I am very satisfied with my resume. Additionally I got training on Linkdin and had my profile updated. Mary was very responsive and easy to work with through the process. In addition her expert knowledge of LInkdin was extremely helpful

Overall, the instructors were excellent. One, would not let the students turn right on red which I find odd since it is legal and it would have been beneficial for them to learn how to do it safely. It also would have been helpful if the instructor's badge number was included in the student's account for each class. That would have allowed me to sign up for the same instructor for subsequent classes.

It was great. The instructor (Johanna) was always on time and she had the best teaching method which was to have more than 2 teaching methods. We watched short clips, were assigned movies to watch at home, played a game called "chanton" and even had end of course mini tests with food and drinks. I enjoyed the lessons and was able to speak Spanish in Chile. (I already spoke basic but this helped make me intermediate level) I was able to make up classes that were missed in other locations, not only the one i signed up for. That helped me be able to comprehend other accents.

Hire Power's staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they provide a tremendous amount of support. They offered to rewrite my resume as well as discuss how to modify the existing format. They focus on your career development not just a job search. They also provide follow-up to see how successful you are and make recommendations to tweak your resume if you are not getting the views you want. It is clear that their investment is in you as a client and your success and not just successfully writing your resume.

Rosie arrived promptly to pick Skylar up, and immediately the two of them hit it off! We got text updates and pictures of how Skylar was doing throughout her visit with Rosie. Skylar was returned to us happy and tired from so much playing. We will definitely call Rosie again in the future!

Clothes always come back clean and neatly pressed. Unlike some other dry cleaners, we have not had any problems with clothes coming back wrinkled from being stored in overcrowded hanging spaces, or "over cleaned"/damaged by the cleaning process.

I go there because of the stylist. I follow her. I like the person who does my hair. It is a great hair experience and you can trust them. They also give great head massages when you get your hair washed. They are big on that. I have been going to Oxygen for like five years.

It was a reasonable price, it wasn't unreasonable.  They will not move furniture or anything to pick up carpets, another provider does do that, which is a local cleaner. They will move stuff. But this is something I could do myself; I could roll up the carpet and give it to them. I don't send my orientals there, I send those to another service provider. I give them a C because they don't move the furniture and pick up the rugs. And, they won't give me a time when they will come to get the carpet. They won't say morning or afternoon, they just say, sometime during the day. They've been around for 100 years. They've been around a long time. I wouldn't send my orientals there but other things I would. They are fine. I called them today, they said they'd be here tomorrow. They responded, that was fine. They've done the carpets every year for me, three years. So yes, I would use them. I know them and know that they'll come, get them  and bring them back. I don't think they wash because that would shrink them. They probably use some dry cleaning stuff on them.

Tracy has done a number of jobs for us and I have been pleased with all of her work. She tailored a prom gown my daughter bought on line, several suites for me and did expert alterations to a revolutionary war uniform that I wear as part of a color guard in re-enactments and ceremonies. Needles to say, the uniform has to be perfect and she did the job! I could not ask for better plus her prices are reasonable and turn around time fast.

I was initially excited to find an accordion shop reasonably close to DC, especially after I read the reviews online. I needed extensive repairs to a 60 year old Hohner that had substantial sentimental value and I was skittish to ship it to a distant shop, so i called Liberty Bellows to get a sense of the cost of repairs. I was told it would be under $500 which was on the high side compared with a couple of quotes from other places, but I decided to try it anyway. I had followed up the call with an email to the owner Mike, who said "We are happy to restore your HA114 and it would cost $320 for treble reeds +$100 for bass reeds + $25 bench fee =$445 notwithstanding any other pad work, compression work, etc." I appreciated the forthright response and the price was consistent with the call so I made the 3 hour drive to Philly from DC. When i arrived at the shop (with my whole family in tow) I spoke with an employee (Dustin) who confirmed the price range and we spoke about the possibility of trading some other accordions towards defraying the cost of repairs.
At that point Mike the owner stepped in, claimed "we don't like working on these--they're too much work" and said the cost for reed work alone would now be $700-800.
I was greatly taken aback and expressed my dismay, but I eventually begrudgingly agreed to $540 cash (with tax) plus my 3 other accordions in trade towards the cost.  While the repair work was competent, I feel the cost was excessive and the sudden drastic change seemed capricious. I realize seeing the instrument gives the best indication of cost of repairs, but reed work is reed work and he had given me a very specific estimate for a "restoration". When I brought up the issue again at pickup Mike was vague and evasive and couldn't specifically account for the extra $300 expense. I am happy that there is a movement afoot to revive craftsmanship and traditional accordion music among Millenials, but I think Liberty Bellows has a a fair bit to learn in terms of forming long-term relationships with customers.
Again, the repairs at Liberty Bell were well done, but in the future I will ship my instrument  to a different shop with more reasonable costs and more experience in customer service.
