    Mike was incredibly responsive, professional, and informative in getting a roof leak fixed quickly. Had mad a few other calls to roofing companies, and really glad I went with Premier. Would absolutely use again.

    In the process, they broke a window, damaged our gutter helmets, and put a ridge vent over our porch in a different color than the rest of the roof. We contacted them about the broken window on June 29. Ira the owner came out and agreed to replace the window. He said it would be custom made and take a couple of weeks b/c of the upcoming Independence Day holiday. The next day, his sales manager Howard came by and measured the window. At that time we pointed out the damaged gutter helmet and miscolored ridge vent. The short version is despite numerous phone calls and emails, we heard nothing until late August. We were told that the window would be replace shortly. We were even called a couple of times and told the workers would be by that day -- but they didn't come (no show & no call back). The window was finally fixed in Sept. The ridge vent in October, and the gutter helmet in February (as in 4 weeks ago)!

    We got 3 bids, all very close in price and thorough in describing method and materials. We chose Roof Right because they were low bid, their methods for construction and materials used for the roof matched all the recommendations we had researched, and as important to us, their positive and personable attitudes - we felt could work with them. When they first arrived to see the house and talk about the job they put together the bid with us while they were there, showing us physical examples as well as choices from their laptop - we had a complete detailed bid when they left and a strong feeling that they cared a great deal about doing the job right and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Their crew, anywhere from 4 to 6 men depending on what was being done that day, worked hard and efficiently from dawn to dusk each day. The whole job took 11 days with a couple follow ups to fine tune and add some finishing touches, some gutter work, and a final inspection with the site supervisor with us in tow. The house has multiple roofs that have some complexity to deal with and they also had to locate and repair a leak which required some additional carpentry to add a sister joist and new plywood. The crew was friendly, considerate of us and the property, and appeared to enjoy their work. When issues came up, as they will on any job site, they asked for our guidance and if we had questions about any aspect of the job the crew was very responsive and if they couldn't answer, a quick call to the office got us either an immediate answer and/or a visit from a supervisor soon thereafter that same day - so there were no delays. Communication was excellent. The roof was the first step in bringing the house and grounds up to speed and it looks great. It has been 2 1/2 years now with no issues and it is still looking great. From start to finish it was a great experience. I can't say enough good about Craig Mott and the crew as well as the rest of the Roof Right company we dealt with. Highly recommended. Photos are some in-progress shots to give an idea of the complexity of the roof and to show the 20 yr old cedar vs. the new as well as a couple finished shots taken early Spring after the first Winter.

    Installation was great. The speakers they installed sound really good and are located in the right area for a great sound around the pool. The team had given me an estimate for labor as part of the overall quote and actually did it more quickly than anticipated. My final bill reflected the reduced labor. I was very happy with the service all the way around and would recommend the LR team for anyone else.

    They covered everything. Everything was fine with that experience. I don't foresee us needing to but I can not predict the future. But I probably would not use them due to certain circumstances after the experience.

    To avoid the tech having to make (and charge for) two visits, I bought the parts and got them by UPS. Fine, except that Landers "won't install any customer-supplied parts." I protested that these are genuine GE parts, still in their packing, but the answer was the same. Evidently, Landers doesn't want to forego their parts markup or the second service call charge. Must be nice to be so fat you can afford to turn down work.

    Amazing. The Acer crew was great to work with, friendly, on time, and did the work they promised. I plan to hire them for more work in the spring. They did such a great job, my neighbor hired them to do work at his place as well.

    We had a flood in our basement. They were available to come out the next day- a Sunday- to take apart the pool table for us. Gave us a fair estimate on work that will need to be done and they will come back to set it all up after the other work is complete in the basement.

    It went wonderfully well. I'm so impressed with Landers that I will only use them now. Before they even came out, they had me check a few things to make sure I hadn't overlooked something simple. They are always so kind, fair and efficient. They also made a repair on our stove. Their service technicians are the best and they know how to explain certain appliance traits to a layperson. They were fantastic!

    Just right, the team was on time and did a great job. I ended up having a complete truckload so I had a real opportunity to appreciate their team work and efficiency. They even swept the driveway, currently leaf covered, to make sure there were no nails or other hazards remaining.
