    I was examined and given hearing aids and it is Auditory Services. I got the hearing aid in July of 3rd, last year. My experience with this doctor has been excellent. He is an excellent doctor. He was very nice and I was a little nervous about going in. I have been having this hearing problem for a while and I finally decided to go and do something about it. I chose him off of Angie's List. When I went in, I was a little apprehensive and nervous but he was so nice and very gentle and very mild mannered. He explained everything to me and he let me put in a sample hearing aid so I would know what it would feel like. He was just very, very good, very, very kind and considerate. I have been back to him a couple of times and he is always so nice. He just sits and talks to you, you tell them why you are there and everything. He is very good. I would recommend him to anybody. They were very good about helping me get my insurance that would help pay for the hearing aids, they were very good about doing that. I was just in last week and then I will go back in 3 months and he double checks everything.

    My experience with one of the providers was not that great. Her bedside manner was very curt, I didn't feel comfortable with the examination, I felt like it was incomplete, and I did not comfortable when leaving the office that everything had been done, and checked out.

    I found them off Angie's List, and he was the best doctor I have ever been to. It was an amazing find. The wait time was okay, the doctor I saw was so personable, he answered every single one of my questions, I felt so secure with the care I received, and his recommendations. I felt so comfortable that they were doing everything they could. It is a busy office, and he said that I should tell them that he said I should get in there as soon as possible. You don't hear that a lot these days. It was a great recommendation.

    I have been a patient of his for years and I was just there in January. His staff is very friendly. The on thing that I will say is that he talks to you. He also explains things in detail.You don't feel like you are being rushed. He will answer any of your questions and explains things and that is the one thing that I like about him. Because I have been to other doctors, you go in in 5 minutes and they are out of there. He is very good about that.They have magazines that you can read while waiting and they also have medical brochures like about diabetes.

    I showed up half an hour early (which they suggested), filled out the requisite paperwork, and then was called into the exam room. They then took me for xrays. After the x-rays I was taken back to the room where I waited less than 5 minutes for Dr. Schneider to come into the room. His bedside manner was incredible - he took the time to answer my questions, made small talk about both my job and sports (I'm a former athlete), and explain the course of action for my treatment. He decided to take a very aggressive/non-aggressive treatment. (Medicine and PT, and if it didn't get better in a month to then go for the MRI)
    Overall I am extremely happy with what I experienced, and if I am still in pain in a month will definitely go back to him and let him direct my care.

    I was given an EKG, a sonic examination, and provided with a 24 hour monitor with results to be determined the next day.
    All went well in a friendly, conversational manner with no sense of rush.

    I didn't like the follow-up. There was no physical therapy afterwards and I was just told to do my own exercise. He was the one that I could get in to see within a week instead of a month. It's very easy to schedule an appointment. You just call and schedule it. He's very abrupt and is in and out very quickly.

    The experience has been so so. There is a wait. I have to make an appointment. It is difficult to transfer my records over. There are other doctors and they all have different dates that they are available. The office is really small. There is a long wait to see him. He's there but his punctuality is terrible. The communication is good. The billing goes right to my insurance company.

    He was incredibly rude and did not listed to my concerns, and thus I did not learn that my problems were actually allergy related until I saw another doctor. He tried to get me to take a a hearing test when I did not complain about any hearing problems. I think he may have done this just to make money. Overall my visit was distressing and I would not recommend him.

    The test was lengthy but without difficulties except for the demeanor of Dr. Malik. He has the personality of a porcupine complicated by chronic and acute megalomania. Resents being asked questions. Very brusque and even when asked simple specific questions becomes almost non-communicative. Technicians from the Riverdale office (only on Wednesdays) and they are extremely competent and gracious.
