AMisha's Home Improvement IncI had water leaking between the sunroom and family room via the doorway. I had pay extra given the fact that this problem was years old and there was substantial wood rot. The result? New siding, new sun roof tiles as well as patial sunroom roof replacement. The workers were very professional even though communication was difficult since they were Georgian but it was a pleasure trying to communicate with them as well as having them fix my house. He pretty much listened to what I wanted but he could not do exactly what I wanted to happen. That was why I did not use them, otherwise, everything else was good. He got back to me very quickly and he was here when he said that he would be here. He was also very punctual and very nice. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up when the job was complete. The workmanship was great and the addition looks wonderful. I highly recommend AES for all building jobs. David Hill was our designer/estimator. His view of our project was excellent as he designed the large window view and also listened very carefully to our desires and needs, making sure all were met to our satisfaction. AAES Builder & Home ImprovementsI am a very satisfied AES customer and can attest to the value of their 5 year warranty. This is a serious benefit to consumers and should be considered as part of the decision process when selecting a contractor. I have firsthand experience with this benefit. In 2010, slightly past the 5 year warranty period of my bathroom projects, a plumbing problem developed in my downstairs bathroom. In all honesty, I wasn't certain it was an AES issue or that they would be willing to deal with it. Nevertheless, I called anyway. Tim Munson called me back and, after I explained what I had, he wasn't certain it was his issue either. But, despite that, he went ahead and sent one of his men out to take care of it, which he did and at no cost to me. Now that is true customer service and why AES is company well worth considering.- Gerald F.

CLate 2019 we hired NK&B to implement our design and ideas to refresh our Masterbath. Work finished up early December and we were pleased with the outcome, in particular, the skill and level of detail of one of their tradesmen. Because of this, we discussed our intention of upgrading our kitchen and center island countertops. NK&B outsourced to a third-party to come and take necessary measurements in order to provide us with a quote. The quote was to include removing the sink and cooktop, installing new countertops, and reinstalling the sink and cooktop. That was early December and after a number of my calls, voicemails, and emails inquiring about the quote, NK&B has not responded. Nothing. Assuming that business must be good or the job too small, but would've appreciated a callback.

ABy accident, these 3 things were damaged in my hall bathroom. I contacted several contractors and almost none responded. I decided to contact Innovative Remodelers. I wasn't sure if they would take such a small job, because I have hired them in the past for major renovations. Gary didn't hesitate. He came the next day. Jenny got me an estimate within a week. Their crew came and did an outstanding job. This company did an outstanding job for me years ago, and their work is still second to none. It took some time because we had to select and to wait for the vanity granite top to be completed, but the final result was worth the wait.

AMarvin and his team did a wonderful job working on our home. We bought the home as is in a foreclosure and we needed to have it renovated badly. There used to be a bad stench when you walked in and holes in the walls in multiple places. When all the work was done we walked in and there was no more funky smell, it was like a brand new home! Marvin worked closely with us to ensure that our vision came to life. Anytime we needed to communicate to him he was there and even if he missed a call he would contact us back in a timely matter. Marvin also made sure through out our renovation that we were satisfied with the work. In this industry it’s hard to trust just anyone and Marvin is actually a really good person he’s not a sleezy contractor like many you can encounter! He stands by his word and we really appreciate and respect that. Marvins crew were also gems! They were very nice to us and when we had questions if Marvin was not there they helped answer them. I would definitely recommend Marvin and his crew to anyone looking to do work on their home! I think our home will appraise for far more than it did now that’s it’s so beautiful.
