  Clever and Angela are very professional and Mari is excellent at responding by email or phone. The Landscape Design is still in progress, and I appreciate their creativity and personalization. All the work has been laid out in steps. The weekly yard service is timely. The landscapers have hit a few irrigation heads and lights, and a statue in my yard has been knocked over all summer. But overall, they are excellent and I would highly recommend them.

  In the Fall of 2016, I took advantage of a Deal for a Leaf Clean-up for $135.00 & was very pleased with the work done. Therefore, I contacted them in the Fall of 2017 & was told that no Deals for a Leaf Clean-up were available. In addition, I mentioned that I was interested in some Fall Clean-up Services. Ms. Allison Medrano, the General Manager, informed me the I DID NOT have to go thru Angie's list in order to use their services. Although I would not be afforded the Angie's List discount, I really wanted the work done, so I did not question further. Consequently, I paid $150.00 for the Leaf Clean-up & approximately $340.00 for the Fall Clean-up. As an afterthought, I thought that I would never agree to NOT going thru Angie's List again since I'm a Gold Member & would enjoy receiving the discount! Last week, I contacted this company for a Spring Clean-up, leaving a message with their answering service that I was an Angie's List Gold Member. The email response that I rec'd from Ms. Medrano apprised me that , due to limited staff, they are "not performing cleanups once we begin mowing". Considering that we are still experiencing frigid temperatures & NO ONE IS MOWING, I find this response specious, at best, particularly since I've been a repeat customer!!

  It went extremely well. They helped me design what I had in mind. Made suggestions of things I hadn't thought of. They had to demolish and take away the old brick planter wall that was crumbling. They were always on time and did what they promised, without excuses, delays or mistakes. Every person I met was knowledgeable, professional and aimed to please me.

  Overall this went well. The only negative was that I had to call the company about the deal and they seemed to not know that I had purchased the deal through Angie's List. To their credit, once I called them they were very responsive. On the scheduled day, they arrived on time and worked professionally and thoroughly. I would definitely hire them again.

When we're ready to do more work to our property I will absolutely call Mike, and only Mike. He's an honest and funny guy, and is very knowledgeable about what will give us the best results. And because we were willing to wait until business was slower for him, he gave us a great deal!

  MA did an excellent job on our yard and were very thorough. The finished the work I had asked them to complete about an hour early and asked me if they could continue weeding around our pond. The staff were friendly and courteous. The only snafu was that they were supposed to arrive at 8am, but because their scheduling employee quit, the time slot had been lost. They were very apologetic and got the guys out there just a few hours later to complete the job.

  I signed up for lawn cutting and bi-weekly leaf removal over the summer.
  
  I've never had better, more professional service! They email you if they're not gong to make the normal service time, they do exceptional, detailed work with each visit. They came promptly last week and removed 12 bags of leaves from my property in under an hour. Anything I've ever needed from them, they have a "can do" attitude, don't overcharge you and just thrive on delivering the best possible customer service!
  
  Heather, who works in the office, is always available and promptly deals with replies or questions and is always pleasant. I couldn't be happier with the service. This is one of the best companies around!
