Boarding reviews in Phoenix

The animals seemed very happy and well cared for. They did not lose any wait while they were boarded. You can tell they were played with. They worked with me in pricing and the animals were there for 8 days. The pricing is competitive but the quality of service is well worth it. The place looked very clean and they also take care of rescue animals. You can tell the staff was not just in to making money and love the animals they care for. They are very much in to helping the community in any way possible. My friends also use this company and they have also been very happy with service provided.

Fantastic! I am thrilled I found this place. We have a pug and boston terrier that I must board when I travel for business. Our previous facility "worked for us" but left a lot to be desired. Walking into RBK I thought I was checking into a hotel for myself. Staff were courteous and one of the staff members was able to get the pug and boston to get on the scale, sit, and get off. Usually this never happens because they are scared. They played with the dogs and ushered them away politely and quickly.
The place is clean, has awesome stuff for the dogs to do ..
The pug hates hot weather .. now he wants a pool! They sent us photos of the dogs swimming and it was amazing!
Even if you have to drive a little to get to this place, it's worth it.
I will be a repeat customer for sure.

We attended the first introductory session and discovered their training philosophy was to heavily rely on giving the dog treats. This was unacceptable to us. I immediately contacted Debbie Winkler, who appears to be the head of Humane Domain. Since we attended only the intro lesson, I asked for a refund of the money we paid less the cost of one lesson. She bluntly rejected this, offering only to give a couple private lessons but she flatly refused to give any money back. I contacted her twice more to discuss this but she did not return my emails. Debbie's handling of this was extremely unprofessional. Perhaps keeping the money means more to her than her business reputation!

Very well - their accommodations are larger than standard, and the range of services offered is quite extensive.
