The visit went very well. Our small dog was nervous at first but the staff and Dr. Martin were very patient and Earnie quickly relaxed. They were very gentle and caring. Since we are new to Maryland we had a lot of questions about lyme disease and other things we might encounter here. He had his rabies shot and booster, heartworm test and we purchased the medications that were needed. This is a small practice, which we wanted. Our appointment was on time. They made our dog comfortable and were very helpful with all our questions. They called the next day to see how Earnest was doing. Very happy with our visit.

Our dogs love to have Jen's Gentle Pet Sitters come to give them a break from their naps. Jen's staff are professional, calm, affectionate to our dogs & know how to "read" their body language. This is very important for us because we do not understand dog language at this time. Our dogs understand what we are saying to them & sometimes hear us whisper the word "treat." Unfortunately they have not learned to speak to us so that we can understand their needs directly. Jen's Gentle Pet Sitters understand the messages our dogs give with their eyes & ears. Our dogs tell us with their smiling muzzles that they have had a great play date with Jen's Gentle Pet Sitters. Thank you so very much!!!

Dr. Martin was extremely thorough in letting us know what our options were as far as treatment, and very patient with us when we had questions (even when we needed them explained more than once ). It was a little tricky in Archie's case, because previously he had been aggressive at the vet's office and required sedation in order to be examined, draw blood, etc., but sedation could also be risky for him in his condition. Dr. Martin took the time to explain the type of sedation they use vs. other types of sedation that we were familiar with and the risk factors for each. We decided it was worth the risk, and made appointment. When Dr. Martin came in to the exam room however, she noticed that Archie seemed fairly easygoing compared to his last appointment, and between her calm and knowledgeable approach, the assistance of her team members, and having us help keep him distracted and calm, she was able to examine him, get blood work, and even show us how to do subcutaneous fluids! Previously, we thought the fluids would not be an option since we wouldn't be able to observe his natural response to the process of doing them if he were under sedation. We've been following a treatment plan for a couple of months now, and it involves going to the office a few times a week. My once "vicious" kitty now has no problem going to the vet, and he's come to really like everyone there! He even starts meowing towards the door in what seems like anticipation when he hears Dr. Martin's voice before she comes into the exam room. Each time anything out of the ordinary needs to be done, like getting more blood work or attempting to take his blood pressure, Dr. Martin and her team have been able to keep him calm and complete the procedure without incident. It's amazing to watch them work together so smoothly; the sign of a truly great team! And Archie is doing much better than he was! He's our cuddly little feisty boy again! We love the Prime Care team, and Dr. Martin's compassion, caring, and creativity means the world to us!

To start with they were late as always! They wanted to do testing on a condition that was already test d, treated and cured just because the test he wanted to do was not performed on the last visit. He also wanted to start my 8 month old puppy On steroids. A prescription was given and among all the expensive medication one of the items was anti peptic wipes for which I was charged 18 for a pack of 50 which si went to Amazon and found them at $4 for a pack of $100. Will never go back and do not recommend. They are stealing customers money and only look fo ways to get that bill up, I have taken my puppy 3 times and the lowest bill has been $135 !!!

I've used Wagging Tails for over three years and couldn't be happier with the service. Cherie or one of her employees takes my girl, Maggie, on her daily walks every week day. If I happen to be here when it's walking time, it's so funny to see how excited Maggie gets whenever Cherie pulls into the driveway. There's been a number of times where something's come up last minute and I've needed Cherie to come at night to walk and feed her; she's never told me she couldn't make it happen! Cherie always introduces me to new employees before they take Maggie out so I never have to wonder who is in my house and what type of person is taking my pup out of the house. A couple weeks ago Cherie had noticed some red color in Maggie's feces. However I was out of the state and my wife's job doesn't allow her to take very much time off. I asked Cherie if she could take Maggie to the vet and she took care of everything! We've gone on a few vacations and have asked Cherie to take Maggie out three times a day while we're away and she's always taken care of her without a problem. I highly recommend Cherie and Wagging Tails!! She loves animals, she's caring, she's punctual, she responds to both texts and emails quickly and most importantly, Maggie loves her and loves spending time with her. It's so nice not to worry about Maggie during the day and know she's having fun walking with Cherie. Note: The cost of service I listed is for a fifteen minute walk each day for one week (5 walks)

The sitter that took care of our babies (Melissa) is fabulous. She provided 24 hour care for our 3 babies while we were on vacation. She treats them as if they were her own. We had no worries while on vacation. I highly recommend Jen's Gentle Pet Sitters!!

Nancy is an obvious dog-lover who cares for your pets as if they were her own--even when they're not well. One of them had had an "accident" in the kitchen on Monday, but until I asked her if they'd been okay (one was sick, this weekend, and I was afraid the other might have come down with it), I didn't know--there was no telltale "evidence" in my home. Nancy's careful to obtain a full profile of your pets and of your preferences, and she is very professional about adhering to them. One of the things I like best is that she herself is the primary care-giver--unlike other local services, which send a steady parade of strangers into your house. For me, that's a two-pronged problem: not only don't I want Ziggy and Zack to get used to the idea that anyone can come in, whenever he or she pleases--I also don't want them to have to adjust to different people's styles on a regular basis, when I can't be here to take care of them myself. I trust Nancy . . . with my dogs, and with access to everything I own . . . and that's of paramount importance to me.

Stay Pet Resort is the cleanest, nicest boarding/day care facility I've seen. They have both indoor and outdoor yards, as well as private kennels for lunchtime and naps.  My dog comes home happy and exhausted after playing all day at day care. The staff is amazing, super friendly, and provides excellent care for my pup. I highly recommend Stay to anyone looking for day care or boarding services.

They did a good job. We had planned to have our two dogs kenneled together, but our female was not handling it very well. They contacted us immediately and followed as they said they would do. We ended up having them separated and everything worked out well.

We interviewed Jen the week before we were to go.  She came to our house met the cats and took copious notes.  Our Poncho takes meds twice a day and the cats are fed in different locations.  The day after the interview we received an introductory email from David who was the sitter assigned to our job.  It was obvious that he had been thoroughly briefed by Jen. We had no qualms about leaving Poncho and Cisco in the care of Jen's Gentle Pet Sitters.  On the day of our return trip I received an email from David telling us where he left our keys which was unexpected and really thoughtful and professional.  Moreover, David left the completed activity log on the kitchen counter where it was readily available for our review.
