    I have used Budget Movers a few times before and was always satisfied. So when my daughter sold her house and was ready to move into her new home I only called Budget Movers. Luis came to her house and gave us a very reasonable estimate. The move consisted of moving on a Saturday, keeping the furniture on a truck for three nights, and delivering everything on Tuesday. The 3 man crew were very responsible, polite, and careful. The estimate was very accurate except for the fact that I added an extra stop and delivery of some furniture to my son���s house so that added an extra hour. Besides Luis, I also dealt with Martina in the office. She was extremely helpful and always willing to answer any questions and to make any changes. I highly recommend this company.

    Atlas did a great job from start to finish. The auditor Shannon was thorough, pleasant, and a very effective educator. Once she determined the scope of work, she was also very helpful in estimating the projected savings and Pepco reimbursement, which helped defray some of the costs. The crew was fast and efficient and accommodated all the specific issues with my house, getting proper crawlspace/attic access, etc. My questions were always answered patiently and completely and the pace of the work was excellent, in fact they finished early. Also the Pepco rebate arrived early. Months later I can say that the results are outstanding and made a very tangible different now that the weather is freezing. I would strongly recommend this outfit as they offer essentially turnkey service and did a great job all around.

    Choice is a good value in home warranty. They make 'regular' home repairs much easier to manage. Major issues/replacements can be problematic (lots of 'exclusions' make it easy to deny claims), but overall, the Choice team works hard to be helpful and to find solutions. Service call charges are reasonable .

    The Savoy Team at Keller Williams was outstanding and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore/Washington area who is looking to buy or sell a home. Ashley Migliore represented us as we looked to buy a home and her knowledge of the area and her honest assessment of the home we were interested in was invaluable. Once we were under contract the entire Savoy Team came together to keep us updated what was happening with the purchase of our home and made the entire process easy and transparent. I fully intend on using the Savoy Team whenever we move again!

    Artisan Movers did a great job for our move from a townhouse to a single family home. I was very impressed by how hard the guys worked especially given the high heat that day. The quote I received was very accurate. Nothing was broken during the move, however some walls did get marked in a tight staircase, but it was an easy fix. The money I paid was well worth the work they did.

    The oven has had problems for 3 months choice has dispatched three different technicans and problem still isn't fixed. The people taking calls don't listen very well --you need to talk to a supervisor to get action. Also the issue is miss stated as problem to cook top of stove. I have called three times to correct this and you still don't have it correct.

    My husband and I were both very impressed by Robert���s knowledge and professionalism. He is very meticulous in his work and really had our best interest at heart. This is our second time buying a home and our first inspectors wasn���t nearly half as thorough as Robert. We are brand new to the area as my husband just got transferred (US Navy) and he was kind enough to send us a list on things to do in the neighborhood. Overall, Robert did a magnificent job and we will definitely hire him again if the need ever arises. In addition, we will definitely recommend him to our friends!

    I called A Few Good College Men for a free quote. We scheduled it but on the about a couple of hours that Marcus is to arrive, I got a message that we needed to reschedule. I called the company and was told that one of the worker got injured and Marcus was with him at the hospital. I totally understood and felt sorry for the poor worker who was hurt. Marcus called me later and asked to reschedule for the next day. He arrived on time looked at what we have and where we need them to go. Most of the furniture was being donated and some of the other furniture and equipment needed to be moved to 3 different locations from our current office space. The one big obstacle was the big double-door fire proof safe which probably weighs 600-1000lbs. Marcus was confident that they could move the safe and distribute the items to the 3 locations as well as donating and trashing the rest. He said it would probably take 2 trucks one for donations/trash and one for the move. I told him we won't be moving until mid or late September. He said he would get me a quote either later today or most likely tomorrow. I waited and there were no email from Marcus. I called the office and was told that he would remind Marcus to send me the quote, it was Friday. Nothing came through so I called the office first thing Monday. I was told that they had a huge job that was supposed to be later just got moved up so they are not taking any new jobs right now. I told him that we are not moving until mid to late September. He said that they are not taking any jobs until after August 31st. This is only July 30th. I get the feeling that they just don't want our job, likely because of the safe. It is huge and very heavy and going into a residential garage. Anyway, I told them I don't need to move until mid to late September but that doesn't seem to change his mind and I am definitely not going to beg them. He claimed that Marcus sent out an email stating they could not accept any new jobs. I told him we never got the email. Not a way to run a business.

    Best Inspector Ever! Robert spent close to 4 hours in my mom's house revealing the good, the bad and the ugly (the too many of these luckily). He gave expert advice along the way how to enhance the value and best protect the home with lots of great tips that I will be applying to my own home! I highly recommend Robert Goldberg of The Home Detective! He knows his business well and is the Home Inspector of Home Inspectors! I believe I got ever penny of value out of the inspection with plenty of recommendations on how best to resolve every issue that he uncovered! Whether I was buying a home or selling a home, I would want Robert to inspect my home - he is the best!

    We moved from suburban Maryland to North Carolina. Although the estimate was the lowest, it was not the only reason we picked Bargain Movers. We felt Luis, the owner, was very professional. Our subsequent interactions with him and Martina, the office manager, were also very professional.....answered our questions, got back to us quickly, etc. The crew who moved us was great as well....on time and went the extra mile. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.
