    Very well. I'm not a new customer to Carney Tire. The reason is they're competent and professional. They care about their work and charge a fair price. When I have an issue with my vehicle, I know I can trust Carney Tire to tell me the problem and fix it with no surprises. I'm happy that this facility is in my neighborhood...

    It went fabulous! couldn't ask for better customer service, they were nice, accommodating and prompt. They stand by there road side warranty and are honest. I couldn't ask for a better experience. They will definitely get repeat service from me!

    They did fine. I didn?t have an appointment, they took me right away and it wasn?t a huge way. They did all right. They did a great job. It was about an hour, maybe longer to do the work. I didn?t talk to the workers, I just talked to the counter guy. He was fine.

    The price was on par, it was a little bit more for service. We dropped it off on a Friday night after hours and got it back Saturday morning around 10. The workers are great. Usually it's a service representative. He's always great. Everything was routine. They cleared it before they did anything. I am very happy with them. They are thorough. They have always done well by us.

    I would give them an A for price although I wish they were cheaper, but it's a Tucson SUV so they are always a little more expensive. 

    They were very professional, I was very pleased. It was very positive.

    I had gone to a Honda dealership and also to a Ford dealership and both places, the people didn't know their product, didn't know what they had on hand, they were not professional at all. I was very displeased, so I didn't buy a car in either place.

    It is where I've been buying my cars for the last six or seven years. It was only the cost of the oil change, everything else was free. They took care of some changes that were going to be mailed to me. It was a recall. I guess they got a general notification for my model. While they were doing the oil change and doing the electronic thing that had failed, they also did that, which was kind of strange because they did it and told me that they did it and then I got a notification two weeks later. I forgot they've done it and took the car back to them and they started laughing at me and they said, "Don't you remember we told you we did this and you told us, 'You act like the car is yours, you're fixing all these things I didn't ask you to fix?'" So, they're very good. They're sharp. I like their maintenance. The salespeople are great, but their maintenance people I like, because they don't sit on it and wait for you to come in and ask about stuff. If they think that something needs to be done, they get right on it. I just think their people do what is advertised in the commercials. You have a lot of people that have commercials and then you go to the dealership and you say, "Is this the same place they got on TV?" These people actually live up to what they advertise. You don't have to go behind them and check things. I've dealt with dealers before where, when you get the car, you drive half a mile down the road and you check the oil to make sure it's all in. I've had that happen with dealers before. But with these people I have the confidence that I can drive until I get back there again and don't worry about whether they've put the oil in or not because they're detail oriented people.

    It was kind of hard to get hold of them at first and he did come out and do it. There was a certain tool that he didn't have so there was part of the job he was not able to complete and he didn't offer to come back and do it at a later time. He just said that he was sorry. The quality was good but he didn't do part of it.

    Excellent service. They spent almost an hour trying to clean up/salvage my rusted calipers to save me money, but they were too far gone on my eleven-year-old vehicle. Appreciated the effort. Definite recommend.
    Note: Because of their Angie's rating and prime location between Parkville/Towson, this is a very busy shop. Probably best to drop off  your vehicle if you can.

    He looked over the truck and identified the problem and noticed some other things that were wrong with it but could be fixed at a later date. I appreciated the honesty instead of trying to fix all the problems and have it cost me more than it should, especially since I was on vacation. There were only a few things that could have made the review better. He named a list of things that were wrong with the truck and was supposed to provide an itemized list with the final bill. They didn't. I'm sure if I called back they would send it to me. The other thing was they said they would call with a status when they diagnosed the problem. It wound up that I needed to call them. Overall these were minor annoyances because I know places like this get busy and would recommend them highly.

    I found Interstate on Angies list, and it was just as they described.  The place isn't much to look at, but they couldn't have been nicer and the price was excellent.  Definitely cheaper than the dealer, and much better service than Mr. Tire.  The car was ready when they said it would be and there were no hidden costs.
