Wonderful he became my life saver I truly wouldn't have even known I had mold coverage until we went through my policy and he was truly Amazing with all the knowledge he gave me about my policy coverages. I paid my deductible and got a whole new basement even new carpet in my main level. He's the best!!!! Forget the rest!!!

Exceptionally well. The team was professional and efficient. I had a plumber out looking at the basement because we thought we had a plumbing issue. I had 2 others not able to figure out what was happening. These guys detected the problem right away and made it easy to schedule the fix!!

It went perfectly. We previously spent a lot of money to have another company work on the basement, and they actually made the problem worse. Jay was able to identify the problem and spent a lot of time explaining the process and the work to be done. He was very patient with us. Jay was on the job site overseeing all the work. The price was fair, the work was thorough, his staff were professional, and they cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better response. And I'm thrilled to finally have a dry basement!

It was great! Jay, one of the owners, came out and gave us a fair estimate and was able to get the job done in a crunch as we were hosting our wedding at our home. The crew was punctual and respectful and cleaned up completely. Highly recommend

The inspection went very well and I would not even hesitate to call if I required their services. Steve called ahead of time that morning and arrived on schedule. He was extremely personable and professional. After an hour of tests and attempts to pinpoint the cause he came to the conclusion that our basement wasn't in need of any waterproofing. Steve wasn't in a hurry to leave after arriving at his conclusion, but instead seemed more concerned if I was completely convinced with his assessment by offering to due further tests for leaks.

BWT will not honor its lifetime warranty. Paid $8700. Two years after the work was done, the basement started leaking again. The leak has gotten worse, and the basement floods every time it rains. I have had numerous written communications with BWT; they say they'll take action then don't follow up. Eventually, they stopped responding. I complained to Better Business Bureau, AG, and others; BWT was non-responsive to them. They blame it on us - an animal hole over 6 feet away from the source of the leak - which is completely unfounded. Another company verified that. At one point, they said they would have to tear up the portion of the basement that is allowing water in the house, which we approved. But then they reverted back to blaming the problem on us and not responding. A lifetime warranty is part of the contract; it is unbelievable to me that they would not honor it.

It went well. The representative Robert Ellis clearly explained the system and the process for installing it. He used pictures and a video so I would know what the problem was and how the system would improve it.  (I also appreciated that he took some time to allow my dog to get used to his presence.)

The team doing the work showed up on time and the team leader walked me through what they would be doing. They did a good job of containing the dust and cleaning up inside and outside. When they were done, the team leader walked me through what had been done and explained when I could put things back in place. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. It was a positive experience.

This crew worked really hard and did a really good job with the plumbing work.  They were very responsive and did not leave me with any questions.  We had quotes from several contractors and while this was slightly higher than the rest it was also more complete.  They knew exactly what had to be done and there were no surprises.  It didn't feel more expensive because it was incredibly detailed and didn't leave us with any questions before or during the work.  The description of work provided in the other section does not give a good idea of the amount of work they did.  Short of posting pictures of my ripped up basement before and after, It was a lot.
The work done was very clean and professional looking.  Since the work was done I've had no issues with it.  I am very technical and handy but they were way past my skill level and knew exactly what had to be done with the right tools and estimations.  I had an issue with a job I had done on a separate supply line and they went out of their way to fix that when they noticed the issue before I did.  I have an old house and they knew what to expect going in to the job, something most contractors never get and end up hitting you for more money later on or just doing a quick, bad job.  This crew was great.
I will use them for any future plumbing and will also consider them for hvac work.  Highly recommended.

Friday, January 22, 2016: Eve of Winter Storm Jonas!
The two painters arrived early at 8 AM sharp at my new home.  I didn't move into the new home yet so I had to drive about an hour away to meet with them there.  They got started because they wanted to leave asap too (like most people on the eve of a major snow storm).  After giving them directions on what I want painted, they quickly got to work.  I provided them the cans of paint and they went at it.  I paid for 8 hours but on that day, I let them go at hour #7 because they wanted to avoid getting caught in the snow (as did I). They finished *most* of the work (painted the entire basement walls, stairwell walls and the wood paneling in our sunroom but again, I paid for 8 hrs but only got 7 hours out of them. They did not finish painting the stairwell ceiling. Only one coat of pain was applied.
I contacted Erin, the scheduler/coordinator, and explained to her my situation and how I felt that the job is not quite complete. She was able to assign a painter (one this time) to finish the job. He completed two  coats  of our paint on the stairwell ceiling.  So, I felt I got my money's worth. Will likely use Kargman's again for another paint gig.  I am very satisfied with their work.
    Thanks,
    Tim
