    My appointment was originally scheduled for same-day service between 1pm-4pm. I received a call around 1050am that an earlier appointment time had opened, and James arrived within 20 minutes. He could not have been more cordial, prompt, and efficient. I truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty about a repair not being worth the time and money. He completed the service call in less than 30 minutes and was a dream to work with. I will definitely call him again when the need arises.

    Can not say enough good about this company. Called them today, appointment today and one happy girl because her dryer is fixed!! They have it all parts and reasonable pricing. Joe even looked at another appliance for me and gave me his recommendations. I highly recommend them.

    My HDAC system was making a ton of noise, actually even before he opened it up he said he knew what the problem was. He said I will go in and make sure what I think is the problem is actually the problem. It turned out that he was absolutely right. I can't tell you because I am not too sure. It's not the heat pump itself, there's some sort of converter pump that needed to be replaced. I had no idea that even existed on the system, but he said that is what was causing the noise. He actually brought one specifically for my unit with him. And replaced it on the spot. I was very, very pleased. Excellent.

    The service man first checked the breaker after I described the problem.  The breaker was off and he turned it on.  It popped so he alertly turned it back off.  He then pulled the oven out to inspect the plug, outlet and inside the back of the oven.  He noticed  the plug was not all the way in the outlet.  Then he removed the outlet plate and determined that the outlet was in good shape.  After removing the back panel to the oven he also determined everything was in working order there.  He put everything back in place then the breaker was turned back on and now the oven is in good working order.   He was very efficient,  quick to diagnose the problem and completely thorough.  He even charged me a very fair price for his greatly appreciated efforts.

    I contacted them by e-mail with a dryer issue and explained what it was.  They promptly responded to my e-mail, and then I phoned them.  It was a very pleasant exchange and I was advised that they would relay my information to the service manager. I then received an e-mail instructing me what to do, and also a phone call from the service manager.

    awesomely.  We had the internals of a fixture break and had to turn off all the water to the house.   They came out that night to assess the problem, and were able to make space to come out and fix it the next day.  They didn't want to use Home Depot parts we had purchased, and showed us the difference in the plastic pieces (the one that ended up breaking) compared to the one they were using (metal parts).   We asked them to walk us through the rest of the plumbing in the home, they found an outdoor faucet that was faulty, showed us the problem, gave us the opportunity to either fix it or let it ride.  Really great team, very informative.  I never felt they were trying to make money off of us.  They were really just informative and ready to do the work if we asked them to.

    The scheduling was a breeze through Best Buy's website. The purchase was a bit confusing because there were so many options. The installation department did try to get me in sooner but I was only able to make it on the weekend. The auto starter seems to be working well so far and the tech was very helpful in explaining how the system worked. The only thing to be weary about is if you purchase the auto starter and installation online. Although there is a small disclaimer that lets customer's know that there may be extra costs for parts and other items needed to get the auto starter installed, I did not expect it to be so much more. I would recommend going in to the Best Buy to get a quote from the tech first so that you know exactly how much the installation will cost.

    After them canceling the first appt late the night before, I made another appt and Jerry showed up right on the dot.  He was friendly, very professional and left zero mess.  You'd never know he had been there.  I was under the impression that they'd be using cleaning agents, as that came up in one of our conversations beforehand and as far as I could tell, no cleaning agents were used during my job.  Very pleased with this company.

    I've had to call upon Len several times to repair different plumbing issues around the house. It is always easy to schedule an appointment, often the same day. All the technicians have been friendly and professional, clearly stating the cost of work before it is done. They offer options when appropriate without trying to "oversell" their services. I have always been 100% satisfied with the quality of work performed.

    We were charged nothing for the delivery.  I know nothing was actually installed but still two guys did have to come out.  Greatly appreciate it.  I can't say enough about this company.  They are fast, personal, and know their stuff.  Len Walker took so much time explaining our options with absolutely no pressure.
