  My Kitchen & Bath

  The project went very smoothly. They stuck to the timeline and communication was very easy throughout. They did not have to make many changes to the initial budget, they were basically spot on with the estimates and products needed. We replaced the floor, cabinets, and counter tops in the kitchen. Then they tiled and painted the room and everything looks clean and new!

  Tomas Brothers Home Improvement

  We needed some remodeling and updating done to our home. We found Tomas Brothers on Angie's List. We contacted them for an estimate. Their estimate was reasonable compared to four other companies that we had contacted. So we chose Tomas Bros. for the job. They were prompt in their arrival, polite, courteous, and respectful of our home. They laid cardboard down with painters tape to protect our hardwood floors. Plastic was used to block off rooms and to protect our furniture. They worked everyday until the job was completed. We highly recommend this company. In fact they are coming back in 3/4 weeks to remodel our powder room downstairs. And we will use them again.

  I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST ONE OF YOUR REGISTERED CONTRACTORS ON ANGIE'S LIST . THEIR NAME IS JBR REMODELLING LLC. ADDRESS 1218 HILLSIDE RD, PASADENA MD 21122. TEL# 4107629015. THIS COMPANY TOOK A DEPOSIT OF FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5000) FROM ME ON NOVEMBER 9TH 2017 AS PARTIAL PAYMENT OF SIDING, SOFIT, FACIAL AND GUTTER REPLACEMENT FOR OUR HOME AND DISAPPEARED. AS PER THE CONTRACT THE JOB WAS TO BE COMPLETED FOUR WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF CONTRACT WHICH WAS NOVEMBER 9TH, 2017 , BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE..TILL DATE. THE SUPPOSE PROJECT MANAGER MR CALVIN PUPPE PROMISED TO REFUND MY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5000) WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM DECEMBER 4TH 2017 ,SINCE THEY COULD NOT DELIVER AS PROMISED, .BUT HAS SINCE STOPPED RETURNING MY CALLS. THIS FELLOW MR CALVIN PUPPE, (PROJECT MANAGER) CAME REPRESENTING CHANDLER REMODELLING INC BUT MADE ME SIGN A CONTRACT BELIEVING THEY JBR REMODELLING LLC IS A SISTER COMPANY/ SUBSIDIARY OF CHANDLER REMODELING INC . I HAVE VISITED BOTH LOCATIONS AS PER ADDRESS ON BOTH INVOICE AND CONTRACT . THE SUPPOSED OFFICE FOR CHANDLER REMODELLING INC IS VACANT AND LISTED FOR LEASE. AND SUPPOSED OFFICE FOR JBR REMODEING LLC IS SOMEONE'S HOME IN PASADENA.. COULD YOU INVESTIGATE WHO THIS PEOPLE ARE AND HELP IN RECOVERING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY. BEFORE WE START LOOKING INTO LEGAL OPTIONS.

  The Design Expo - Flooring Center of Bowie

  Can't say enough great things about my experience with Scott and his installers! I found a vinyl that I liked but Design Flooring Expo didn't have it in their showroom. Scott investigated the product for me, making sure it was a quality product, ordered it, and had it expertly installed within a week. Looks beautiful! Looking forward to working with Scott in the future for carpeting in other parts of my home.

  Pasadena Floors

  We recently had a quote from Pasadena Floors, but we didn't use them, we decided to do a different project. They were very friendly, they provided an estimate, but we decided to not go forward, we didn't get other estimates because we didn't know if the estimate was fair. They're pleasantness was great, they're responsiveness was great, but I couldn't tell you if their estimate was fair across the board. They were great when we went to the showroom, they were great when they came to our house they were great. They seem to have a good working knowledge of the use of their product. They knew this was a higher quality and they could tell me how it could perform versus a cheaper one. I feel like we had a little glitch with them but it wasn't enough to bother me. It wasn't super bad, but I feel there was a little bit of a time glitch that we thought they were going to call us in but they didn't quite call us in that time frame, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in a big hurry. They were super punctual. They actually called to let us know they were on their way. My husband said they were super professional, and even when we were in the store they were super great.

  I could not be happier with the outcome. The really do provide the highest quality work. They quoted a 4-6 week turn time and all work was completed within the 5th week. They kept me updated of the progress throughout the project. I would highly recommend the Tomas Brothers!

  We've had JBR do multiple projects in our home. One being a complete remodel of our kitchen! The two bathroomS that were recently done far exceeded our expectations! They are absolutely beautiful! The workmanship is second to none! One of the things that I really liked was the time and patience that they took to go over every aspect of the project so that I would be happy with the final result. No detail or request seemed to be problem. They were more than happy to make sure that we were satisfied with the work! The owner, Jay, couldn't be more friendly and accessible! We are so pleased with their work, we are lining up yet another remodel project!!! JBR is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!!!

  The workers were extremely punctual and respectful. They were very careful to keep the mess to a minimum and to clean up at the end of each day. I am a home daycare provider so I have 8 small��children in my home at all times which requires a special amount of care during construction. I was very happy with the way that they worked and respected my needs as a daycare provider. The work was absolutely beautiful when they were finished.
