    My experience with this company was first class in every possible way. From the first call, sales appointment, product installation, and then post construction follow up, everything was the best. I enjoyed the process so much that I called my grandfather and my uncle to let them know (they were also looking for similar services). Moving forward, when I need construction services, I am not going to bother calling other companies. These guys are honest tradesman that do fantastic work. If you can't tell, I give them an A+ in every way!

    It was a positive experience. We worked directly with the owner. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and did a great job matching our existing siding. He would be my first choice for any future roofing or siding needs.

    My 120 year old home needed extensive exterior work. The main roof and the roof on the wrap around porch had a lot of rot damage, as did the front porch. Apex replaced all the roofing. replaced the old aluminum siding with new vinyl and installed new soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts. I am thrilled with the results. The house looks so fresh and bright and I have received many compliments. The work crews were polite and professional and did a good job cleaning up after the job was completed. I would recommend Apex to anyone who values quality work at a competitive price.

    Put deposit down in early February. Removal of siding and window replacement did not begin until early-mid April. Siding was removed at that time and windows were replaced. Windows looked good. Was advised my originally selected brand of siding was no longer available and a cheaper but comparable product would be used; no price adjustment was discussed for cheaper siding. Front door replaced in early May; however, door handle was left off and open for four days. Thankfully, no one tried to break, as they easily could have just by reaching in the hole where the door handle should have been and turning the deadbolt. Was pressured to complete payment as siding would be done "next week" (referring to May 4-8). "Cheaper" siding was dropped off on 11 June and work was to start "before Monday" (referring to 15 June).
    There's no other word for this situation then "theft." This company has taken my money without any concrete plans to finish the work on my home. As I've been without siding for approximately 10 weeks, the Tyvek house wrap is likely damaged from UV rays and will need to be replaced soon; I believe the wrap can only be left exposed for 90 days maximum.
    I would not recommend using this company for any reason. It is a shame because the work that was done, short of exposing my home to possible intruders, was done well. Additionally, I will be filing a complaint with DLLR as this kind of behavior is unprofessional.

    They said they had a particular person that was very experienced that would show up. They said they would call us when they were going to show up. One day I came home and they had hired out someone to do our job. We still have unresolved issues with the work. It was obvious that we did not get the foreman they had boasted about and the work was not completed to satisfaction.

    We had four estimates for the roof replacement but we were most impressed with Abe Wilcox. Our roofing project was more involved than most because Abe needed to cut back the damaged exterior rafter tails leaving enough room to support the addition of the soffit and gutters. It was amazing how he figured out how to cut the exterior rafters and still look nice from the outside. We had some concerns on the use of the underlayment due to the interior roof insulation and after some discussion we choose the deck armour underlayment. Abe was very considerate and listened to all of our concerns. Abe provided us with a reasonable estimate that included various upgrades if we choose them. We went with all of Abe's upgrades and are so glad we did. The house looks so much better than before. Everything was done as planned, on time and in a professional manner. We will definitely hire Abe for future projects and we highly recommend him.

    Had a great experience with Garner Roofing. Dave came out and did a free estimate on time as scheduled. he got up on my roof and even took pictures to show me what it looked like up there. He actually told me that the roof was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced immediately (he was the only roofer who sounded like he was telling me the truth) and then gave me a few options on repair and replacement ( i had one spot i was concerned about since some shingles had come loose). I decided to go with the replacement since his price was lower than the 4 other estimates i had gotten and he seemed genuine (on top of which he gave me a discount for being an angie's list customer - score!). He came back about a week later and we picked out the style of shingles and scheduled the work. When the day of the job came, i left my house in the morning to go to work with the old roof on, and i came home to a brand new roof. all the nails were cleaned up as he said they would (there were a few plastic wrappings on the lawn from the shingles i assume but nothing crazy). I had the roof done last year (may 2013) and haven't had any problems since. Actually i emailed him to get a copy of my paid invoice to send to my home owners insurance recently and he was prompt with his reply. i have no doubt that if there were a need to call him back out he'd do so promptly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest roofer at a fair price.

    I found Perry Hall Remodeling here and read so many glowing reviews that I didn't look further.  I contacted Mr. Howard; he went to check out the scope of the job and called to tell me that the reason the siding had fallen was that it hadn't been caulked.  He checked the siding around the whole bump-out room and found that the siding had not been caulked.  He quoted me what I considered to be a very fair price; e-mailed me a contract which I signed and e-mailed back.  d the rest of my house and let me know that it was sound.

    The work was completed the next afternoon -- LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER HE RECEIVED THE SIGNED CONTRACT!!!

    He had also checked the caulking on the siding around all of the rest of my house and let me know that it was in good condition.

    The siding looks wonderful.  It was necessary for Mr. Howard (or his employees to enter my neighbor's back yard to get to the side of my house; they let me know that they would never have known that anyone had been in their yard. 

    Mr. Howard and Perry Hall Remodeling get straight A's from me.  I can't remember the last time I received such impeccable customer service.

    We hired Prestige because their door to door salesman happened to stop by right when we were in the market for a new roof. The salesman was friendly and didn't pressure us although we did decide to get the roof that evening because we wanted to get things done quickly. We received follow up calls about scheduling the service and financing right away and everything went through smoothly. The services were scheduled and completed within a few weeks. The only delay was the company supplying the materials failed twice to deliver them (this only ended up delaying us by a few days but it was annoying). The subcontractors who did the actual repairs were punctual and polite. They worked hard and quickly and did a lovely job (all in a working day--about 8 hours) and cleaned up well with only a few stray nails left in the driveway. The point person (Brian) at Prestige didn't call us regarding the delivery delay but was quite responsive (within an hour each time) when I called him, and able to resolve the problem. Our neighbors liked our roof enough to ask for a referral.

    The workers did excellent work, I know the weather held it back, but they never called us we had to call them. Also, they took the workers off my job because they had to go back to another job. When they did not show up that dayno one from Brothers service call us . I think they at lease owe me that, When I sent they an email they said they were sorry.
