AAffordable Pest LLCAffordable Pest inspected our home for mice. James showed us his finding and explained his recommended course of action as well as what to expect as we moved through the process. In addition to the traps being set we also had mice in our attic which required the removal of insulation; thorough cleaning of the attic and after three visits to confirm there were no longer mice in the attic the new insulation was blown in. We felt very comfortable with Affordable Pest's treatment of the problem They consistently communicated with us when they would arrive; they were respectful of our property and efficient. On of the areas we were most impressed with was the knowledge each employee had about our problem. Everyone listened to any questions we had and answered them in detail. They explained every step along the way. Kudos to James, Mike, Tim and Chris!! We would highly recommend Affordable Pest and will continue to use them to prevent any future infestation of pests. AU.S Best Pest ControlJay was simply fantastic! Called at beginning of the season for some mosquito & crawling insect control. Jay was responsive and thorough in his survey of the house and yard. On his recommendation we scheduled 2 visits, one almost immediately and the second a few weeks following. On both occasions Jay comfortably fit his visits into our schedules, was prompt, extremely thorough, knowledgeable in answering our questions and easily met any ad hoc requests. APrompt, fair service. Anthony Fair was the technician. He inspected the basement, garage, attics, around the house, and under the deck for evidence of mice. He gave some good advice, and some interesting background on how mice get into homes. Because there was no evidence of mice, the service was free. The one we found in our home probably came in through our garage, which we often left open. I was very happy with Miche's Pest Control's work at our home. I will not hesitate to call them with any future pest control needs. They're an honest company. Frank

AKevin showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a previous company, SPC, who would only come out when requested and weren’t very good. Problems they supposedly had resolved were not, but Kevin took the time to explain what he found and why the problem (mice) still existed. He put out traps and poisons to rid the mice, and immediately scheduled a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of and another just for maintenance. All covered under the service contract. Plus, if you use them for lawn care (also excellent service) as well the initial fee is waived.

FTerrible. Had to hunt them down to receive my second spraying. The gentleman that came the second time was here maybe five (5) minutes. I waited four (4) hours to go downstairs to make sure the basement door was secure and saw the biggest spider very alive hanging by the window. I retrieved my own spray and chased the spider across my basement wall. As I’m doing that I noticed other spiders in various corners very alive and moving. For the money American Pest charges the service sucks. In this economy they ought to be happy to even have business. I would never recommend this company to anyone but I will share the **** poor service they offer smh. Very disappointing. Seriously, just use your own spray. Open your windows, spray your baseboards, then leave the house for a few hours.
