    Energy Wizard
Energy Wizard delivered on their promise of excellence. Pleasant experience from start to finish. Sonja, our sales rep was great. She took her time, built the order to our specs, with none of the typical sales pressure or tactics that we've experienced with other companies. Doors were installed by well-qualified professionals, Jim and Anthony. Owners, John and Marirose, were very responsive to questions. We are planning a bathroom remodel very soon, and we won't look any further than Energy Wizard. Highly recommend Energy Wizard for all of your home improvement needs.

    Clearview Window & Door Co
ClearView installed a sliding door for us on September 14, 2018. The installation team arrived promptly at the scheduled time and immediately went to work. They worked steadily and took every precaution to not disrupt our household while removing the old French door and installing the new sliding door which is higher quality than the builder-grade drafty door that was replaced. The installation of the new door was done with attention to details such as insulation and proper support and fit (which were issues not properly performed when the original door was installed by the builder). A few years ago your ClearView sided our house, installed a very attractive and high quality front door, and replaced the gutter system on the house. We contacted ClearView for this recent work because of our satisfaction with the quality and reliability of work done previously and we will continue to think of ClearView as our go to company in the future because of our satisfaction with the work performed.

    Liberty Windows and Siding Inc
We did our job with Liberty in 2 parts, first, we ordered 2 exterior doors for the house, paid 1/3 of the overall price, their salesman was easy enough to deal with, but knew very little about the doors we were asking for. At first, I asked for the HMI 10 point deadbolt locking system on both doors, and originally, that's what was ordered, until we got a call about 2 weeks later explaining that the front door was too small for the 10 point deadbolt lock, and we would have to pick another one, so I asked about the 4 point deadbolt, and after a few days, they got back to me and said even that wasn't going to work for how small our front door was compared to the side door, so we settled for the door that the salesman picked out, which was actually quite elegant, a very sophisticated 3 latch system, with a deadbolt that engages the 3 latches as individual deadbolts on the top, bottom and middle of the door. At first we were happy with the job, their installations guys showed up on time, wrapped the trim for the front door, I asked them nicely and seriously to make sure that the trim stayed the exact same size as it was when they got there, because we had previously had rod iron security gates fabricated for the doors, they got the front door ok, but when I asked the installations supervisor to use the same trim on the side door that he took down, he argued with me, and used his own pieces anyway, which cost me almost 200 dollars to have the screen door company fix. This is where things start taking a turn for the worse, within a day, I noticed that the trim on the front door was scuffed, scratched, and had nail pops in a few places, so I called, and asked them to send their installations supervisor out to fix that wrap job before the screen door company came to install their doors, when the supervisor got there, he was argumentative, and at first, asked if he could just re wrap the door when the screen door got there, which I told him was completely unacceptable, and the conversation started getting volatile, to the point where my mother heard him screaming at me from the kitchen. He calmed down, and fixed his metal work and left, that should have been the end of it, and we probably shouldn't have called them back, but by the time we were done buying the doors for the house, the siding, windows and the roof, we were stretched a little tight for cash, so we were looking for someone who would be willing to finance the shed door, we asked Master Seal of Parkville, MD if they would finance us for the last door, and they said they couldn't, so we called Liberty back, and asked them for financing, and they said they could help us, so against our better judgement, we hired Liberty for the last door. Their salesman, Barry, cam over, ran the credit check, and cleared us to order the last door. We asked for the same door on the shed, that he had picked out for the front of the house when the 4 point lock fell through, and we all smiled, and nodded at each other, and he left, and placed our order. About 6 weeks goes by, which is fairly typical as far as time frames for these things can go, and they called to set up the install date. We set the date, and the same installations crew showed up with our shed door, the took the frame down, took the door down, and then we opened the box, and that's when the real trouble started. Not only did Liberty order a door fabricated with no frame, even though the whole shed door was supposed to be new construction, it was the 4 point locking system, and not the elegant 3 latch deadbolt system we had asked for, so I called in immediately, and informed them as politely as I could, that the door was incomplete, and not even the piece we had ordered. So they took it back, sent it back to HMI, and I received a call about 2 weeks later from Barry explaining to me that HMI couldn't do anything with the door they had fabricated to change it into the one we had ordered, by this time, we had just asked them to make the shed door a 10 point deadbolt locking system like we have on the side of the house, but he hinted that since the door was messed up, we should just take it anyway. I told him that was unacceptable, and that I wasn't paying for that door, mind you, this purchase would have brought our business with them to over $7,500 dollars worth of doors, its been weeks, we haven't heard anything back from them, and dealing with them stalled our project by months, because at the end of the day, we squeezed what we needed to pay for the door outright, and hired Master Seal to come in and do it, since they're the ones who fabricated the screen door for the shed as well. Please, take it from me, if you're trying to get doors, go to Master Seal, their number is (410) 377-2495, I absolutely would not recommend Liberty for your doors, I don't know how any of their other departments are in their business, but I know their doors section could really use some serious work, like I said, we got approved for financing, signed a contract, we were told almost a month ago that they would get back to us in a week, and we didn't even receive a call letting us know what was happening. We had to slowly figure out that they just didn't feel as if our business was worth saving.

