Ryan arrived in a timely fashion and performed all work very professionally. The quote that was provided over the phone (on a Sunday evening) was the total given when work was completed. Will defintely rehire for any plumbing needs in the future.

Our experience with Rich was positive from the beginning. When he came to give us an estimate for our bathroom remodel, he listened to our ideas and offered great suggestions himself without up-selling. Rich was very accommodating to our plan of purchasing the large cosmetic items ourselves (tub, vanity, light fixtures, tiles, etc…) while he supplied the rough materials (dry wall, subfloor, drywall compound, etc…), and installed everything. He was able to fix some old/creative wiring and plumbing from the previous owners of our house without hassle. Rich gave us every impression that he takes pride in his work and wants to get the job done right. Rich was clean, efficient, kind, and affordable. In fact we received a quote from a big box store for the same exact job that was significantly more than the quote from Rich. He was also accommodating to our baby’s nap time in the next room. The project took 7 days, which was within the expected time frame and within budget. Overall he installed new tile flooring, a subway tile shower, new tub with fixture, new vanity with fixture, new light fixture, new electrical outlet and light switch, wainscoting, molding, and painted. We are thrilled to have a bathroom that we can finally enjoy. Rich really made our vision come to life, and we would definitely use him again in the future for any remodeling project that we may have.

Everything went smoothly. I had called the week prior to check on getting an appointment to get a new hot water heater installed and fix a problem toilet. The guys at Hamilton were very responsive, took my call and were able to schedule an appointment 1st thing in the morning early the following week. Service was prompt and efficiently done. I would use Hamilton Plumbing again.

I signed up for a special deal to have an outdoor hose bib replaced by Atlantic Mechanical. The scheduler, Casey was prompt in contacting me to arrange a convenient time. We were able to arrange the work on my first choice, just a few days later. As promised, the installer, Ron, called to let me know I was next on the list and he would arrive in about 1 hour. He arrived promptly and when I greeted him at the door he handed me several useful promotional items with the company information. Ron was polite, efficient, neat and kept me informed of his progress. The job was completed in about an hour and Ron took the time to explain proper operation and how to winterize the faucet which looks great and works great. Great company to work with and great employee. I will use them in the future for plumbing needs.

