    Jonathan Morris DDS
It always goes well. I have been going to Dr. Morris for over 13 years at three different locations. He has the expertise to do anything necessary for our oral health AND he is very personally engaging and remembers who you are. He and his staff are great people.

    Jay H. Samuels, DDS
Dr. Samuels and the dental assistant were excellent. The work was done well. The metal fillings were taken out of both teeth. One was fitted for a crown since the tooth was broken. An porcelain inlay was put it the second molar where the metal filling was. My teeth look and feel great!

    Key West Crossing Dental
If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I begin?!?!? This dental practice should be permanently out of business! I've never dealt with such a corrupt company like Key West Crossing Dental Associates. My issue started in 2013 when I went for a standard cleaning. I never had problems with my teeth before but the dentist they had on staff recommended that I've a deep scale cleaning. Me having no dental background I agreed. The dentists also recommend that I've a chip that was barely noticeable fix. After a while it started to feel like I was at a shady mechanic shop and the mechanics was trying to up sale me on everything they could. I never knew this assisted in the dentistry industry. The Dentist was just trying to make some extra cash. So I agreed once again to have the minor chip fixed. What a BIG mistake. The dentist did a poor job on filling the chip tooth. She used a shade that wasn't not a match to my current teeth color making my smile appearing irregular and the chip was more noticeable than before. It took multiple visits to get the proper shade to match my current teeth color. That was just the start of the nightmare services offered by Key West Dental Association. After a few months the deep scale cleaning that the dentist performed on my teeth wasnt covered by my insurance company. Why you ask??? Well because I never needed it in the first place. This dentistry association will make false diagnosis to gain additional income. I had a long ongoing claim for years with Key West Dental association and my insurance providers. Come to find out the pockets that were supposed to be at a certain depth wasnt necessary for the deep scale cleaning. My insurance wouldnt cover it and Key West wouldnt acknowledge that they did not need to do the work. I tried every possible option to correct the billing error on my account and Key West Dental ***. continued to disregard and ignore my disposition. Now let us fast forward to 2017. I recently get a letter in the mail saying that Key West sent my bill to collection and it's on my credit report. So of course I follow up with my insurance company about this ongoing claim. Come to find out my insurance provider actually paid Key West for the services after all in June of 2017. So why was these charges still placed in collection and reported on my credit?!?! So now not only is Key West Dental is liars and con-artist, they're also thieves. The check was cashed of course and paid to Key West. Once I confronted Key West with my provider and they confirmed that the check has actually been processed. They were lost for words. No explanation, No response, No apology, No action. I still have yet to hear back from Key West and they still have my account in collection although they've been paid. SMH!!! THIS COMPANY ARE COMPLETE BOGUS!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!! Oh I almost forgot to mention that the dentist they had doing my work had prior conviction of cocaine possession and was disciplined by the dental association. Yet Key West still employed her. After a few complaints from clients like me they eventually fired her. I just cant trust a business that doesn't care about their clients and is only here to make a quick buck. They're lucky they're at a great location or I'm sure they would have been out of business. SAVE YOURSELF & YOUR SMILE!!!! Just go to another dental association. I see why there review is low and I'm sure they'll continue to decline with their poor practices. I know my review was long and I been meaning to write this for quite some time. I just hope to save one person from the headache of Key West Dental Association. I'll be having my attorney contact them very soon. Beware and consider yourself warned of this shady practice.

    Cooper, Dr. Charles H.
I have been going to Dr. Cooper for many years. I can't speak more highly of this dentist and his extremely well-run practice. In particular, his long-time hygienist, Brandy, has been cleaning my teeth for years, and she is simply the best at getting to those hard-to-reach places. Although I can't see her during the year, I am so pleased to know that she has gone on to dental school. It has always been easy for me to schedule appointments, and I have never paid one penny out of pocket for services here, since Dr. Cooper accepts my insurance as 100% payment for checkups/cleanings. The office environment is very warm and positive. Dr. Cooper and his staff treat everyone like friends, which goes a long way toward putting patients at ease. When I had trouble with a wisdom tooth, Dr. Cooper patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. They will never rush you out of the office; at the same time, they are prompt about seeing patients at the scheduled time, and will apologize for starting your appointment even a few minutes late. For these reasons, I give Dr. Cooper's practice the highest possible ratings. He and his staff will take excellent care of you--and your teeth!

The procedure went very well. Dr. Sandler prepared us for the after effects and provided the proper medication to take to minimize discomfort and for our daughter to heal quickly. We would highly recommend her.

    Schneider, Dr. David H.
Dr. Schneider was one of the most professional dentists I have ever come across and also one of the most honest. He is very thorough in his evaluation and is not afraid to spend time with the patient and in consulting with other professionals relevant to the condition. His charges are completely honest and fair, which is much more than I can say about numerous dentists in this area. He is a caring person and is very responsive to any questions by phone or email. I have yet to complete treatment, but with everything I have experienced so far, I would recommend Dr. Schneider without hesitation. He is one of the few dentists in this area that I trust.

    Maryam Honarkar DDS
I had gone to her for a consultation session as she was highly recommended by my coworker. She is an excellent dentist and does not perform unnecessary services. She checked my teeth and told me about a couple of cavities. She also found some other spots that she said were too small to be filled. I went in for a second appointment to get the filling done in one of the teeth. She did an excellent job in filling the cavity - she gave me appropriate amount of anesthesia that numbed only one tooth for an hour or so. The filling is going good and I have no problem in that tooth.

    North Potomac Smiles
I had gone to Dr. Kodsi after reading all the positive feedback. Everyone there was very professional and courteous. Dr. Kodsi did evaluation for my teeth and told me about couple of cavities - he also mentioned about a few spots that he would like to "watch". Following the evaluation, I had gone for a cavity filling. I am not very happy with the way cavity is filled. First, I was given a LOT of anesthesia - half of my mouth was numb for 4 -5 hours. Second, I think the filling is too small - it feels like a part of my tooth is missing and there is some space left where food keeps getting stuck. I liked the doctor in general, but I wouldn't go back to him for a cavity filling.

    Roanne Wiczer DMD
I've been going to her for years. I don't usually see her. I usually see a hygienist. I dislike that they try to sell you other services. I think the hygienist is very good. I'm thinking it was about $145 or something like that. That's just approximate. That's just off the top of my head. I think she's available. I'm never really sure what I'm being billed for. I'm theoretically covered by insurance but it doesn't seem that the insurance covers very much. I have some questions about that.

Dr. Arta Moaddab was very knowledgeable, courtesy, personable, and also put me at ease. He gave me a detailed breakdown of cost, and what my insurance carrier would cover and fixed my dental problems.
