their mistake. I told them that I was not happy and was told that they would swipe my credit card qyuickly so it would not hurt so bad. I did not appreciate the atempt at their humor.
    I will not be using Burnett White in the future and will be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience dealing with them.

    I went without an appointment the first day, he checked out my truck, found out what was wrong and I made an appointment to come back to the next day where he fixed it. He was very professional and did a good job.

    I went many places looking for muffler covers for my car.  One place sold me a set that rusted completely.  I went to Trick Trucks and they worked with me until we found the exact size that would fit and would not rust.  I have just about anything you would want for a car, truck, or motorcycle.  I would highly recommend them.

    Courtesy Chevrolet is the only place that knows how to work on a Chevrolet Impala.  They always do a wonderful job at fixing any problem I may be having.  Carlos in the service department is always very nice and helpful.  When I pulled my car out of the lot, I noticed my turn signal was not working.  I went right back to Courtesy and spoke with Carlos.  He was not happy this was overlooked.  He had it replaced promptly and didn't even charge me for it.  I highly recommend them to anyone in this area.

    We were coming across the St. George's Bridge when we heard a terrible noise.  My husband pulled the car to the side of the road and we had a back very flat tire.  We have AAA, so we called and One Stop Auto was dispatched to us.  Jeff. the driver, was there in a very short time.  Not knowing how long it would take, my husband started to change the tire and put the donut tire on..  When Jeff arrived, he immediately took over and finished.  He asked where we were going and when we told him Salisbury, he said the donut would not take us that far.  He said you have  AAA Plus, so I am going to tow your car and take you to Salisbury myself.  I know we "paid" for this type of service through our AAA plan, but Jeff was so nice to us. I wasn't expecting him to do what he did.  I highly recommend them to anyone.
