They have great punctuality and are flexible around your work schedule. The install it self was smooth and thought as the showed up on time and throughly cleaned up afterwards.

Materials recommended and installed were of high quality.     Ann is the stylist I go to. I highly recommend her. She���s been doing a great job. I was recommended to Fancy Salon by a friend because of their reasonable prices as well as their expertise in coloring and styling. They only charge $18 for a haircut for short/medium-length hair, which is very reasonable. I have also been to Susan, another stylist, and was happy with her as well so I���ve been very pleased with all the employees that I���ve dealt with at Fancy Salon.

    We had recently moved and our clock was working fine until we got it in our new home. We took our clock to the Little Watch Shop and the owner, Patrick Conner, took a look at my clock. He found that a cable had fallen during the move and needed to be re-attached. My clock is working great now.

    Jim and Judy were friendly. Jim took my data from 3+ years and with a few questions knew how to prepare my taxes for the last three years. He answered questions about tax law that differed from my knowledge. Now it's done and a weight has been lifted. Whew!

    Christopher was very communicative. I set up the initial appointment online for a day not long after I'd purchased the deal, and I received a confirmation call or email (I can't remember which). On the day of the pickup, he was running late and called and texted me twice with updated ETAs. Once he was here, he continued to be exceedingly friendly and professional. He quickly removed the pile from our backyard down our flight of concrete stairs to his truck and trailer on the street. All and all, it was a great deal and we'd certainly hire GMP again.

    We purchased the $175 TV mounting deal. They were very responsive and courteous, were flexible with the scheduling and also in regards to the desired mount to help us realize our wishes. The mounted TV looks very professional and we're satisfied with the result. The only downside were the unexpected costs. We knew we would have to pay a little extra since we wanted a different mount than the standard one, however, we were surprised that we were also charged labor costs on top of the deal so that in the end, the whole ordeal cost us about $400.

    The gutters were installed improperly. The guy who came out for the estimate was really great and was easy to work with but the people that actually came out and did the work didn't speak English and were difficult to communicate with. They damaged the roof. The removed a vent pipe leaving a hole in the roof which leaked after they left. Then they didn't take responsibility for it. They came out and fixed it and then wanted to charge me additional services after I just paid $12000 for the roof. It took them 2 weeks to refund me $3000 overcharge on a credit card. They were not great to deal with. I would not use them again. I suggest having a single point of contact and take responsibility for a project.

    The problem was they didn't get the work done until June 19 because of the weather. I have some questions on it and he didn't show back up until today. Therefore, it wasn't finished until today. The salesperson was terrific and installation was good.
