    I called Nichole on a Saturday in a panic because I hadn't heard from the company I had originally booked. She answered right away and was on it! She called me right back with a plan and the car was picked up on Monday! She was confident she could help me and she did! She reassured me her guys were great and that was true! The guy who picked up the car was wonderful and experienced. I felt completely at ease and comfortable with our car in his hands. The car was delivered to us the following Tuesday afternoon without a scratch - she was a little dirty as to be expected :). Nichole was available for questions during the whole process! Thank you Nichole - I have already referred to you and would use you again without question !!!

    I started the job myself, but ran into an issue. Ben and the team completed the job for small fraction of what it would have cost at another shop. I was stuck, but there was no gotcha moment. They needed to use their specialized tools (blow torch) which I don't have. Ben charged me less than an hours labor and completed the Muffler flange rebuild (I had purchased the bolts and springs earlier). Nice they had my back when I got into trouble.

    My VW Tiguan was out of warranty and my engine light came on. After a very bad experience with a dealership I asked around for a locally owned shop and found RMW. They were super nice and helpful before, during & after working on my car. Turned out my turbo needed to be replaced - along with a detailed list of other items to be addressed and how urgent they are. It was $1,000 less than what the dealership quoted and they said the other more expensive issue the dealership found was unnecessary. I couldn't be happier with their service. They were fast getting me a quote, ordering parts, doing the repair and did a thorough job. They will be working on my car from now on.

    Mr Harris did not respond to my initial request to make an appointment for several weeks. Then, out of the blue, he texted me to offer a discount if I was still interested; since I had yet to make an appointment with someone else, I accepted and we scheduled a time; however, he had to cancel it the day before the service was to take place, due to the weather, which is understandable, but what is unacceptable is that for the second time he failed to get back to me so we could make an appointment, this time to reschedule - in fact, he never got back to me at all the second time (nearly two months later). It shouldn't be this hard to make an appointment - and he has done this to me twice before I ever got a chance to try his services. He very well might do a great job if you can actually get an appointment scheduled.

    They then put it back together and sent it to me that way. When I inspected my car and saw that the AC was still torn apart, I took it back and they partially put it back together. When I saw this, I took it back to them again because there were nuts and bolts still loose and it was not properly assembled, this time they took it and kept it for a week. They finally said that they couldn't repair it, that I had to replace it. They could have communicated with me. I would tell a friend to stay away.

    TireBuyer had the best price on Michelin tires.  I ordered on a Wed morning at 8:45am and by 7pm (same day), had an email informing me the tires were delivered - all for free delivery.  Tires were only a month old - very pleased with the service.  The only caveat - they do not provide road hazard insurance with the tires.  Would definitely use them again.

    People working there were polite and friendly. Work completed when they said it would be. Looks like new. Before my authorizing the work to be done, the person examining my vehicle advised me and showed me that there will be a slight variation in the paint because the bumper and the the body of the car are two different types of surfaces. He showed me where the original paint had a slight variation and that I should see the same when they were done. He did this so I would not think they did not do a good job and to let me know there will be such a variation.

    Had to ask for an appointment before the weekend (purchased the big deal on a Wednesday).  They were very quick to reply and was able to accommodate our schedule.  Did a fantastic job, very professional and cleaned up.  Really polished all throughout, even the roof.  Would definitely recommend and use them again.

    I am shopping around for a new 16 Tacoma. Its a new car with relatively high initial MSRP and almost no inventory yet so the prices are extremely high for what it is - a mid sized truck. Thanks to the enthusiast community of early adopters the few orders that are happening are being published and dissected so with that said there is a wealth of information regarding actual invoice costs, dealer holdback and costs/pricing on options. Some of it is not perfect so we are talking $30-$50 errors here and there. I presented this to Jerry's via email to see if they wanted to meet somewhere in the middle.  Rather than reply to me via this new fangled communications instrument known as email I get a call later that evening with a blocked caller ID on my cell phone from John the inventory manager while my family is eating dinner and I'm trying to round up the kids. John actually presented a very compelling deal but he kept trying to push the urgency of it as if it would vaporize magically. Thus began the hard push that these guys are trained for. I countered that I needed time to think it over and along with unraveling the current deal I was considering I was actually really more interested in seeing more transactions clear so that we have actual price discovery with these trucks. Let's face it Toyota is a manufacturing power house and has two factories dedicated just to this model and has also expanded production which means along with a lot of existing 2015 inventory there will soon be an avalanche of 16s in the market.
    I tried to explain this to John as he continued to express the urgency of me making the sale. John even made some good points about my particular order that was later confirmed through my sources. What I wanted would have to be an allocation order. However this is actually fairly common practice for Toyota and nothing special or unique. I had to cut him short as I was trying to feed my kids and since he called with his number blocked I was not able to get back to him immediately. My wife and I decided to see how things play out + I don't want to end up being the one who beta tests not only a new model year but an entirely new generation of vehicle so we unwound the existing pre-order. The following is the unedited reply from John's personal email to my email (Hillary Clinton)Apparently John thinks its arrogant that a customer explain in detail why they are making a serious decision after being called later at night randomly involving what I consider to be a significant sum of money (40K cash). I would not advise getting into business with a dealer that employs such thin skinned sales people that they can't handle a customer armed with pricing, production and basic economic information.  Had he not replied the way he did I would have given them my business. Not sure why he got so butthurt?

    Why you guys going somewhere? Look man its a near 40K purchase. I don't make these lightly - especially when its taking cash out right at the midst of a replay of the Lehman 08 crash. The deals after that should be decent when the dust clears. I remember the realtors and market brokers the preceding years that with the same attitude. "Prices can only go up forever!!!"  "Down 30,00!" "Buy now or be priced out forever" "Take this deal or its gone!!"
