Roof tear-off and replacement

The roof was replaced in a timely manner and the cleanup was excellent. The pricing was phenomenal and the little things mattered a lot (extending a tarp down the full length of the front and back of my house during the tear-off, removing shoes to prevent dirt being tracked in during the estimate). I like to ask A LOT of questions and they always had an answer and were able to explain it all to me so that I understood and was comfortable with it. At every step of the process each employee takes a lot of pride in their work. I will definitely seek estimates from them in the future for their other services should I need them.

I had a brand new roof installed with some damaged plywood replaced

Went great,I had two other estimate. The reason I went with Xpress was because it wasn't high pressure sales like the other two companies. The owner of the company sat down and educated me on my options ,answered all my questions then gave me a price I was comfortable with. I plan on using this company for my windows next year when I get some more money. Highly recommend and very professional

Total Replacement of Aging Roof with Owens Corning Architectural Shingles

We couldn't be happier with the quality of the workmanship and materials provided by Xpress Exterior Design. From the initial call to the Certificate of Completion, the personnel were courteous, professional and accurate. We had met with six roofing contractors before choosing Xpress. Their price was in the middle of the pack, not the lowest, but the level of detail in their work, the steps taken in replacing our roof, and the materials used were all equal to their highest-priced competitor - and Xpress was half their price! You can't go wrong with these guys. And why would you pay more?

I had them put in windows for us a couple weeks ago. They are now in the process of installing a new roof.

The process for the new windows was awesome. They held our hands through the whole thing and we never felt like anything should have been questioned. They were here on time and they did great work.

I had them do my roof and gutters.

The biggest thing that stuck out to me, was their representatives, who did the estimates, really took their time to educate me on the type of product that they use. They were not trying to sell me on the spot and they were not high-pressure either. They were clean with their work and cleaned up really well. That was important to me, especially since I have 2 little ones. I would give them an A++. They went above and beyond. They are a high quality company. Their pricing was reasonable and they offered a 50+ year warranty.

They did a large renovation in my back yard this past summer. They did a patio, window, doors and excavation etc.. I have used them before for roofing.

They are very professional. They are super responsive. They talked to me through the process. They were open and honest. There were no surprises. There is always a guideline that they followed. All of their employees were clean and neat; that was important.
