AI called around to a few places and this was one of the cheapest and it was close to my house. I dropped it off on a Sunday night and it was ready Monday afternoon as promised for the price quoted. They even let me know I just needed lubrication on the brakes because they were dry. Neither front nor rear actually needed to be replaced. The price I listed includes the tire, sensor and lubricating the brakes. Some places I called wanted almost that much just to put the sensor in.- Laura S.

AThey are really good. They do the oil changes for free. I do pay for the parts on the 50,000 mile service. I have never had any problems. I have a CX5, and there have been a couple of recalls, or if I am out of town I ask them what special needs to be done to the car and the tires in case it sits in my driveway too long. They are always excellent at answering my questions. I never have a problem getting an appointment. You get a certain amount of service when you purchase your car there.- LINDA M.

AThey were immediately responsive. Completely thorough. Dealt with the Insurance adjuster without me needing to be involved. The repair work is undetectable. An amazing job commented on by friends and neighbors. Also included a lifetime warranty on parts and labor! Totally impressed.

AHe was extremely professional and courteous. Helped me arrange a time that worked for me and was honest about what he felt the car really needed. I would take either of our cars to him again without a second thought.

AGreat. I acoed them to check my front brakes too and they were honest about the front brakes having plenty of pad remaining. The rear brakes had been grnding for a few weeks and I knew I was looking at new rotors.

AI've used them numerous times. I've used them about three or four times about tires. I've used them numerous times for oil changes and they seem to be honest and don't charge that much. The work was fine. My interactions were very good.- Robin R.

AThe day prior I went to a dealership service for a routine oil change, or so I thought. The service center found an oil leak and said I needed a new oil pan and plug. They also said I had a steering fluid leak. Both repairs would have cost over $1000 dollars to have them fix it. They also wanted to keep my car overnight to repair leaving me without a car for a day. I wanted a second and independent look at what was happening so I found Carney Tire Care on Angie's list and contacted them first thing in the morning asking them if I could bring the car in for a look. I am very glad I did. Both Brians were very helpful when I explained what was diagnosed with the car the day before and were happy to fit me in without a prior appointment and take a look. Turns out all I needed was a new coil and an oil change, saving me several hundred dollars. Brian the service manager came out and brought me in to show me his diagnosis for the car and walk me through what was wrong with my car. There was no steering fluid leak and a smaller oil leak and showed me what they could do to fix it. They fixed my car and got me out in a reasonable time frame. I can't believe I live in the area, driven by this service center many times and have just used them. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others. Thanks Carney Tire Car Care!

AThe provider was very punctual, he showed up within five minutes of when he said he would. The entire procedure took just under one hour. Originally I was told the procedure would take around 30 to 40 minutes, but I believe this dent was a bit larger than expected. This guy took his time and did a beautiful job. When the work was completed no evidence remained of either the dent or the scratch. We literally could not believe how he made this dent and scratch completely disappear!
We chose to have this work done at our home rather than drive to his place of business. He arrived at our house, knocked on our door to let us know he was here, asked for the keys to the car so that he could open it, and he immediately got started. He parked his car next to ours, opened up his trunk and took out a suitcase that was filled with the tools of his trade. I stood there and watched him for the first 10 minutes, and he was happy to answer all of my questions as I was very curious as to how this was done. There is no question that this guy came 100% prepared, and did a terrific job!
I would not hesitate to refer them out or to use them again. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work done. My wife and I cannot even tell where the dent used to be. It's quite amazing! If you have a small dent or door ding that you would like removed, this absolutely is the guy to do the job!

FCar buying can be a daunting task for most people. We are all looking for the right car at the right price. Many consumers go in to car dealerships without knowing what to ask. My spouse and I spent some time looking online for some advice on what to ask the salesperson once you are ready to make a deal on a vehicle. One request was to ask the seller to see the buyers invoice in order to make a fair deal for both parties.
Well, at Jerry?s Toyota, I guess that is just out of the question! I had heard some awful stories about Jerry?s auto repair department but did not hear anything about their car sales department so decided to go visit. I stopped in twice, one on my own and the second time with my spouse. When my spouse and I were going through the numbers on a brand new RAV4 with the sales rep., at Jerry?s, he broke down the figure to include the MSRP, dealer fees, destination fees, etc. He told me that the deal we were getting was great and that what the dealership paid for the car was more than they were selling it to us for. When I asked to see the sellers invoice, the sales rep asked me why I needed to see the invoice. I replied that I wanted to find out what they paid for the vehicle, he simply said that the figure he wrote down was what they paid because ?I?m telling you that?s what we paid?. Again, I requested to see their invoice. I was told that he did not have the invoice but that ?it?s somewhere around here, but it?s not my decision to make?. Basically, long(er) story short, we never got to see the invoice. We said his figures were high, in our opinion, so he asked us what we thought we should pay for the car. To this, my spouse replied that we were simply too far apart in numbers to agree to a deal. The salesman asked what the figure was so my spouse gave him an ?on the road? figure. The salesman gave him a look and asked where he came up with his number. My spouse responded by saying that is the number he came up with. The salesman continued to hassle my spouse on where he came up with that figure even as we tried to leave. My spouse felt the demeanor in which the salesman treated him appalling and said he would never do business with that guy. Without seeing the invoice, how can we come up with a ?fair? price for the car? A few days later the salesman emailed me to check to see if I was still interested in the RAV4. I emailed him and copied the general sales manager stating that we had chosen to do business with a dealer that, in our opinion, was more open to us and that we did not feel as though Jerry?s was being honest and open with us. A rebuttable email came back from the salesman stating how we were being unreasonable and unwilling to work with him and felt attacked. He stated that he?s sure I paid more for my vehicle than what he offered us. I sent another email, only to the general sales manager this time, that I am sure the term ?the customer is always right? is a dead one but that customer service goes a long way in repeat business and word of mouth. I did not reply to the salesman, simply because I have no interest in going back and forth like a second grader. My thought on this was that, one, you are the salesman so courteous customer service is in your job description! Two, it does not matter if I paid more; the point was that you and your dealership did not get the sale! I never once heard from the general sales manager either. I am guessing Jerry?s could care less about providing open information to potential customers and do not care about returning car buyers. If you want an open and honest car buying experience, I recommend avoiding Jerry?s Toyota, as I will in all of my future purchases! We have been to dozens of dealerships meeting with different salespeople and when a deal could not be reached, the salespeople thanked us for our time and to consider them again for future purchases. However, at Jerry?s you get emails written by 2 year olds who seem bitter because they did not make a sale. And FYI, the ?great deal? the salesman was quoting me was the same at Carmax, after all of Jerry?s fees and surcharges. In addition, Carmax has MUCH better customer service (even though I did not buy my car there this time, I have purchased from Carmax in the past).

A-- The work was scheduled on a day that was convenient for me.
-- I appreciated their and quot;drop offand quot; service, so I could drop my vehicle off the evening before.
-- The work was completed in one day.
-- The price for the work was as estimated.
