AWhiting CoThe Whiting Company covered all the uncovered wood on my dormers and bay window. Replaced my roof. Then installed new windows. The whole job was really quick. They covered the uncovered wood on a Tuesday. The roof material was delivered Thursday and installed the next day on Friday. Then the windows were done the following Monday. So all in all everything was done within a week. I love my new windows and no more leaks!- LaVinya M.

I asked many questions which he answered graciously.He went up on the roof, took pictures of the clogged downspouts and gutters, two exposed nails and withering caulk which he resolved by blowing out the gutters and down spouts and sealing the nails with caulk. As much as roofs cost it makes good sense to use this company to maintain it. Plus the price was right. It doesn't get any better than that.- Karla B.

After other guys from the roof companies I had earlier contacted failed to identify the abuse of my roof leak, Elliott came and in no time identified the trouble spots/ areas and showed me pictures. FHad our roof replaced by Bryon in the summer of 2018 with the agreement that he would also repair the water damage done to the drywall that the leaks caused. He gave us a quote . Told us to give him a call . And even gave us a "warranty" for our new roof. Suffice to say it is now on 2020 and he never returned our calls in 2018 to fix the damage. I mean we left several phone calls and messages and they were ignored. We also had a leak in our roof this year . We fixed it ourselves . And honestly at this point a "warranty" means nothing if the company doesn't get back to you. I would not suggest this company to anyone.

AI had received several estimates before and after I spoke to Bob from Legacy Home Remodeling. I knew as soon as I read his reviews he was a front runner and meeting him confirmed my feelings. He didn’t waste my time trying to sell his company for 30 minutes. He arrived, did a thorough examination of my roof, explained his recommendations and the projected cost. He let me know right away what would look the best on the house. The roof was quickly scheduled and completed as promised and gave the house a much needed facelift. The crew was friendly and efficient and cleaned everything up before leaving and making sure we were satisfied. I would recommend this company to everyone looking for an honest upfront appraisal of what is needed. There are no surprises or inflated costs. Another company I spoke to was adding a charge for a steep roof! Beware of roofers offering a sale. I found several who greatly inflated the cost and then gave me a much lower price which still came in much higher than Legacy Home Remodeling. I was able to get the best service, the highest quality shingles and end product with Legacy Home Remodeling.

AExcellet! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The owner personally supervises the job and explained very clearly what my options were. He never tried to upsell me as some of the other roofing companies did when they made their bids. The job went very smoothly. One of their trucks made a small rut in my yard, and without my asking it was repaired before they left. The roof looks BEAUTIFUL. I am very pleased with the overall experience and the result.

ACertified Inc. is fabulous. They replaced the roof of our 3-unit condo building about 5 years ago and did a great job. So this past fall, when we had an unrelated leak due to a hole in one of our gutters, we knew just who to call. Jay from Certified took special care in ensuring that they did a thorough inspection and didn't quote us for unnecessary work. In fact, he even looked through old company records and discovered that Certified had done work on our gutter 6 or 7 years ago -- work that pre-dated all of the current owners of the building and that none of us were aware of. As a result, he said that all work on the gutter, and all repairs to the ceiling that was damaged by the leak, would be covered under the warranty for that prior job. They came and completed the work without any hassle and we didn't have to pay a cent. Certified is a stand up company and we recommend them highly.

AI called at 8:00 this morning asking to have someone come as soon as possible to fix a leaky roof. (I chose Corley because it had replaced our roof 11 years ago.) Mr. Corley said he would try to squeeze us in today; when I checked back 90 minutes later, he said someone would be here by noon. At just about noon, an employee named Melvin was at our door. In the pouring rain, Melvin found a hole in the flat portion of the roof (not the portion that Corley previously replaced) and made a temporary repair. Melvin could not have been nicer and he refused to charge us; he will send us an estimate for fixing the flat roof. We were so relieved and grateful; it's continuing to rain outside (a flood alert has been issued), but for now the leak has been stopped.
