    For price, I've never really had it fixed before, so I guess it was reasonable.  It took about five hours for the work to be completed.  They have their little niche of what they do, and I think they do a good job.  Actually it had been broken for two months and nobody could really figure out what was wrong with it, and he identified what was wrong with it, which was nothing.  I had pressed something; there was really nothing wrong with it.  I had just pressed something incorrectly, but he identified that there was nothing wrong with it and I had just pushed something and he corrected what I had pushed.  The workers were fine; my husband really handled it - I didn't.  But he didn't seem to have any problems with them.

    Job was well done. Technician performed his work quickly, was courteous and friendly. I appreciated the pre-notification of who the service provider was and the call as to his arrival time. I have no complaints as to this service.

    When I purchased my car, they were also a new car dealer so I just kept taking my car back there. They are very professional. They have a number of service managers that stay in contact with you. They are very responsive and keep you in the loop as far as what they have found. Once they find something, they leave it up to the customer as to whether they would like to continue do the full boat or just fix this. They were very cooperative. Because my car was an older car, they knew who I was with all the cars that CarMax handle. They knew who I was when I called. They helped me. We developed a relationship because they had the one service dealer for Nissan products. That worked really well.

    Everything went great! He offered different services, so we went with what our truck needed today. The truck is black and it shows every imperfection. After he was done my truck looked better than it did when we bought it 2 years ago!

    After a couple of unsatisfactory visits to Nationwide Infinti, I researched automotive service alternatives. I came across Prestige Automotive?s glowing reviews and decided to give them a try. I could not have been more impressed and happy with their service. They are very professional, knowledgeable and take the time to speak with each customer about their vehicle. I waited for my vehicle, so I overheard Rick talking to a few customers. He takes the time to explain everything so you can understand everything and make an informed decision. There?s no pressure - just his honest opinion and expertise.

    Prestige even found and showed me a belt issue on my car that the dealer did not find a week earlier during their routine inspection. Rick explained the issue and left it up to me if I wanted to have it replaced or not. I?ve always taken my cars to the dealer for service before, but I?ll be taking them to Prestige from now on.  The savings with Prestige is an added bonus, but I could not be happier with the professionalism and expertise. Prestige earned my business.

    I received excellent service from Lani LaFavors and JBA Infiniti. Nationwide Infiniti is the closest dealership to me, but after numerous unsatisfactory visits to Nationwide, Infiniti Customer Care recommended JBA Infiniti and I could not have been more pleased. JBA Infiniti is professional, courteous and was able to make warranty repairs that Nationwide Infiniti shrugged their shoulders over. JBA Infiniti is well worth the extra drive for me.

    NATIONWIDE INFINITI OF TIMONIUM

    Nationwide Infiniti is the worst service dealership I?ve ever visited. Thankfully after my last visit, Infiniti Customer Care recommended JBA Infiniti and I was thoroughly impressed with JBA?s service department. Even though Nationwide is closer to me, JBA Infiniti is my new service center and I?ll never have to set foot in Nationwide Infiniti ever again.

    For my first service visit at Nationwide Infiniti, I scheduled my 26,000 mile service online. I also requested that a rattling sound from a wheel be inspected. In the online appointment form, I posted a youtube video that I filmed reproducing the rattling noise. When I arrived at Nationwide Infiniti and waited about 10 minutes for someone to help, they had no knowledge of my online appointment. After sitting down with Joe Deck, the service representative, I was asked to return to my car to retrieve the registration. I suppose he didn?t write down the VIN when he started my appointment. I?ve never had to present my registration at any dealer, quick lube shop, etc. ever before. I asked Joe Deck if they price matched JBA Infiniti?s price for the same service and he told me, ?No, but you can take your car there instead.? A simple, ?No, sorry? would have been nicer.

