    Before the job: - very responsive - helpful - took time to understand the needs of the job - respectful of my time - competitive rates Scheduling the work: - flexible, I was able to plan in advance. I was given a full day window that would later be narrowed down - CON: I had to request several time up to the day before when the wind of service would be During the job - friendly and professional - CON:. The job and the details were not communicated to the right resources. There were not one, not two, bit three trips required to complete the work in the quote that should have been a single trip. The team wasn't aware of what the full body of work was. They didn't have the materials. They didn't have the right trades. This lead to the inconvenience of three separate trips to have to schedule, coordinate, and to take time off if work CON: while there were attempts made to keep the work area clean, there was debris and contamination tracked well outside the work area. There were also instances of tools left behind and having to borrow my tools since they didn't have their own. Billing - CON: the willing wasn't a pleasant experience. Per the contract, half as a down payment and the other half after the job was completed. I elected to pay via credit card. The final payment was charged without my approval. The final amount was charged to the wrong amount. The final payment was charged multiple times. It looks weeks to resolve this issue. Bottom line: wile everyone was friendly and professional, I will not use them again in the future and would not recommend to friends.

    Services went well. There was some rescheduling that happened, one with late notice, but the company was professional and considerate. They provided some useful information about our systems and a quote for a much needed upgrade. We eventually went with another company due to pricing on the hvac upgrade but would have had no qualms using them again.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They completely ruined my AC unit and they refused to turn it on until I paid them. Plus, their prices are through the roof! They were so expensive. They lie about EVERYTHING! They said they would send me a bill in the mail but they never did. They just shut it off! In the summer! They didn't give me my Angie's List Member discount, either. It is completely unfair! I was also told they would do free estimates and not charge for travel surcharges and they still charged me for these. Plus, they were incredibly rude and mean to me over the phone when I called them to find out why my AC was completely shut off. Their customer service is absolutely despicable! They're based in lies. They don't care about the customer at all. They just care about getting paid. Please, do NOT use this company!

    Billy arrived promptly at the scheduled appt. He was exceedingly helpful, personable, and professional. I had a lot of questions (about current state of system and some future work I was interested in) and he took the time to explain everything and to educate me about my A/C system. I couldn't have asked for more! I rated "responsiveness" a B grade because the original dates I requested on the Angies List website did not make it to the home office. So, they missed the 3 dates I requested. However, once I called them to confirm a schedule they were extremely responsive and very apologetic about the initial confusion.

    We were initially scheduled for Wednesday, March 9th.  I took off from work since they were supposed to show up between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm.  However, no one showed.  I called Jimmy Gusky, who immediately returned my call, and extensively apologized for the mix up.  We were able to reschedule for Saturday, March 19th.  The technician (Paul) showed up on time, and was very pleasant and efficient.  He installed the unit in about 2 hours.

    I called several plumbers based on reviews on Angies LIst.  Fry seemed to be the most reasonable.
    William was awesome.  He called to let me know he was coming and arrived about a half hour later.  Right on time.  The house was built in the 50's. There was a copper pipe going to the hot water heater that was leaking.  He replaced it and in the process noticed several other places that were badly corroded so replaced them as well.  He was courteous, thorough and informative.  He was there a little over an hour.
    We received a discount for being on Angies List.  I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others

    This company is awesome. They are extremely responsive and punctual and because the problems we have been having with the furnace have been intermittent, the technician cleaned carbon buildup and then didn't even charge me for the call because he really couldn't find a problem. Just cleaned the carbon buildup and said to give them a call and they would come back out!! Amazing!!

    A/C stopped working during the night and I placed a call on Sunday morning thinking I would set up an appointment on Monday at the earliest. They said it was no additional charge to come out on a Sunday and that he could be there within two hours. This was 8:45 am and he arrived at around 9:45 am!!! Quickly solved the problem, replaced a capacitor and got the A/C back on line. Very pleasant, efficient and professional. Have found a new A/C company for life!!

    There was no charge because it was under the service contract. We had to replace everything but they didn't do it. They were always good. They were here when they said. I got a better price on the quote. I won't use them again only because I got a new provider that I will be using.
