They didn't have to. I thought we had a garage door issue, and they came out. It had fixed itself. The gentlemen explained what often happens about something coming unconnected. Technician named Roman stopped by and identified the problem was an offset sensor, easily fixed, but stayed and did a general tuneup for us. We'll be having ABC back to replace the rollers.

Roman came out within the given time window, was courteous, did a quick evaluation and gave me the pricing to replace the spring and pulleys. This is the 2nd time I have used ABC Garage Repair myself and have referred them to at least 3-4 clients (I am a residential realtor) and all have been pleased.