    Against my better judgment, I returned to Nationwide Infiniti about 10 months later for a warranty issue regarding my SiriusXM antenna losing signal constantly. When I set up the appointment over the phone, immediately I was told that satellite signal is sometimes lost. At Nationwide Infiniti, you never get the feeling that the customer is right. After having to explain myself, I set up the appointment. Since my expectations were so low with Nationwide, I made videos showing the constantly dropping SiriusXM signal in various parts of my daily travels. Nationwide could not reproduce the issue. I showed the technician the videos in all different parts of Baltimore and Harford counties dropping signal. He stated that he could not reproduce the issue and didn?t know why the signal drops in other areas. When I was handed the invoice showing that no work was preformed, the customer name and contact information was for a completely different person. Not a misspelling, but someone else entirely with a different address and phone number. Nationwide Infiniti did not even know my name after 2 service appointments.

    Immediately, I called Infiniti Customer Support. A regional representative contacted me and set up an appointment at JBA Infiniti. JBA Infiniti are professional, courteous, provided a loaner and were able to reproduce the issue. They replaced my SiriusXM antenna and my signal has been 100% solid since. I can?t say enough great things about JBA Infiniti compared to Nationwide Infiniti.

    If Nationwide Infiniti is your local retailer, do yourself a favor and make the extra drive to JBA Infiniti. It?s well worth it. Even the regional Infiniti representatives recommend JBA over Nationwide.

    Don's Auto Service
    We had our engine replaced by another shop that not only screwed it up, they then refused to honor the warranty and replace the engine. My husband called Don's after being referred by a coworker and Don had no problem helping us out! We had the truck towed from the 1st shop to Don's, and he ordered the 2nd replacement motor since the first company sent the replacement back. Communication was great, and he replaced the 2nd motor with no issues! He even noted everything the 1st shop did wrong for us. Don and his wife make a great team, and he knows what he is doing!! We wish we would have went to him from the start! (The price we paid was for installation of the engine and new water pump. Not the engine itself because that was covered by the warranty)

    First of all the service date is not accurate.  It has been over a year since my last service.   However, I have been a customer for over 10 years and no other shop has serviced my 1994 BMW 740IL.  The guys there are always courteous and the manager, Tom, is honest, professional and experienced (over 20 years).   The service prices are reasonable with no dealer "price gouging."  If you own a BMW this is the place to go for service.

    Superior Windshield Repair
    I spent a considerable amount of time researching various windshield replacement companies due a horrible experience with Safelite Auto when I had to go back 3 - 4 times as water kept coming into the windshield when it rained. I found Superior Windshield Repair, and after reading the reviews, was satisfied to go forward with scheduling an appointment. I spoke to Ken, who wasn't sure if he serviced our area. However, after I explained my last experience and begged him to do our windshield, he agreed, and we set a date and time. 
    The night before the appointment I called to make sure he had my insurance information and that we were all set for the next day. He expressed some reservations due to the impending weather that was calling for rain. I told him we had a carport. We had a lengthy discussion about the carport as he wanted to know how tall it was and explained to me why that mattered. 
    Come the morning of the appointment, nobody had showed up half hour into the one hour window he had given me the night before. I called him to find out what was going on, and he told me he decided to move my appointment (without telling me!) due to the rain in Annapolis (I'm located in Rosedale). I was completely taken off guard by that because we had just had a conversation the prior evening about the car port, plus it wasn't raining where we were, neither was it calling for rain. And, even if he had forgotten the whole discussion about the car port, a simple phone call to me to cancel or move the appointment would have caught the error. He wanted to move the appointment to Friday, but I reminded him that as I told him the first day, we were going out of town and needed this windshield to be replaced prior to leaving. He scrambled and had guys over to us within the hour. He then apologized for what had happened and said he was at fault and took full responsibility for the two misses (forgetting about our car port discussion, and not calling me when he decided not to send the guys out). For my troubles he waived the my insurance deductible, and I will definitely be using him again. 
    As I told him, nobody is perfect, but the key is what you do when you make a mistake and it's your fault. And he handled that beautifully by taking ownership and responsibility of what what he had done, and going out of the way to take care of the customer when that happened.
