"They were very attentive to detail. They were very prompt with being able to do the work. They did a good job installing them. The price was very good. I got 4 tires and they were $139.00 each installed. They were regular passenger tires for my car.

was very professional. They were very knowledgeable about tires. It was overall a good experience. They just did tires for me."

"I recently relocated here from Florida. I have always done all of my auto work myself, and have many of the necessary tools. On the few occasions I have paid someone to do auto work, I have been disappointed with the work done. However, my job here in MD is much more demanding, we don't have a garage, and it is much colder! Money is tight, but we were willing to pay a premium to find someone we could trust. My first experience went well. The work was started and finished on time. The price was higher than I expected. I know the work and parts involved in changing brakes, and that part of my bill was $141 for labor and $141 for parts. But like I said, I was willing to pay extra (I also expected to pay more in this area as opposed to the suburbs of FL where we moved from), and I brought my other car in two days later for the same service (See next review). The service manager,

"Compared various firms on line and with "consumer checkbook". This firm was among the top in every category. I called them and we discussed various tires. They asked about driving conditions and what I expected in ride comfort and road noise. We agreed that the top of the line brand I chose would fill the bill. They said they could have the tires available the same afternoon, but I said I would not be able to come by until the next morning. Around 4 p.m. they called to let me know the tires were in and I could come in any time in the morning. I arrived a little after 10 a.m. the next day and was back on the road in a little over one hour."

"Over the years, they have fixed many things on my 1999 Honda Civic and it is not unusual that they find something that needs tweaking even when I take the car in just for an oil change. What they often do, however, is make a list for me and then I can get things fixed when my budget allows. They were referred to me by a boyfriend (at the time) about 8 or 9 years ago who told me his old girlfriend used them and really liked them.

is a family owned business run by two brothers who not so long ago promoted one of their staff to a leadership position. I really trust all of them and you can tell from the waiting room that they really develop relationships with their customers. So if you want your car to have a caring doctor like you would look for yourself, these are the guys.

"Good alternative if you don't need brand new tire. And the price is great. They work out of a large open garage filled with

"It appears to have gone very well. With the sweltering heat locally this weekend, I didn't stay out much longer to drive around. I waited about three hours (they had a full schedule of work), which didn't bother me. I had brought stuff to do while I waited in the nice waiting area. What was notable for me was when I got back into my car. The 'check engine' light was on, all of a sudden. I came immediately back into the shop (didn't leave the premises) and reported it to them. I knew it hadn't been on when I brought the car in and I had had the car serviced recently enough so it should not have been lit. So, while discussing how nothing they did could've caused this, they were willing to examine the situation. They checked my owners manual and performed a check of that signal ('doing me a favor', 'normally a one hour diagnostic'). They discovered and reported to me that when they had performed their multi-system check they had knocked something loose. They were able to quickly re-attach it, the 'check engine' light went off, we had a nice chuckle, and I was on my way. I view this sequence of events as indicative of a responsible company. NOTE: I used a coupon from their website to slightly reduce the price per tire."
B
"I do not recall price. They are great. I have been going to them for some years, and so far I have no complaints. They are very professional. They always finish on time. I would recommend them and use them again."
A
"Having a flat fixed is not a particularly important project, but good, fast service is still worth something even on this project. I called them, they said come right in, they fixed the flat immediately and charged $10 (I did give a tip, but that's of course not required). Next time I need new tires, I'll buy them on line and have Universal mount them. I'm sure I'll save money that way."
B
"Good experience. Work was performed quickly and at a decent price. Desk staff was helpful, and was all together efficient."

"The experience was wonderful. I went on a very busy day and was dealt with in a very fast and courteous manner. The car was ready within the time-frame promised."
