  My husband and I have been using Keenwick for the past 11 years. They have done power washing of our house, driveway, cellar way, walkway and deck. They also have performed window cleaning services. Words cannot begin to express how pleased we have been with their services over the 11 years we have used them. Not only are their people extremely professional and perform a very thorough job, but they explain everything that they do and are very friendly and congenial. We have been very happy with their services over the years and highly recommend them to anyone needing such services. Honestly, when they have completed their work, our driveway, deck and cement look brand new. You will be very happy with their work.

  MD Power Wash

  Fantastic work by Phil and his crew. The siding looks great, every bit of green and brown dirt/mildew is gone. The deck is great, and our patio/pavers look better than when we bought the house 4 years ago. Very happy with MD Power Wash and will use them again. They are slightly more expensive than some of their competitors, but not by much - and their quality of service is 10x better than other competitors we have used. Would definitely hire them again!

  For a company with so many glowing reviews I was quite surprised by the horrid customer service I received. I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate and I was quite impressed that they would support an early morning estimate. The problems began on the day of the estimate when no one showed up and I did not receive any notification. I called the office and left a message stating that the appointment was missed and I had to go to work. After work I did have a call from Steve, apologizing, stating that he went by house and looked at the house and deck but he had questions. He asked that I call him. I called him and left a message with my contact information. A week went by and still no response so I called the office again. They didn���t realize that no estimate was provided to me and said that they would talk to Steve to get it to me. Once again no response for two days; Steve texted me, apologizing and asked for my email address which I provided. One day later I did receive the estimate in my email that also stared to let him know if I had any questions. I had question about the service so I responded to the email, hoping that would be more successful then the phone calls. I didnt hear anything for days so i followed with a phone call leaving a mesasge. Once again, no responses. I understand if the company is busy or overbooked but they should be up front with those details. It has been four weeks since I first called them, three weeks since they visited and I have no idea what work they are proposing.

  HYDRA PRESSURE WASHING

  My project was accomplished very successfully. The power washing performed enabled the dirt and debris to be completely removed to my full satisfaction. The service provider was excellent. He offered the most economical cost and began immediate performance of his service within minutes after contacting him. I must add, he performed his excellent service without my being present at home and again to my complete satisfaction. I must note also, that I needed to have a vinyl siding panel that had became loose at the bottom push back into place. It required providing a very tall ladder to reach it to get this done, I asked him if he could and would be willing to perform this as well. He said he would to do this if he could and he did as an extra (no cost) benefit. I give his overall work performance the highest rating possible. I was fully pleased that I chose his service and would again without hesitation for any high pressure power washing need.

  Pristine Pressure Washing & Restoration

  Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they were responsive. They were able to come the next day. I was not able to be there, but my neighbor was home and said that things went well. When I came home and after everything had dried, I could see areas where there dirt streaks had been left and they didn't get under the deck but for the price it did make the house look better. I would hire again if I was there in person.

  Provider was very good to work with as they juggled their schedule to make sure the job was done in time for my family party. They arrived promptly at the time given and got right to work. They were very careful around flowerbeds and potted plants on deck area. Extremely polite and friendly. I hadn't had the house cleaned in a few years and it was really nasty, with a lot of algae and mildew growth due to the wonderful Pasadena humidity, as well as all the spider webs that accumulate under my portico. End result is the house looks fantastic...don't remember it looking this good since it was brand new and the house is 24 years old. I have my own power washer, and have done myself, but the money was well spent,. When I do the house, I have to use a ladder to get the higher spots and my old knees just don't like all the climbing up and down anymore. Plus, there were some places I just couldn't get to that they have the proper equipment to take care of. Definitely recommend and will use again!

  We consulted Angie's List for the pressure washing service for our grandparents. Mr. Bob and his companion did a fantastic job on the exterior on their home. Our grandma was extremely pleased with the changes with side of the home. I would recommend and use this provider again if the opportunity arises.