    Liberty Windows and Siding Inc
We hired Liberty to do the doors on our house, the salesman picked our front door out, and we were very happy with his pick, at first, the job went well. We hired the company back to do our shed door a few months later, and we asked the salesman to write us a contract for the same door he suggested for our front door, we thought he put down the door we asked for, so we signed the contract. The door we ordered was a HMI 3 point latch with a deadbolt, new construction, new frame and everything, the frame on the shed door was rotten, the whole thing needed to be replaced, and when the installations crew brought the door, the first thing I noticed was the locking system was not what we asked for, the second thing I noticed was there was no frame. The door was completely useless, it wasn't what we ordered, so we tried to modify the door to an acceptable medium, which we decided because of the type of locking system they sent, we signed another contract to modify the door they brought, which is completely not the door we asked for when we signed the contract, at first we thought they were going to modify the door into a 10 point deadbolt lock, but they called us a month later, and informed us that modifications were impossible, and we would simply have to take the door as it was, with the new frame they modified for it, to which we refused, that was unacceptable, their salesman wrote the wrong door down on the contract, and if that wasn't bad enough, they refused to fix it, so we hired another company, Master Seal, who we should have hired in the first place, they would have wrote the write door down the first time, after Master Seal was done with their installations, we were informed that Liberty was basically suing us for 2/3rd the cost of the door, plus lawyer fees. I can't stress enough, this company is treating us in a very unprofessional manner in order to avoid holding their salesman accountable for writing the wrong information on an official contract. So the summary of our situation is we're currently in the middle of a BBB case with Liberty, they're trying at all costs to force us to pay for a product that we have repetitively told them that we din't order it, they've even read our review and complaint on the BBB web page, and basically just responded with how we signed that contract, and that was the end all, I can't stress enough, had we understood that their salesman wrote the wrong information down, we would have forced him to write it over, but bottom line, we're about to hire a lawyer, it's not my job to understand the contract, that's the salesman's job, and he failed us, now the company he works for is attempting to sue us. Worst contracting experience ever.

Mr. Handyman of Anne Arundel and North PG
Mr. Handyman helped me in all aspects of this large project, from measuring and ordering materials at the start to clean-up at the end. Installation of both patio doors and of garage doors went beautifully, as did replacement of front banisters and repair of old termite damage. The crews were always prompt and notified me by email that they were on their way. The were clean and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Mr. Handyman's Dennis Jennings, with his attention to detail, was key to this project being a great success.

    AAction Home Repairs
We hired Aaction as our contractor to do the complete interior and exterior renovation of our home and my wife and I are extremely please with the finished product. Our project took a couple of months to complete from start to finish but throughout the entire process their office staff and crews took great care of us.
One of the best parts about working with Aaction was that they were able to do all of the work we needed to have done which made things easier on us because we weren't working with multiple companies to get everything done.
We highly recommend Aaction to anyone looking for a contractor to remodel their home!
