Our washing machine was leaking. We called Lee, he responded to our voicemail quickly and was able to come out the next day. He diagnosed the problem right away and it took less than hour to fix. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommend.

The technician responded to my call within a couple hours. He was flexible in finding a time to fix the refrigerator. He arrived on time, explained the problem thoroughly and fixed it immediately. The refrigerator has not had a problem since. It was a great experience working with Exquisite Espresso!

Lee was fantastic! I'll 100% call him again when the need arises. He responded quickly (and kept in touch via text which was SUPER convenient), was polite and nice to have in my house, and did quick quality work. He took his time to show me what was going wrong and explain the best course of action. He also gave me advice to keep the same problem from happening in the future.

Terrible. They "fixed" wiring but that didn't work. Then they said it is the door latch. The door latch will prevent it from not stopping?? They said they ordered a part but it has been over 2 weeks with no delivery date in sight. It is just a Frigidaire, not a European model!

Originally contacted them almost a month ago to repair the refrigerator and it took around 6 days for the initial visit (it was an emergency and that was conveyed from the beginning, since it stopped working and leaked all over my kitchen floor. Repair man showed up with NO PARTS IN HAND, took a look at it and said it will be next week before he can return. He came back the following Tuesday with the fan, installed it left. I noticed that night that the refrigerator wasn't getting cold at all. Notified the office and besides getting a person with a horrible attitude and refused to accommodate our needs (all the while all the food is going or has gone bad already for the second time). After several attempts the repair tech showed up with a another part ensuring us that it would be the fix all. That was last week and the temp in the fridge is warmer than the air temp in the house with it constantly leaking water from the condenser freezing, defrosting and Re-freezing.

When this long drawn out process began I refrained from calling the "BIG" service providers because I believe in buying local and giving back to community that I live in, not someone 4000 miles away. I was quite mistaken because this company couldn't fix a ball from bouncing never mind repairing a large appliance. They were quick to cash my check though, then complain that they had to return and re diagnose the problem in the first hand. I called and left a message this past Saturday requesting information of how they were going to fix the unrepaired refrigerator and haven't received a returned phone call

STAY away from this place and like I've learned the hard way, Call Sears first!

PS, the female that answers the phone needs to learn some customer service techniques and phone etiquette.

The repair didn't work as my compressor was going bad and the refrigerator had to be replaced. He only charged me for the service call and not any additional time or parts. He was great and very helpful. I will happily call him again to evaluate and repair any appliance issues I have in the future.

First of all, this was a TREMENDOUS deal. I called a few other places for service estimates and this deal beat them all by hundreds. The appointment was made over the phone and they were courteous and flexible. The service man (David) arrived promptly as scheduled and went about diagnosing the issue. He was polite and diligent in finding the root cause. As it turns out we had two separate issues (one for ice, one for water). The water was fixed tonight before he left and I'm waiting to see if the ice will start producing. However, he gave me clear instructions to call back tomorrow morning if they ice doesn't show up. I may have a bad ice maker instead of the clogged water line being the only problem. IF I don't have ice tomorrow, he is going to come back to make the other repair. I appreciate that we started with the simple (no cost, since no parts needed) repair before going up to "replacing the ice maker". This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company and this repair technician specifically. I appreciate the prompt, honest transaction.

I emailed Appliance Repair Services LLC on Sunday night to say our washing machine was not draining or spinning. Lee (the owner) emailed me back within a couple of hours. I had requested a service call (via Angies List) for the next morning. Lee said he was booked up for the morning but he could possibly come by around 1:00. Around 10AM he called and asked for our home address. He called 3 times to let us know when we could expect him. When he arrived he was very professional, very courteous. He explained how he charged for his repair. he went right to the problem, fixed it on the spot and cleaned up and left.
I would not hesitate to recommend Appliance Repair Services to anyone who needs appliance repair. Lee conducted the service call exactly how it should be done but very rarely is. I was extremely happy with the whole situation and how smoothly and professionally it went.

The tech sent to do the cleaning of our vent and dryer was well mannered and polite.  We never had our dryer vents cleaned before and had no idea of where the outside vent was located.   The tech found it under the deck!  Not a very nice place to have to craw under.   He worked fast, but efficient and we will use this service again in the future.

The company seemed very untrustworthy. He made me feel like I was stupid just because I was the woman. He said it was a simple job at first then they said they needed to purchase an expensive part to fix it. I declined the service because I just didn’t feel comfortable. I feel like they were taking me for a ride and looking for more money trying to find anything wrong with the machine to charge me more money. I just didn’t feel like I could trust them. I didn’t know about any cost at all and the man that came didn’t say anything about any service fee, they called me several days later and said they would charge me $70 just for coming out!! I refused to pay for anything and they said they would take me to small claims court!  BE CAREFUL!!
