  From start to finish, the staff at Mold Gone were completely professional. Mike came out for the initial consultation letting me know exactly what was going on and what was needed. John and Henry performed the work, walking me through every step of the way. When they left, they cleaned up the work area. I had water damage in an area of my basement. Not only did they treat the mold, but they replaced the woodwork that was damaged. I would definitely recommend Mold Gone to perform any mold related work.

  Reliable Radon was able to schedule quickly, and Robert did a very neat job activating my existing passive radon pipe. It was a challenging job, with the pipe tucked in a corner behind an HVAC unit, but Robert did it very cleanly. The included re-test gave us a high reading, so Reliable dropped off another test, which showed that the actual radon levels had been remediated quite well by the work.

Ronald Coleman provided the estimate and I appreciated his straightforwardness and candor in walking me through the work. Rhonda Plaine on the phone was helpful and friendly in helping me to schedule the order and navigate the payment options. It turned out that I also needed to have my external, basement staircase rebuilt, as well, and Ronald and Rhonda helped to add that to the quote and reschedule the work as needed. No flooding since the work was done. I would recommend this company.
