    Golden Key
Gregory was great, He removed the old wall paper. He fixed the wooden rough in, repaired the old dry wall and painted the wall everywhere needed. He then even re grouted the bathroom downstairs. He was polite, nice, and worked with me. Would definitely hire again.

    Picture Perfect Paper & Trim
The team at Picture Perfect were fantastic.  The walls look great - even better than I imagined.  So good in fact, that I'm thinking I need to find somewhere to add some more wallpaper to the house.

    MARK CHARLTON
Mark was great.  Very professional and he obviously knows his business as judged by the outsanding final results.  He showed up on time and completed the work ahead of schedule.  I would not hesitate to use him again in the future and highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

    Handyman At Your Command
Very professional service! The business experience with Tracy is very professional, communicative and does what she says.  The service team was prompt, communicative (explaining a few issues inside the wall and their plan to resolve), with great attention to detail and craft, and showing respect for me and my home.
I had purchased a replacement unit online. They inspected it and showed me a few safety defects and low online ratings, we agreed to install a different unit.  there is a big box home store within 2 miles, we shopped online for a better unit and they made a quick trip to obtain.
They removed existing wall heater, obtained new unit, re-framed within existing wall access to mount, tested the electric circuit, installed unit, installed decorative frame surround within 3 hours. The wall was wallpapered, not just paint, so the process of retrofitting new unit and framing inside the wall was made a bit more complicated. They did a thorough job re-framing inside the wall and installing molding around unit for a tight, professional look.
I am happy with the service experience and the results.

    PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION & REMODELING
We had an insurance adjustor come, and he looked at everything and nothing happened for 2 months. We kept calling them about it, and they said that there was a problem with the public adjustor, and they said they had to make sure that we were being paid the right amount. When we called our insurance broker, she said there was not 3rd party involved. They don't use a public adjustor, they just approve what is being submitted to them. The next day Paul Davis shows up and says lets get going. We had all this furniture which wasn't really touched by the back up but it was in the room for 2 months, and it smelled. They said they were going to move all the furniture out and give it an ozone treatment to deodorize it. That sounded weird so we called our broker, and she said she had never heard of any such thing, and we got a check from our insurance within a day or two to replace the furniture. We told them they could hold on to our old furniture. From the middle of October to a few weeks ago, they came in put in tiles, ripped up dry wall, and put new wallpaper. They missed a paint spot every now and then, and we called them and they came and corrected it. There was one little area where the wall paper was wet, and they kept giving us different reasons why there was a brown spot on one wall. They kept checking if it was wet, and it wasn't wet. The last time they came, they said that they have to send somebody up on the roof, and check if there was wetness there. We said that we didn't want them to go on the roof. We were sending emails back and forth to the insurance company, and the whole thing came to $7500 that we owed them after the deductible. We had paid them $5000 and the rest was to be paid after we were satisfied, but we never reached a point of satisfaction. We then called it square. We had a contractor working at our house, and he said that the stain was because somebody had painted oil paint over latex paint. They responded right away to the emergency situation, and they did the work within a few days, but then they disappeared, and they were saying it was the insurance company, and the adjustor seemed to have a very different story. He was saying he wasn't getting the papers, and they were saying they sent the papers. We called the broker, and then they came. They showed up the days they had to show up, but it took a very long time. It took 3 or 4 months for them to finish a 2 week job.  The workers were fine, but it seemed like there was a project manager who didn't seem to be up on top of things. We would ask her when this would started, and she didn't really have answers for us.

    Wallcovering Installation by Norma
Wallpapering, yes, it's the name of an individual, I don't know if she has a company or not, the lady did our wallpaper and it's come out well, it's called Wallcovering Installation by Norma. This lady, I mean, she was spot on. She has done work here a couple of different times and the first time she came was 18 years ago. The wallpaper looks like she put it up yesterday. Her prices were very consistent, they were more than just reasonable, they were better than average prices. We picked up the wallpaper that we wanted and she said that we need 15 rolls of this, now there is cost for the wallpaper and there is cost for the installation and when she said we needed 15 rolls, by golly, she used 15 rolls, she was spot on, there was no waste, the little scrap that she had left over, she rolled them all nice and neat, put a little band around it and gave them to us and I've got them in the basement, but it was just tiny scraps and we've never had to even think about going back and redoing it.