I had a strange hum come from my pipes whenever I used water. I called Atkisson Plumbing due to their high ratings on Angie's List. Robert Wieczorkowski, the owner, promptly came to the house with his son. Robert told me I needed a new pressure reducing valve. He had one in his truck and replaced the one that I had. They were here less than half and hour and charged me $350.00 which I was happy to pay since I have no idea how to fix plumbing problems. Several days later, I heard the same hum whenever I ran a load of laundry. I called the company, and Robert stopped and adjusted the new pressure reducing valve. Everything has been fine since. The problem that I am having with this company is administrative. 1) First of all, Angie's List indicates that this organization takes Visa, MC, and checks. When I initially called, I was told by Robert that they do not take credit cards. Fortunately, I had $350.00 in my checking account the day that I called him or I would have had to run to the bank to get cash. I have never had work completed on my house by professionals who did not take some sort of credit card payment. 2) The day the work was completed and I handed Robert the $350.00 check, I asked him for a receipt. I keep track of ALL work completed on my house which I am sure most consumers do. He asked me for my email. I wrote my email address on a piece of paper, and he took a photo of the paper with his Smartphone. He said that he would email the receipt to me. About a week later when I had not received a receipt via email, I called Robert. (The only contact information that I had for this company is a cell phone number as Atkisson Plumbing has no website or email account accessible to the internet.) When I called him, he said that he was at Home Depot picking up supplies for a job. This is a small company, so I understand that he may not have an administrative staff to take care of paperwork. He asked me to call him back on his cell, leave a message for him and give him my address. I followed directions, called him back, left a detailed message with my name, location address, cell phone, email account, and a description of the work that he completed. Well, I did not receive any receipt. After a few more voice mails, I finally received a Word document via email. Keep in mind that the work was completed on 7-17-17. I received the email on 8-15-17 which is almost a month later. The Word document contained the following: Atkisson Plumbing August 15, 2017 My name Install a new pressure reducing valve Price: $350.00 Robert Wieczorkowski Atkisson Plumbing The email from Robert asked that I email him back to let him know that I received the receipt. I promptly email Robert back stating that I received the receipt, but I considered it professionally inadequate and wanted a new, more detailed receipt. As I am considering selling my home in the future, I communicated that the "receipt" he emailed to me looked like an estimate. I communicated that I needed another receipt with the following information: 1) address of the location of the service 2) address of company that completed the work 3) contact number of company - phone / email etc. 4) date of service (his "receipt" indicated the date he emailed it.) 5) professional licensing number of licensed plumber 6) indication that the work was completed (What he sent looked like an estimate.) 7) indication that the $350 was actually PAID (Again, it looked like an estimate) I am not trying to be a difficult consumer, but due to the time that it took to receive an inadequate invoice (almost a month) , I am wondering if this person is even licensed or if this person keeps adequate records in order to pay his income taxes. It appears to me that he does not want a paper trail. Again, I have never had any work completed on my property that did not include the basic information such as the address and license number of the professional providing the service as well as the location of where the service was completed. I mean even when I get my oil changed at JiffyLube they give me a print out of the work that was completed. Perhaps this individual does not have a computer or know how to use one. As a professional, he could still have receipts printed with the company name, address, license number etc. and then just hand write in the work that was completed. That is how the company that services my furnace communicates to its customers. Even with hand writing the description of the work completed and the location where completed, I have professional documentation reflecting what work was completed on my home. Angie's List indicates: "All statements concerning insurance, licenses, and bonds are self reported. Since insurance, licenses, and bonds can expire and can be cancelled, homeowners should always check such info for themselves." I must admit that I did not do that. I have learned my lesson. I am not trying to get this individual plumber in hot water (no pun intended). However, if the work that he completed was inadequate or I have future damage to my residence to due his work, I have NO way of proving that this individual performed any work on my home. I will be more careful in the future to ask for company information, license numbers, etc up front and also ask if properer paperwork / documentation will be provided. Again, I am not trying to get this individual in trouble, but the lack of professional paperwork, not taking credit cards etc. makes me suspicious that work is being completed "under the table" and not by a licensed professional.

The first time I contacted Galaxy was to repair a leaking pressure reducing valve. It was an evening emergency call, but the owner was incredibly responsive, professional, and took time to explain what he was doing and even give his take on some other unrelated plumbing issues I was experiencing in the house. On top of that, the price was more than reasonable, especially for an emergency call. The second time they cam out was for an elusive kitchen sink drain clog that I could not reach with a rented drain auger. This time, they sent out a less experienced plumber to handle this issue, but he was certainly no less responsive and professional than the owner. He took the time to find the clog and even battled through a stuck clean-out plug to clear out the drain. He even made the effort to replace the under-the-sink plumbing with components that were up to code and good general plumbing practices. Bottom line, I can't say enough good things about this company. They will always be my first call for any plumbing issues.

The job was perfect! Scheduling was very convenient. I was given a two hour timeframe and the plumber called within that period to confirm he was on his way. The plumber was courteous and professional. His work was flawless and he cleaned up completely, removing the old toilet and the carton for the new one. Price was very reasonable, the work was world-class! I will definitely use Saffer again, without hesitation. They are strongly recommended!!

This was second visit. After first visit heard from owner Steve few days later. He said he had an out of town emergency and just got my various voice mails. After discussing my previous visit he assured me he was not told of the technicians statements to me and wanted to make things right. Scheduled a quick time for revist, sent his "best" plumber. On time, professional, had problems with old layout but worked them out had to cut pipes and replace them. Looks beautiful, cleaned up mess....and I got a generous discount for the first miscommunication. I now would highly recommend The Plumber Guys and intend to use them in near future. Everything and everyone can have a bad day. If I could remove previous review I would. Don't hesitate to use these guys.

I can tell you they did a good job, but I wasn't here when they did it. My wife was here, but she liked the guy and they did what they said they were going to do. They came out and they fixed the faucet. I was not here for that, but they replaced it and it doesn't leak anymore and everything works fine. They did a good job. They did not cost more than the price of the Big Deal. The price was good and they did a good job. My wife said that the guy was nice, did a good job, and explained everything to her.
