    Energy Wizard worked with us in delaying the installation of the doors until after the holidays and our own activities as we requested. When we finally had time, Energy Wizard was very prompt at scheduling the installation. They arrived on time, removed the existing doors and framework, and installed the new framework, both doors and all the interior and exterior molding. The crew was polite, skilled, and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. My wife and I are very please with both of our new ProVia doors and the entire process from purchasing to installation.

    My experience with this company was first class in every possible way. From the first call, sales appointment, product installation, and then post construction follow up, everything was the best. I enjoyed the process so much that I called my grandfather and my uncle to let them know (they were also looking for similar services). Moving forward, when I need construction services, I am not going to bother calling other companies. These guys are honest tradesman that do fantastic work. If you can't tell, I give them an A+ in every way!

    Great! Of the people we had look at our patio door, Kris was very knowledgeable and very reassuring about what needed to be done. No BS! I can't tell you how much better it is to deal with professionals instead of salesmen! I had spoken with several other companies before, some a little cheaper, but I still went with them because they were the first ones that I trusted and felt confident with. They were on time and did a great job with the install. I've already hired them to do another door and will go with them for my other windows and doors in the future.

    from start to finish, this process has run smoothly. I was approached by a door-to-door representative. We all know how frustrating that can be. In this case, it wasn't bad at all. I explained my lack of time to which the representative was accepting of. I did schedule an estimate at that time. When the estimator came he was very thorough. He sold me on the quality of the glass and the heat test. He was also willing to work with me on the price. Before he left he answered all of my questions and measured the windows. Next a project manager came out to confirm the measurements. Again, he was very professional. As an FYI, the doors and windows are made-to-order. This is why the measurements were so important. Finally, it was installation day! The quality of the product, the attention to detail of the installers, the pride every representative seemed to have for their company, gave me reason to believe I made a good choice in choosing Power HRG. I'm excited to use my sunroom year round and will highly consider Power for future projects.

    We got lucky that we had inside work as this was during our extremely rainy time this spring, so he got to us faster than we had hoped. He was always punctual, sometimes even early, courteous and funny.

    Dayson understood that I didn't require a top of the line sliding door, but efficient and durable. He shared the type of door that he typically uses. He took all the measurements gave explicit detail about the work to be performed. He didn't attempt to do any sales talk. He was very professional and direct. He quoted a me a price, but when it was determined I could use a second sliding door he gave me an additional discount. They caulked the new doors and cleaned up very nicely. The completed the work in a little less than a full day. He also gave put door stops and upgraded me to nickel handles with keys so that I could lock from the outside for no additional costs. I truly had a pleasant experience and LS&G will be the first call in the near future for when I replace my windows. Some of the larger companies that came out to give estimates sent salesman that don't know about the door and window business. I received 2 quality sliding doors from LS&G for the of one based on the other estimates received. I would recommend LS&G to anyone needing a door or windows.

    We learned about Hunny Do, LLC on Angie's List.  We truly cannot say enough great things about the work performed in our home by Hunny Do, LLC.  Bruce Stevenson, owner of Hunny Do, LLC, is a tremendous professional and handyman.  He is thoughtful, thorough and resourceful in his approach to renovations and home repairs.  The team of workers he assembled to complete the numerous projects in our home were all prompt, courteous, polite and very professional.  We began what became our "journey" with Hunny Do, LLC when we decided to update our home.  Bruce arrived on time to discuss our home improvement / repair needs.  He promised a written estimate, which we had within 24 hours.  The estimate was detailed, itemized and very reasonably priced.  The work was completed timely and very much to our satisfaction, with the final cost right in line with the estimate provided.  When we found a new home to purchase approximately one week after Hunny Do, LLC had completed work for us, we did not hesitate to contact Hunny Do, LLC to complete additional work in our home to prepare it for sale.  Once again, the work estimate was very reasonable, the work was performed and completed on time, and very importantly, we were never left with a mess to clean up after Bruce and his team left.  While they were never intrusive, we certainly feel like Bruce and his team have become our friends.  We are already in the process of obtaining estimates from Hunny Do, LLC to install a backsplash and do other work in the home we just purchased.  It is our sincere feeling that Hunny Do, LLC stands behind their work and Bruce keeps his promises.  We trust him completely and highly recommend Hunny Do, LLC to anyone in need to home repairs, renovations or additions.

    First off, the price above is for labor, plus the materials for dry-walling the ceiling and lumber for inside the shower walls.  We purchased the other parts and materials separately from Home Depot (shower door, faucets, lights, etc..) for about $1200, and the cultured marble shower parts (walls, shower pan, seat, recessed soap holder and corner soap holder were purchased from Beltway Custom Marble at a cost of $3,612. All in, the cost of these partial renovations came to about $15,512--about $1300 over the original estimate. However, as we chose the items to be installed, that estimate was fair. We would not advise using the recommended Northeastern Supply Company for parts, as the prices there were far higher than our budget allowed. We were able to get high quality parts at Home Depot for about half of  Northeastern's prices.

    Although there was a delay of about a month in beginning the work, once it began it went at a good pace, with the electricians, drywall installer, and the two main workmen working diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. Michael and Josiah, who did the majority of the work, were consistently courteous, hard-working, and pleasant to deal with. They persisted in dealing with the minor problems that arose by retuning regularly until the job was completed to our satisfaction.

    The owner, Tim Munson, responded promptly to emails and followed up on all of our concerns. Bill Miner, the salesperson/estimator was also responsive to our questions and calls, and was fun to work with.

    To sum up, we would use this company again and we are pleased with the appearance of our renovations. Though the mess and disruption of renovations can be difficult to deal with, these are made bearable when working with people who show pride in their work and take the customers' concerns seriously. It is not only competence and skill that makes a company worth an A rating, it is also the way they treat their customers--and AES has been outstanding in that regard.

    I was very please with every step of this small project.  I signed up on Lowes to request a representative to contact me.  Jason Bolton, the representative from Lowes White Marsh, called me promptly and set up at time and date to come to my house which was convenient for me.  He arrived on time and listened to my needs for a replacement window.  He showed me several options with NO sales pressure.  I chose a window that  was good for my budget and needs.  The installation was scheduled in the time frame indicated by Jason.  The installers that were sent by Lowes arrived promptly.  They did an excellent job of covering items and protecting the flooring from any mess.  The workers were very efficient and installed the window professionally.  Before leaving, they took the time to show me how to properly lock, unlock, and pull down the double hung panes for cleaning.  (This was my first double hung window.) 
    I was very happy with every step of this small project. From the no-pressure sales information provided, to scheduling, to installation, to enjoying the final project, I was very happy with Lowes of White Marsh.  I will consider them when future projects arise.

    The old door was removed and the new door installed in approximately 90 minutes.  Dayson and Travis did an excellent job.  They answered all my questions and cleaned up as well.
    This is a local and family owned business.  The door is made locally as well.  Dayson is very knowledgeable and honest.  His prices were the best I found.  
    Other estimates were from companies who wasted 30-45 minutes of my time with their sales pitches.  Most also wanted to charge an extra $600-800 for installation because it had to be "specially fit."  I learned that's not the case with my door.  When Dayson does my windows, I won't pay extra to be "specially fit."  It does not require it.
    I look forward to working with Dayson Schafer again.
