When the pro finally did clean it was half cleaned I had guest over who couldn’t even tell that the apartment was clean. MaidPro just offers to have the same pro who half cleaned the apartment come back to fix her errors. An example of that would be September when I came home and couldn’t tell if the apartment was clean. Mind you I have a rather small one bedroom apartment that I spend 88$ every two weeks to have cleaned. I emailed Rebecca my concerns and she told me my apartment needs a lot of straightening and the pro doesn’t know where to start. However the bed wasn’t made, food was left in my sink even though I have a garbage disposal and the bathroom didn’t look cleaned. I had to send pictures to prove the condition the apartment was left in and then someone came out to re spot clean the apartment. However this time took the cake for me and caused me end my time with maidpro. I was scheduled for a clean 2/09 I came home to find out my apartment was not cleaned. I didn’t receive any type of email or call so once again I thought someone just skipped my apartment. Monday I called the office and was told be Marelena that the pro was locked out of my apartment. That was werid to me because I didn’t get a lock out call or email. Marlena told me that the pro contacted the “owner” and there was no notes. I asked her why the lockout procedures weren't followed and why I wasn’t notified. She apologized and said she would reach out to the “owner”. She rescheduled me a clean for Wednesday 2/14. Then she called me back and said there was a mix up and someone would be there Thursday 2/15. Thursday a man pro shows up even though I have repeatedly asked them to notify me when different people would be cleaning my apartment. The clean was nothing to write home about and I was greatly annoyed that I was not informed a new pro yet alone a man would be cleaning my apartment. Fast forward to Friday I'm checking my account to see that I was charge an additional 113.00 on top of the 88 dollars I was charged when the apartment wasn't clean. Then the 113.00 dollars was reversed and I was charged 25$ twice. I contacted the company today and was informed that I was charged 25$ because of a rescheduling fee. Marlena never informed me during my conversation either time that I would be charged 25 dollars. I asked her why I would be charged if the lockout procedures weren't followed. I should've received a call or an email and I didn't. There lockout procedures say I pro will wait 15m and then leave if they are unable to gain access. I never received a call or email. Marlene said she would have to reach out to the "owner" and acknowledged that I didn't receive any correspondence. Marlena then put Rebecca on the phone. She didn't warm her or let me know Rebecca just popped on the phone. They messed up and they show zero empathy or customer service skills. Rebecca proceeded to tell me that she is sorry and that’s not how they do business and that I was overcharged 25 dollars and they will reverse it. However I will be charged 25 dollars for the reschedule. Once again I stated to her that the lockout procedures were not followed and I don’t believe a pro ever arrived. She rudely told me that the procedures were followed and there is nothing else she can do. She said I can't assist you further. I told her I wouldn't be so upset if someone just apologized that the lockout procedures weren't followed. She then told me she wouldn't apologize and there was nothing else she could do. I'm so annoyed and frustrated with how Maid Pro has treated me. I know they would not treat their other clients with such disrespect. The only reason I used the service is because I have chrons disease and I am left extremely tired. So I needed extra help with cleaning. What I don't need is to be treated like I'm less than dirt and talked to so disrespectfully. Especially since I was a paying customer. I have all my emails from MaidPro and plan to prove no one reached out to me. This company is discriminates and is very untrustworthy. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone. And I plan to take this further. Customer service is big with me and this company needs to be retrained. Also I would like to point out the companies responses to non pleasant reviews even on this site. They are very dismissive and show no empathy.

  • AMAZING! We having been using spotless4u for a few months now and we could not be more pleased!! They do an amazing job and we have a very busy house; two young children a puppy and adults that would rather spend time with family then clean! I have used services in the past but have canceled due to not being satisfied. Spotless4u is 100 % worth the price which I feel is very reasonable! Highly recommend

  • I found T&IL Cleaning on Angie's list so I hired them for an initial clean. I was very impressed with how well they cleaned my shower tile. I had been using another cleaning service monthly and they never cleaned it as well. I continue to use T&IL Cleaning every four weeks. I have used them for the past 4 months and they are quick to respond and accommodating.

  • I was *very* happy with how clean the house was. I gave them a 5 star rating. But there was a very strong chemical odor. I left the entire house open but it didn't fade after 2 days. I e-mailed and asked what they used and whether anything could be done. After some back and forth Eduardo agreed to come back. At one point he said he didn't respond timely because his e-mail had a problem. Then they didn't come on the agreed date because they had a tire problem. When they arrived he was very rude, refusing to look me in the eye, frowning, and otherwise acting annoyed. He said he didn't smell it, and told me that it was my cats. I repeated that it was a chemical odor, and asked again that they please use water and vinegar, which I had left on the counter, to get rid of the smell. I left them alone and then realized that they were using THE SAME CHEMICAL CLEANER to wash the floors again!! The odor is horrible. I had to stop them both and show his helper the vinegar. They did it and he admitted that he can't smell the odor at all. It was much worse after they left. I had to leave the back room wide open for 48 hours straight, and the front porch still reeks. The worst thing about this was his rudeness and absolute refusal to listen to me. I have asthma and this residue hurts my lungs. The house is very clean, but don't use them unless you are OK with a harsh chemical odor (Fabuloso Lavender Cleaner).

  • Julissa and her team do an AMAZING job! I have used house cleaning services for over 15 years and MJ and Julissa are clearly the best I have ever had. They are reliable, trustworthy, easily contacted/responsive, and exceptional in the quality of their work. They show up with about 6 or 7 cleaners, wonderfully (and carefully) efficiently clean your house for an hour or two (and we have a 3600 square foot house - when they are there, it is like a cleaning tsunami!), and then leave with your house immaculate. In 7 yrs, I have never had anything broken or damaged, the cleaning is reliably exceptional, and Julissa is very responsive when I have questions. She has also been great (and with good $'s) for extra deep cleaning times and/or side cleaning things (like asking to have the inside of fridge cleaned as well). Very VERY good and I cannot say enough good things about Julissa and her team.

Each member focused on a particular area of the home, which included appliances, windows, and woodworking! It was a lot of work to do in a short window of time, and I was not disappointed! Awesome!

  • She is absolutely amazing. She got every stain out of my basement carpet and upstairs carpet. She cleans the microwave each time knowing that I always make a mess. Having pets that shed is not the easiest on cleaning companies but she never complains and I come home to a house that looks as if a pet was never there. She is without a doubt one of the nicest people I have ever met and her work ethic is equally as impressive.
