    When I purchased my car, they were also a new car dealer so I just kept taking my car back there. They are very professional. They have a number of service managers that stay in contact with you. They are very responsive and keep you in the loop as far as what they have found. Once they find something, they leave it up to the customer as to whether they would like to continue do the full boat or just fix this. They were very cooperative. Because my car was an older car, they knew who I was with all the cars that CarMax handle. They knew who I was when I called. They helped me. We developed a relationship because they had the one service dealer for Nissan products. That worked really well.

    After a couple of unsatisfactory visits to Nationwide Infinti, I researched automotive service alternatives. I came across Prestige Automotive?s glowing reviews and decided to give them a try. I could not have been more impressed and happy with their service. They are very professional, knowledgeable and take the time to speak with each customer about their vehicle. I waited for my vehicle, so I overheard Rick talking to a few customers. He takes the time to explain everything so you can understand everything and make an informed decision. There?s no pressure - just his honest opinion and expertise.

    Prestige even found and showed me a belt issue on my car that the dealer did not find a week earlier during their routine inspection. Rick explained the issue and left it up to me if I wanted to have it replaced or not. I?ve always taken my cars to the dealer for service before, but I?ll be taking them to Prestige from now on.  The savings with Prestige is an added bonus, but I could not be happier with the professionalism and expertise. Prestige earned my business.

    I received excellent service from Lani LaFavors and JBA Infiniti. Nationwide Infiniti is the closest dealership to me, but after numerous unsatisfactory visits to Nationwide, Infiniti Customer Care recommended JBA Infiniti and I could not have been more pleased. JBA Infiniti is professional, courteous and was able to make warranty repairs that Nationwide Infiniti shrugged their shoulders over. JBA Infiniti is well worth the extra drive for me.

    Don's Auto Service
    We had our engine replaced by another shop that not only screwed it up, they then refused to honor the warranty and replace the engine. My husband called Don's after being referred by a coworker and Don had no problem helping us out! We had the truck towed from the 1st shop to Don's, and he ordered the 2nd replacement motor since the first company sent the replacement back. Communication was great, and he replaced the 2nd motor with no issues! He even noted everything the 1st shop did wrong for us. Don and his wife make a great team, and he knows what he is doing!! We wish we would have went to him from the start! (The price we paid was for installation of the engine and new water pump. Not the engine itself because that was covered by the warranty)

    First of all the service date is not accurate.  It has been over a year since my last service.   However, I have been a customer for over 10 years and no other shop has serviced my 1994 BMW 740IL.  The guys there are always courteous and the manager, Tom, is honest, professional and experienced (over 20 years).   The service prices are reasonable with no dealer "price gouging."  If you own a BMW this is the place to go for service.

    .I used the Quick Lane option, no appointment.  This option is for simple standard maintenance.  I was greeted as I drove up, signed in and the car driven to the service area by the tech.   I had the car back within 45 minutes.

    They were professional and friendly.  They spend time with you.  They treated my car well.  I like the fact that they know me by name.  They are always looking out for the best deal for me, like coupons.  They are always making sure that they offer me the services that I need for the maintenance of the car.  They don’t hassle me if I cannot take it at the designated time of the year for the maintenance.  They do not pressure me.

    I'm not sure if they did a diagnostic on my vehicle because they did not charge me for a diagnostic and paperwork did not say what they did to get the price quote they gave . I thought it was pricey and unusual not to get a diagnostic nor paperwork to show how and why they quote the price so decide to look elsewhere for better price quote and serve that will explain and explain/show what the problem is with my vehicle.. Several years ago, I had a 1999 Jeep Cherokee and had my vehicle checked from a transmission repair shop and was informed it will cost me a lot to replace my transmission. I end up speaking with a co-worker who recommended me to Wabash Transmission. I went to them and they actually did a diagnostic on my vehicle and found out I didn't need to replace my transmission. If my memory serves me correctly, the first or second gear was slipping. They repaired my Jeep and charged me $700 which is a big difference compared to other places I have been to in the past and recently for diagnostic/repair quote. I had the Jeep for several more years thereafter until I purchased a newer vehicle which is the one I took to Jenning's Transmission.

    Closest place to home and needed to get it done   Neighbor thought they did decent work (though they usually use  dealer)
    All done in about an hour, so that was good
    Prices a little on the high side from local knowledge
    Customer service staff below average knowledge
    Leak turned out to be a stem, so a good catch I guess, but tried to sell us a front brake job due to "some rust" on the outer perimeter of discs   Brakes done less than 2 years ago   My girlfriend's car, and of course the shop mechanic wanted to show her, while it was on the lift   Wasn't to happy to have me looking as well ?   Opted for a second opinion   Had been shopping around for some similar work on my car, so checking out Sears was a check in the block   Anyway, took my car up to investigate Jimmy Z's (found from this list)   We were sold right away (see other reviews)   After doing my car on relatively short notice (good work, good price),  checked out hers, and guess what?   Of course, brakes just fine
